We have t-mobile lte cellular service on two phones, the 55+ plan. We also have the 5g home internet. We have been very satisfied with both services as well as the price, $107 for two unlimited phones and unlimited home internet, with no price hikes. We love it.Today, we were notified that we qualified for the Affordable Connectivity Program. When we contacted our provider, T-mobile, we were told they don't participate and we would have to switch to Metro by T-mobile. Who does that? Why do you choose losing customers over keeping customers? Not a good business model these days. Will be looking into ********

I had a T mobile account setup around July 10th 2022. at the T mobile store at *****************************************************************. I was told by the T Mobile represenative that they only had $80 a month Plans. The represenative told me for $25 he could setup the plan on a Smart phone for the price of $25.I agreed and gave the represnative $25 cash and had to also pay a $30 activation fee.The next day I Canceled the account because the $80 a month plan was too high.I decided to keep the phone since it was $25.1 Month later I got a bill from T Mobile for $289 for the T mobile smart phone that I was told was only $25.I contacted T mobile on 8/28/22 and they told me I need to take the phone back to the original when I purchased it so they can return the phone back to T mobile so I would not have to pay the $289 equipment fee bill from T mobile.I went to the T mobile store on 9/1/2022 and explained to the manager that I needed to return the phone because I am being charged $289 for the phone when I was told the phone was $25.The manager indicated that the phone was a promotional phone that cost $25 if you kept the service for 3 months.I told the manager that this was not explained to me and there was no paperwork, contract and anything I signed stating what she said. The manager then explaned I was supposed to return the phone within 2 weeks when I first purchsed the phone and there was also a policy that was not explained to me that if I canceled the service then I would be repsonsible for the full cost of the phone which was $289. The manager indiacted that since canaceld the service and did not cancel the phone that I would be responsible for the full price of the phone which was $289 I then infomred the manager that I was not informed by the T mobile customer service represenative at the time that I would be repsonsbile for the full price of the phone of which I was told was $25 and I was not made aware that if I cancled the service that I had two weeks to r

Service is horrible I can have 5g and it will still come up to connect to a mobile data network. It will hang up and say call ended without even dialing a number. It takes 40plus times to make a call it's take forever for a text to go thru. I can't get calls. This is not the service I signed up for. Now it keeps saying no voice service been temporarily cut off by carrier. I do not not get what I paid for. I have reset the phone turned off left it off sim card was replaced and still issues.

The worst customer service I encountered. After speaking with at least *************************** 3 weeks, I was bounced back and forth between their claims processor Assurant and T-Mobile "help." Every policy and decision accrues to the benefit of T-Mobile and Assurant, but not to the customer. Their CSRs lack power to do anything other than enter data. I was repeatedly sent transferred circularly and 3 times to telephone cyberspace after more than ******************************************************************* unwilling to provide a resolution. When asked to speak to a supervisor, I was repeatedly transferred to finance. The CSRs are trained to robotic quote niceties like "I understand" as though understanding, and not results are most important. I asked for my old phone to be repaired, and instead they insisted I get a new phone. Entering your cellphone number and zip code together by phone is fruitless since neither your voice nor manual input is accepted by phone. There needs to be a negative rating option. I do not recommend non-masochists use T-Mobile, but if you like pain and frustration, T-Mobile is the company for you.

I've been with Sprint 14 years and I seldomly had issues. Now that the merger with TMobile has happened I'm actually taking going to a new provider. My data is extremely slow and my wifi will tell me it's connected without internet... How? I wish they'd go their separate ways again because they **** now. When you call customer service all they do is say sorry but nothing to rectify the issue. I get frustrated daily because of this **** poor service.

STAY AWAY from T-MOBILE. It is NOT an HONEST company. When T-Mobile purchased Sprint, we choose to give T-Mobile a chance. Worst decision. After several months of spotty cell reception, we were told if we upgraded our old iPhones we would receive better service. We asked if the purchase of a new phone would lock us into a contract because if the phone did not receive better service, we would change cell phone carriers. We were told "no" it would not lock us into a service agreement with T-Mobile. We purchased a new iPhone SE at a sale price of $100 which was paid with a credit card and told that was the purchase price of the phone and it was paid in full. When our bill arrived, T-Mobile is billing for the phone, before that issue could be resolved, the cell reception got worse, and we had no cell reception at our house. We asked at our local T-Mobile store what was the status of reception. They said towers in town are down and they did not know when and if they would be repaired. We asked about the Sprint Towers that T-Mobile said would be switched to T-Mobile and they said that they probably would not be switched. After that information, we chose to change cell phone carriers. The new carrier said our phones were locked. To have the phones unlocked, we had to pay an additional amount to T-Mobile to pay off the phone, even though the T-Mobile store representative told us that $100 was the full purchase price. After visiting with the T-Mobile local store rep, he said no we did not enter into a cell phone service contract plan with T-Mobile but an equipment agreement and the $100 was the down payment. Beware of misinformation about the purchase price and agreements the T-mobile store representative gives out. They lied about the cell phone reception, the cost of the phone, and the contract.

I'm having trouble with a NEW phone that's not providing the service advertised or what I'm paying for. I contacted **************** and talked with *********************** and **** who were supposedly troubleshooting and handling my needs. I WAS promised callbacks from both of them due to that fact that I had been calling for days and since I was unable to get back with them, THEY PROMISED call backs to stop me from having to spend over 2 hours each call to explain the the issue and get told it was a technical issue. Then I talked with **** a supposedly SR. ********** to try and find out why I never received a call back and he chuckled at me. The most UNPROFESSIONAL and DISREPECTFUL conversation I have ever had with a CORPORATION.

Horrible service with a constant excuse from customer service that they are either fixing or upgrading nearby towers. Either their towers are so horrible that it requires daily fix or upgrades or they are straight up lying. I hear that it's T-Mobile default excuse to get customers off the phone. Barely ever have 5G service with this company. Will be leaving.

Wish I could give a big fat zero. My phone has had issues ever since I switched to tmobile and I get a different reason everything I call. Now I have to pay 180 dollars to get out of the phone contract because it was a free phone. I will never come back to tmobile. Awful service.dropped calls. People can't hear you
