      Worst customer service ever. Do not use. I closed my account and was overcharged on my final ****. When I called I was told the same thing over and over, spending hours on the phone and told they cant help me. Then I receive another ****. Come to find out a month later that I am due the exact amount I said, but when I called to have the money refunded, they cant help me because I dont remember a temporary PIN number from the first call, on an account I closed a month earlier and have no other way to verify my identity so wont give my money back. Essentially theyve stolen my money and confirmed that Im owed it back, but have made it almost impossible to get it. Awful. Beware.

      I dont even want to give one star .I brought t mobile network on my wifes phone .She is new to *** and called back our home country and spoke to her mom .I never told I need international calling .They charged me 400 dollars and they sent it to collections .They just loot people and my karma will be upon them .

      i cancelled my phone with t mobile back in june. it's august 22 and i'm getting a **** for $150.16 because they never cancelled it. when i called they said i had to pay it because they have no record of cancellation. t mobile is the worlds worst company. never never again.

      The worst cell phone and customer service. 4 months as a new customer and they still cant figure out why I cant open an online account. No service in my own home. The list goes on. ******** in store and on the phone just want to transfer you around till they drop the call. Avoid at all costs and just go with ********

      After calling to get information on T-Mobiles *************** service, I decided to try it. Prior to T-Mobile shipping me anything, the charged me an activation fee. I emailed them to cancel the service since it wasnt compatible with the company I work for. When the package finally arrived, it was refused. I called them to make sure that they cancelled the service. They told me to go into a store. I did & I confirmed that everything was canceled. Imagine my shock when I saw that T-Mobile did not refund my $70 activation fee, instead they debited me an additional $120. I tried to get the money refunded since I dont have their service & never tried it. After another visit to the store & spending another hour trying to get it sorted out, I was told I had to wait until the next billing cycle when the system would see that there was no usage. They confirmed that all their equipment had been returned & that nothing had been used, yet they couldnt provide a refund. I was told to wait 2 weeks and then it would be processed. This is ridiculous that they can debit me in error but are unable to correct their mistake - they have to hold on to my money for weeks. That is very bad, very underhanded business.

      Overcharged with the total amount of $518.10 on a Senior Family Plan. Accumulated for years 2021-2022. The charge is in error because the account was not set up properly, and I was paying twice for the lines. Also, there were random charges for some of the months. In February 2022, customer service confirmed to me that I was overcharged for almost a year, the case was escalated, and T-Mobiles Customer Relations was going to return the credit back to my account. The follow-up call never happened. Time passed and there were no updates about getting my money back. On May 2nd, 2022, they told me to keep making payments until the case that solved. I paid again on 05/02/22, with the understanding they were getting my money credited. On May 29, my account was suspended, AND I WAS CHARGED to get the lines restored. I disputed it again, and I was still waiting for the credit adjustment. On July 17, 2022, I called back **************** to learn about the status of our claim, there was no news about it and the case was escalated once again. I sent a letter to Billing Inquires - T-Mobile Customer Relations on July 17th with detailed documentation highlighting all payments with overcharge amounts due to mistakes on their side. I never received payment on the T-Mobile outstanding balance of $518.10 due to Overcharged amounts by T-Mobile.T-Mobile has the worst customer service, has no respect for the customers and it is the worse value ever.#TMobile #SeniorFamilyPlan #Overcharged #WorseCustomerService #NoRespect #Abusive

      Worst service I have ever experienced! Drops calls, disconnects, or doesn't connect. Do your yourself, unless your desperate to save a few ******* shop elsewhere!

      TMobile is a horrible company I canceled my account last month and they've repeatedly given me the runaround in paying my last ****. No legitimate company treats a customer in that way especially when the customer is voluntarily trying pay money that they owe. They got some kind of angle there working Also last year TMobile allowed my phone account to be breached 2 twice I called and reported it they said they can't do nothing about Over all I don't recommend TMobile Go with another company TMobile just don't care about it's customers.

      Tryed to come back to them, with in *************************************************************** that that I could reactivate My account and the previous **** wouldn't be charged. Very Mis leading.

      They debited my account for an internet box that was returned to them. They verified via the phone 8 times. I was overseas when this took place it cost ***** dls in long distance phone calls and now that I am back in the states they said my account cannot be found. I have reported them to the *** I do not understand how they can delete accounts. This was just in January and February I was dealing with this issue. They also informed me they cannot locate anything with debit reference numbers from my bank statement.
