1 starRecently, I've tried to add two lines on my tmobile account and on my plan it says I can add up to 10 lines. I have 5 lines already and was looking to add a couple more. However, when I tried to add the lines, they said that I had to change plans because they want me to pay more by changing to a plan that would increase my **** by a lot. They have very bad management and the only thing they tell me is to change plans. I can add 5 more lines to my plan but they won't even let me add two. Another thing is that whenever they put up an offer to all their customers(For instance, recently they made an offer where you can get two lines for the price of one plus a free smartphone with 24 monthly **** credits for each new line), they don't give me the offer when I ask for it. And it's because they believe my plan is "grandfather". Not only that, but they stopped my benefits because my plan was "too old". Sometimes they even say it doesn't exist despite me actively using it and paying the **** for the plan. How can my plan not exist when I'm using and paying for it? They value money over customers and that is why I'm writing this complaint. Honest 0/10 service.Sincerely, German NaftaliyevReview fromJennifer M

1 starI gave one star because you cannot give zero. Worst experience of my life since day 2 and I'm 4 months in. First left store and they never put Sim card in phone. Billing issues since day 1. Went in store as ******* customer and wanted to change. Daughter picked out ******* phone and had to get a higher end because store was out of so many. Before we said yes, I asked if there were any free phone deals. She said yes, iPhone. Pick the model you want and pay the taxes and fees (more on more expensive phone) daughter pick the bigger 13 plus for the camera and I paid those taxes and fees. Had to go back to store because no Sim card installed. Billing has never been right. Originally said it takes two billing cycles to credit. Then the **** was still wrong which is when they started telling me there was no free phone offerings. This went back and forth over 2 months with reps from yes there is an offer with a t code to no there wasn't an offer. Finally on third **** talked to one person that corrected it and future bills, yet here I am calling on **** again because charging for phone again. I'm currently on hold and been on phone almost an hour and a half. Waiting for a manager because one supervisor wouldn't let me talk to manager and another said their boss was *** which we know is completely false. This is the WORST company I've dealt with in 45 years and I wouldn't recommend them to a dead person. They are taking advantage of people, maybe because I'm a female maybe how they make money. Oh and ******* had better service too.Review fromPriscilla P

1 star08.05.2022 To whom it may concern:My name is ********* PettyPostell and I purchased services with you on end of April/May 2022. I visited the ******************************** store in *********** **. My experience has been very unexpected. I have not heard great reviews about T-Mobile, but thought that I would gain my own experience. The second week of purchase, my phone wasnt connecting to the internet properly, text messages werent being received or sent, internet very sporadic. Also, the device was getting hot to touch. The buttons were getting hot to the point where I couldnt touch it. Immediately, I visited the store. They told me that I had too many apps going at once. Someone deleted apps and told me to come back in 1 week if it hadnt improved. I was back 2 days later because of the texts and internet. They reset the phone, but the phone was still getting hot and it seemed to be the problem. I went back a week later and asked for a new phone. The phone shut down and would not power back on. Interestingly enough, I use my device to receive work calls. I was working from home and for 3 hours I had to clock out to handle the phone issue which didnt get resolved. The manager was at the store when I returned and couldnt help me with another device. She actually told me that I had to purchase a new phone or utilize the insurance. I said lets complete the insurance claim. The insurance customer rep said that they couldnt help me because the device I was using didnt come from a TMobile dealer. Wow! The gentleman who sold me the phone at TMobile confirmed with the receipt that I did indeed purchase the phone from the TMobile store. They kept the gentleman on the phone for 1 hour and still couldnt verify, exchange or send me another phone.I called the customer service number 8 different occasions asking for a new device. Each time I was promised that someone would get back with me because it needed the approval of a manager. It has beenReview fromjames h

1 starWe signed up for Tmobile and tried to do the keep and switch promo. Ive called and spoken to 4 different people trying to get it to work and they all say its expedited and will go through but it has yet to work. If youre looking for good customer service, dont come here. Do not recommend them.Review fromNicholas D

1 starThey are not good and try to not refund you your money if u can't use your phone for the month. Also if I am paying insurance on my phone and can't use it or have to still pay for another phone even tho I am paying insurance on the phone what is that called. They are done getting my services I am sick of this phone company I feel like it a waste of my time to keep on being a costumer.Review fromJennifer S.

1 starWell I was a sprint customer for over 10 years so I did the switch and my tablet wouldn't accept the chip brand new too from sprint then they made me put it in my husbands name so I kept trying for a month to get tablet line working than they wouldn't let me talk and fix issue because they had me change the name...so I paid almost 400 of service and never receive the service never even offered a replacement tablet and only refunded one forth of my money where is my stock option tired of investing in companies that don't give it back if they are wromg....Review fromIliana P.

1 starT-Mobile is the worst service provider I have ever encountered. I have unfortunately been a customer for over 5 years. They have added random lines and devices to my account that dont reflect on my mobile or desktop account when I log in, therefore I cant dispute what I cant see. Ive only found out about them because they happen to casually mention when I call to set up arrangements for my insanely high ****. Today I found out that theres been a device on my account since 2017 that I never had. A few years back a random line was added to my account and T-Mobile couldnt explain how or why it was on my account. The customer service they provide is horrendous. I am doing all I can do rip the shackles T-Mobile has placed over my account. They offered me assistance through a relief program but then said I wasnt eligible. For as long as Ive been a customer my **** has ranged between ******** a month. Out of all this time only once recently was my service suspended because of my financial hardship through the pandemic. I am shook that their idea of customer service is holding you at gun point to pay or service is shut off. I can never say enough T-Mobile is the absolute worst provider. They are in for themselves not at all for their customers. - PS I left one star because I had to, but if I had the option there would definitely be a negative sign before the highest number possible.Review fromLindsey S

1 starI just got out of an 8 year awful relationship with sprint. I bought a phone from T-Mobile in 2020 and because you have to use their phone for 40 days before you can unlock it I decided to attempt T-Mobile prepaid because you have to wait 90 days or go to a local store to immediately switch carriers with T-Mobile. I opened my prepaid account from my other phone line on 7/28/2022 ( NOT sprint ) trying to port the number to use that phone. Not only were yall QUICK to take ***** twice but I am still using two phones, my picture messages are on my T-Mobile phone meanwhile my regular calls and texts are on my consumer cellular phone. I cant even get through to a rep about the actual issue at hand without hearing they cant find my name and number. So HOW can you take my money then because my online bank statements tell me T-Mobile Prepaid knows exactly who I am. At this point I want NOTHING to do with this company I want my full refund and I will keep my old plan. For the aggravation Im no longer willing to go through, I am just going to sell my T-Mobile phone to an actual T-Mobile user so it wont need to be unlocked to use. Today is August 4th and I was supposed to receive a follow up call on 7/29/2022 which never came. I have had to chase down this company while they freely rob people with zero issue. It has only been a week and Im already done.Review fromHeather L

1 starLet me tell you. The ************** They added phone lines to my **** which I asked for repeat *** times in the store to the manager to please remove these lines because it was causeing me to pay an extra $25 dollars for each line. I asked them to credit me back for these lines that have had no activity on them for over 3 years now and because they DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER 20 YEARS!!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!!!! T-MOBILE SHAME ON YOU FOR STEALING FROM A SINGLE MOTHER FOR SO MANY YEARS!!!! DO NOT GET SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
