1 starT-Mobile is not worth the headache! Honestly they do not even deserve 1 star.... After canceling my service, they double charged me for paying off my devices when I was trying to pay them off to have them unlocked. It has been over 2 months and I still have yet to receive any kind of refund. Every time I call they tell me they cannot help me and I have to go into a store. When I go into a store they are reluctant to help and after I basically make them help me they call customer service and its at least an hour ordeal every time just to get no where. There's no way for me to look up the status of my request over the phone or online because I am no longer a customer but yet there are supposedly tickets created every time you call. The customer service call center has very few clear English speakers as well so you cannot understand them, which makes the whole process even more frustrating!! Do not waste your time with this phone company! BEWAREReview fromMary S

1 starMy husband traded in his phone for a new one as a sprint customer. This was eight months ago. The trade in phone was in pristine condition and working perfectly. We have been receiving the monthly credit since then. Suddenly the credit disappeared. I called and they said there was water inside the phone, after they had possession for 8 months! This was a total lie! I believe they are running a scam on their customers. Beware! They said it probably wasnt noticeable..****** soon as possible I will be looking for a different cell phone company.Review fromEric W

1 starTMOBILE high jacked my phone number and held it hostage trying to get paid. I was billed on 12th, then 24th. I have auto pay. I spent an hour speaking to ***** call center. They even tried to $20/line reconnecting fee for thier error. Then I was billed again on 3rd...in less than 30 says I was billed 3x. Got nowhere with India call center. They kept my number to prevent me from leaving and left number active. ***** = worst service every. Their English is barely understandable, but they can't think right, just following a script and repeat same thing over and over. They won't let you speak to a manager ever. Think I'm kidding...just ask. TMOBILE used to be good when they had American English speaking phone *********** reps don't get it...mental wise and are very tight almost refusing to make a refund when you can prove they are wrong. Plus $ 20 per line reconnecting fee....they hand that charge out like candy...another phrase my ***** rep didn't comprehend. Do yourself a favor...I went to verizon...who has call centers in ***.Review fromGreg M.

1 starAfter years of far below acceptable wireless service and no desire to fix it, I left T-Mobile in November 2021. They continued to **** me $80 a month for 6 months, before I realized. I contacted them in May 2022 and they said that's my fault and they would only refund half, $240 - they still haven't refunded me after 3 months since that conversation. They get worse. Because they haven't refunded me and were only going to refund half, I challenged two of the charges on my credit card which my credit card company refunded. T-Mobile then sent me a demand letter for $160 , which I never owed to them and they should never have charged me. I contacted their customer service again in early August 2022 to follow up and they said they would look into it yet have done nothing. Today, I received a collections letter for $160 plus $40 of fees, all for charges that they fraudulently charged me. They provide a horrible wireless service, poor customer service, and fraudulent billing. There are thousands of posts, comments, and complaints very similar to mine (here on BBB, ******* and across the Internet). Their management should be embarrassed at what is going on at their company and make things right. They have a very bad reputation in consumers' eyes.Review fromAllen M.

1 starT.Mobile gave us a credit for 800 dollars on 2 different phones we were trading in. However the store messed up the transaction so it took 4 months to finally get the payments corrected. We told the Manager and employees that we wouldn't pick up the 2nd phone until the **** was fixed. Then when we finally went up to get my phone they said they s we nt it back to T.Mobile.So then we had to get the sales tax refunded we paid for my new S22 Ultra. We went up to store today to order another s22 Ultra but now they say that my Note 9 now only gets a 400 dollar credit instead of the 800 that I originally was quoted. They Manager, ***** says he will look to see what he can do for me.If we do not get what we were quoted before, I will contact the Better Business Burreau and the State ************************Review fromDavid L

1 starT-Mobile ********** ******* and support is a joke.I am a small business owner. I have nine business lines/*******s and switched from ******* to T-Mobile before the sprint merger two years ago for a better deal and better-personalized *******. I was given a personal in-person (for the area) business rep with T-mobile business who would come to my property to switch sim cards when needed. After T-mobile merged with Spring, my rep was re-assigned, and I didn't get a new in-person business rep, and the T-Mobile ********** "******************* support I was given to contact is a call center where the people helping barely speak English and are NOT tech nerds or "Experts" by any stretch like they claim. I have dealt with continued incompetence and errors they made on my *******s with the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing kind of internal department issues. Wrong plans being applied to my devices, overcharged without corrections on promo deals they assigned me, conflicting information and directions from one person to the next, etc, etc.The straw on the camel's back was calling today to switch my fax line over. I experienced more incompetence and unprofessionalism, even so much as the rep putting words in my mouth telling me, "I know you love T-mobile"... that upset me. You never put words in the customer's mouth that they didn't say. Good customer ******* and sales start from listening well and applying good behaviors and acumen. I've had enough of T-Mobile for "Business." I'm looking elsewhere and jumping off this cesspool of a sinking ship.Review fromKamran M

1 starBEWARE OF T-MOBILE POOR CUSTOMER CARE: I ordered an iPhone 3 weeks ago from T-Mobile and my credit card was charged the same day. The phone was not delivered and I never got any phone. Upon tracking *** confirmed that they retuned the phone to T-Mobile for unknown reason. T-Mobile confirmed after few days that they received back the phone in their warehouse, but I did not get refunded. After 3 weeks, T-Mobile notified me that they have received the phone, but they can not find the phone in their warehouse; and that I will get refund once they can find the returned phone in their own warehouse! My credit card is charged, I never got the phone and I have to wait for T-Mobile to find the phone in their warehouse: What a messed up system and poor customer care by **********************...Review fromSheila T

1 starThere are too many reputable companies to do anything with T mobile. We were actually told that we should switch carriers by a customer service representative due to poor service. She unlocked our phones so we could do so. We were told that we didn't owe anything for our phones and tablets. We had to call twice to get our service stopped after switching carriers. Then we get a **** for internet equipment which we never had. Now they are saying we owe for our phones. No we don't. If we did they would not have been unblocked. I called on 8/13/22 and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was on the phone for 1 hr 28 minutes and 55 seconds and never got to speak to a supervisor and the rep kept trying to switch things up. I GIVE THEM A BIG FAT 0 RATING!!2Review fromJames W

1 starI swapped from T-Mobile to ******* back in May. I have been charged 3-4 times since with the total coming up close to $800.00. I can not log into my TMobile account online because obviously I no longer have service through them, but the charges keep coming through. I have called "customer service" multiple times and have been assured that this issue has been escalated and I will get a refund. I never receive any call back and when calling today was told how sorry they were and this was very important to them....expect a call back in 5-7 business days. This is absolutely unacceptable to basically hold money from charges that should not have been made.Review fromJes C

1 starBeen with T-Mobile one month for my small busy internet just just received yesterday first **** $58 . I have always received 2 bars on my gateway. Now 14 days in August I have already used my limit 300gigabytes now who in their right mind would click on a business with a cap? Not I I was told unlimited now I'm told today after 4 reps and hung up on twice and told to refresh my gate way my business can not run for 17 days? Who is paying my bills? My business can't run cause I'm a online business and told to ile all of this when setting up my account. 2 bars and speeds stopped cause of a cap who running a business would pay for internet with a cap knowing they are online? ********* I spoke to is a sweetheart and deserves a raise. But other 3 need be fired. You advertise unlimited and you say try our service on us 30 days. I have screenshot of the ads. Now I am told not on my area is unlimited offered. Poor service and misleading and I want to know who is paying my bills since my online business can't run for 17 days cause of a cap.
