      T-Mobile is a horrible company...We were told they had 100% service where we live. And if we didn't we could get our activation back. Well we got 2 miles from home and guess what no service ..So we went back down to the store and the agent said he would issue us a **** prepaid card to us for the activation and cancel our account.. So we waited, no **** card.. Then around 3 weeks later they took a payment out of our bank account.. I called customer service she said the **** card was declined.. After being on the phone for over a hour, she said she would get us a **** prepaid card for the money... The next day customer service called me to tell me That was declined also..Where are the regulations., Why are companies allowed to lie to you, steel your money...

      An old employee of mine who only speaks Spanish stopped by this store to replace his broken phone. Immediately upon entering he was profiled for being Hispanic and told nobody there could help him and he had to go to another store. He had me in the line to translate, after hearing the salesperson ******* and harassing him, I explained he was simply looking to purchase a phone. I was left simply in shock at the event that took place and the way in which the T-mobile employee treated this man. Unsure of who to reach out to we felt the experience needed to be shared to hold this store accountable for the discriminatory, racist, rude and unacceptable behavior towards a customer.

      T Mobile could not provide service in my area. Service was canceled in less than 2 hours from being activated. The store rep assured me that service was post voided and it would be as if I never had service... Beware!!!I have now been billed for 2 months of service I never used. I have dealt with the store rep twice, and been on the phone for 2+ hours with T Mobile corporate. I keep getting transferred and hung up on.... After an online search it seems T Mobile Headquarters is in **** *******... We all know nothing good has ever come out of ******* unless you support the Stasi.

      They give the most horrible service. I purchased a new connection internet on 13-August and have been trying since then to create login.There is promo where you login and get first month off if you register online. I have done everything to resolve it but no success.visited the store called online helpline number- waste more than 1 hour of my time.chatted online

      Haven't even started service or received new phones as promised in 2 days, only to find out a day after placing order/plan these phones are backordered until 10/04/22!!!! Representative I spoke to today, claims to have phones in stock. Put on Hold to speak with a Supervisor only to be put on hold for 1 hour, yes an hour!! Staff has no knowledge and can only offer apologies. Thought I was doing a good thing switching from ******* because of poor customer care, ********************** may have them beat! No one cares in obtaining or retaining customers!! Shame on these 2 leading Carriers. FYI should anyone from T Mobile care to look up and resolve this issue and reach out to me **************** and the Supervisor who did absolutely nothing on 8/23/22 is **** number *******!!!

      T-Mobile call it the family plan I was on but charged me ***** for a **** I only owed **** on is this the way to treat your family. I tried serval of times to contact them and was only hung up on and put on hold by there customer service this is why I hate **********************.

      Overcharged and no refund!!! T-Mobile is a huge liar! So dishonest!I used T-Mobile service for 2 years and decided to close my account early 2022 as I was not satisfied with the customer service. When I closed the account, I paid the dues. Soon after that, I received a **** of $50, I called and paid. In a month, I received another **** of $20, I called and paid again. In another month, I received another **** of $5. I got upset, so I send a check of $5 and wrote a letter telling them that I would not keep paying them for the service that I cancelled a couple of months back. Finally, T-Mobile stopped sending me bills. Surprisingly, in another month, they sent me a mail saying that I have a balance of negative $75. So, I called and asked for the refund, I was told they didnt find my account. I wrote a letter and told what happened. I got a reply from an offline service expert telling me that they sent me the refund in a citiBank prepaid card in March. As I never received it, so I replied. Then I received another letter from him repeating the same information. I replied again and said if they didnt want to refund me, just let me know so I could stop expecting. Again, I received his reply, this time, asking me to call Northlane about the citiBank prepaid card. I called and talked to 2 different agents, they didnt find my information in their system which means T-Mobile lied to me as they didnt ask Northlane to send me the refund in a citiBank prepaid card. I called T-Mobile and asked them to send a request to Northlane, they didnt find my account and they cant send the request. T-Mobile lied all the time. T-Mobile closed my account and delete the key information to make the refund request. Then T-Mobile lied and told me that they sent me a citiBank prepaid card. Finally, T-Mobile asked to check with Northlane about the prepaid card but Northlane didnt have any of my information. T-Mobile is such a liar. Why dont be honest??
