      Very disappointed with their plans. I have had them for 2 years now on the agenda 55+ plan. When I first joined 2 yrs ago It was $50.00 for the plan with 2 phones and the price was locked in so I thought. I added a new phone which was free back in May. My 2 phones were paid off and again the new phone was free. Somehow now the bill went up to $143.00 a month for the 3 lines. The plan is now $80.00 a month. On a fixed income and from $97.63 a month to $143.00 is uncalled for. I dropped the insurance on the new phone to bring it down by $18.00. I will be advising everyone of this. They claim I was on a promotion which ended this month. I was never told that and always called confirming my price was at the $97.00 charge. I would have to pay them close to %**** to get rid if them for the free phone and for the free watch that I pay $10.00 a month for the line. The watch was used during work since phones were not allowed . Being 69 and sick I could text in an emergency and it would show up on the watch. Could only be used for texting. THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING WITH THEM AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. A lot of new plans out there with much better deals. This makes no sense to me and happened once they merged.

      I tried to purchase a phone and a line with TMobile. I went into a local store. They told me I had to order a phone, which I did. When the phone arrived, I went to their store to activate it. I waited in line over an hour, they finally said it was done. They told me to wait 15 minute more and it would be activated. After another 40 minutes I had to interrupt them (they kept ignoring me and waiting on others) to tell them my phone never activated. THEN they said it might take a day. After a day, I went back in, told them I cancelled my order and sent back the phone because they never ported my phone over. I called on the phone and waited another two hours to make sure it was canceled. They sent me a ****. For two months of service when I didn't even have one day of service. And I ended up not getting back or reimbursed for the screen cover on the phone I sent back.Literally in person and on the phone the worst customer service in my lifetime. (I am 68 years old) I will always encourage people never to use this wireless service.

      I would not give this company one star if I had the choice. I have been fighting with them since mid June about my cell service and issues that have occurred since getting my new phone. I am entirely dissatisfied. We had a warranty on our brand new S22 Ultra and was sent a refurbished version as a "replacement". I am currently in the process of switching phone companies.

      I have had T-Mobile as my phone carrier for many years with no problem I tried to get internet service thru them an it was a nightmare. The first modem they sent me had an issue, the second one they sent as a replacement also had an issue the 3rd one their internet team sent a signal to the modem and it blue up the modem and power cord. The sent me a new modem however they were have tested it which they did not do. The replacement came with no power cord for which they required us to go purchase and then when we plugged it in there was no power Come to find out they are sending refurbished items that they do not test and do not work So for almost 2 months I have not had any internet service and my service carrier keeps s******* us over when we call

      They fu#ked me over. I was asked how many things do I need to connect and I told her... calling out the name of each. T-mobile rep told me that their Internet could hold 46. I had ATT and everything worked just fine. I got with Tmobile and I can not connect my garage as I was assured my the rep. *** they want me to pay my **** and just **** it up. The supervisor that I spoke to said that this is a know issue that has no resolution. They expect for me to pay full price when I am not getting full service. I am so disappointed with Tmobile. This has really put me in a bind. Stay away! tmobile do not value their customers. I don't want to give them any stars.

      T Mobile is having tower issues where you have to be on wifi to get service , it's been over 2 months with connectivity issues they take my phone in for service they changed my sim card did hard resets then had me talk to an t-mobile tech to repeat these same steps and still wants me to pay my in which they should give me an credit and new phone

      Called them one day to ask about pricing, ********* the sales rep tells me that I can get 3gigs of data for $20 a month. My old carrier gives you 1 gig for $20, so I thought it a better deal. Well, ********* lied. And now I have a smartphone with no data because the plan he said I would have does not exist. Customer IDONTcare is of no help at all, only offering a straight up bait and switch, it does not get any more crooked than that.

      They're horrible just don't take the chance. There's a hidden fee of about $27 that comes your way after a few months that you have to pay or they'll shut your net off. I'm jumping through hoops right now to get it all taken care of but the store employees are useless just as much as customer service.

      I left Tmobile 15 yrs ago because their service was so awful, then they buy me up in Sprint, and become the worst customer service imaginable. EVERY issue i ever had required HOURS on the phone for a resolution. Based on my hourly rate at my current job-they owe ME $ for my time....add to that the most recent offense: Aafter offering a discounted upgrade to keep my business (because I tried to buy a newer device on my own, but wouldn't let me add it despite being a tmobile phone), they cancelled my order and didn't tell me.... I needed an upgraded phone to submit media work auditions. When they refused to add the first phone, that cost me one audition. When they told me on a Monday, I would be getting a Galaxy s22 Ultra in the mail in 3 days, I thought I would have the proper device for my next audition in time...then they told me on Thursday when asked to check the tracking, it would be there "tomorrow," and come the next Monday, AFTER AN HOUR OF THE AGENT PUTTING ME ON HOLD AND THEN EVENTUALLY CALLING ME BACK-"oh yeah, we cancelled it. Don't know why. I'll have to call you back (that was yesterday afternoon-still no call back"...THAT cost me 2 more auditions.Today my sole mission is to sign up for service with ANY other company than tmobile, even if it is more expensive and/or of lower quality. The people there should be ashamed of themselves. No one cares how nice and friendly your customer service is when they waste hours of your time NOT providing any resolutions.

      T-mobile and sprint ripped me off on switching and now saying I owe money that was there responsibility for, now my credit has taken a very hard hit and I want a retraction of my report and this bogus charge deleted and my credit report fixed and an apology for the suffering of trying to get help for my daughter school college
