      On my warranty they going to replace my phome even i give them emei number they send me wrong one now i have to still wait another 7 days till i send the wrong phone back there system taking lond they dont care about customers call go oversease and manager did not understand much *** he said he going to hang phone on my face if i dont do what he want not good pkeasr look before you get warranty is **** off service ***** thsnks

      I called T-Mobile to find out if my property was covered with service they took my address, they put it in their system and told me that my property would be covered for service I then transferred from **** to T-Mobile as a customer and now I do not have service I cannot use my phone in my home and I work out of my home I want to switch to a new carrier but now they say that I will owe them $2200 I believe it is unfair to have told me that I would get service in my home and now I do not and I owe them money

      I wish I could give 0 stars. I have a family of 5 with Tmobile for about 3 years. One of my son's phones has never worked right even though we have taken it in multiple times. We are paying $225 a month for terrible service. My other son needed a replacement phone, Tmobile said that I never put insurance on his phone. Why would I leave one kid off of insurance? My phone needed to be replaced, I paid the deductible, received phone, put damaged phone in the prepaid package and put in mailbox. Months later, they say they never received it and are charging me hundred of dollars over the phone price. They are charging me late fees. They are also saying that our payments are a month behind and charging late fees for this. It is not behind, I pay the **** in full every time and spoke to a rep ****** ago regarding this. I have spoken to a rep 6 times now, my service gets cut off every week. I asked if I can file for a lost or stolen phone since we have no idea where it went. No. The **** is up to $900 now. For a stupid phone that I could buy on Amazon for $100. **************** is a joke. I want to pay off my husbands phone but they will charge me extra if I switch service for another 3 ******. T mobile is the worst.

      Multiple times Ive had to contact T-Mobile for unexplained charges, and be given a credit. Most recently T-Mobile which I am enrolled in autopay charged my bank account a day late and made me pay for a late fee. Then when asked for them to specify why the charges the were what they were it still did not explain why it was the amount listed. My **** is 185 they said I hadnt paid $92 from the previous amount, when in fact I did and provided receipts and asked why I was charged a late fee. of 7$. This adds up to 285$ with the change round up. But the **** was for 293. They refused to explain why and repeatedly told me to look at the ****. Ive been with T-Mobile for years never paid a **** late Im unsure why I stick with them at this point. I also wanted to open 2 lines originally and was told I couldnt it had to be 3. Im forced to pay for a 3rd line I dont use. I also am charged a slight increase every month with no explanation for example my **** was 180$ months ago and with every **** theres a small increase that has lead it up to now 185. This has happened the whole time Ive had this service. Would definitely not recommend this service! Also service is shotty.

      I can't leave negative stars or I would. After 2 years with tmobile I ported my numbers to ******* as to not deal with the constant chaos of service issues, broken phones ( 3) and beyond made promises that weren't kept. Various charges on my ****, etc. They took an unauthorized payment and I requested a refund. The request was denied but I was offered a prepaid card to be mailed to me. I declined because that's not going to help my bank account. I started a fraudulent claim with my bank and once again asked tmobile for resolution. Nothing was offered. Now they tell me the agent who offered the card was not authorized to do that and they won't stand by what their employee told me on a recorded call. They started it's a teachable moment for that " expert". At my expense!

      If I could have given them a zero I totally would have. I started service with MetroPCS on July 8th 2022 I got two lines not only did I get two lines I also made sure I added services to it like getting their security software insurance and on one phone calls to Mexico I paid for 3 months of service in advance. After a week one of the lines was having issues with the internet and receiving calls, I have been trying since July 18th to get them to fix this phone, I have told them over and over something's wrong with the phone, they said to me how their system showing that the phone is okay I have even merged the calls so they could hear that it goes straight to voicemail. I then went to a MetroPCS store and told them that they need to help me with this they told me that there's nothing they can do. So basically I'm stuck with a phone that can't receive calls or surf the net unless it's on Wi-Fi and no one is helping me with this and they won't even give me credits for the fact that my phone is broken and that I can't receive calls and that I can't search the net. They need to get sued

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! FIRST OF ALL, I CAN HARDLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING!!! WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR THEY HANG UP THE ****** IF Y OU HAVE A CHOICE TO GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY DO IT, IF NOT YOU WILL REGRET IT.

      Hangup call this morning from a number which traces back to a T-Mobile sub-company, ********************************************. When I looked up the number, there was ALREADY a report on Nomorobo.com, flagging it as spam/dangerous! Can I leave ZERO stars? I'd like to be able to....
