      I tried T mobile home internet on the free 15 day trial and it did not work as advertised, I sent all equipment back and they are stilling billing. I have given them the *** tracking numbers from the return slips they emailed me. the tracking numbers show they received the equipment and said the warehouse did not update the records but they continue to **** me.

      Do not deal w/ TMobile. The sales rep at the ************ store out right lied to me to make a sell. I returned to the store and he told me I would have to call the ***** number to return the phone a week after I figured out it was a scam. He also said he was going to keep my Iphone 11. I wasn't even shopping for a phone. I needed screen repair and they said let us give you one. I repeatedly questioned the deal because it was to good to be true but he insisted it was legit. It wasn't!!!! They took my 11 and charged me over a grand for the 13. The manager is week as puppy pi__. He called the police to get me out of the store. Several customers around me were complaining as well. The ************ store is eat up with at least two thieves. Your product should sell itself with your lies!! I was able to get the 13 returned but as they wanted they kept my 11. :( :(

      I opened an account with T-Mobile, ****************************, May 21, 2022. May 24, 2022, I went back to the T-Mobile Store to cancel this plan and I was told, I can cancel; by going back to ******** I went to the ******* Store in ********, ** and it took 2 to 3 hours and some to cancel T-Mobile and reinstate my ******* plan. May 21, 2022 T-Mobile charged me $60.00, **** **** was $70.00, and July **** is $56.33. I reinstated my ******* Plan May 24, 2022 and I received bills for **** and July.I have called their customer service on numerous occasions and I was told to go back to the ******** Store, because customer service can't view my account without a pin number. I went to the ******** ********************** Store and I was told to go to the ********, ** Store, because they can take care of this billing problem. August 3, 2022, I went to the ********, ** Store and they gave me the customer service phone number, which is the same number I called, ****, July, and August.

      Billing error resulted in a $1200 payment. They mentioned never receiving a device but they had it entered as two different devices shipping twice, in error, and confirmed they had received the one back. Still charged my card even though they had possession of the device. Was able to have the charge put back onto my account but they will not give me the funds back nor allow me to apply to what I owe on our devices. Now I'm being charged interest from my credit card from the money they stole on an Unauthorized charge. Thief's Takes 3-4 calls, each call consisting of more then 30 mins when you reach someone in ***************. Nightmare to get them to understand what is going on and that you have attempted the same troubleshooting 3-4 times with the last person. Best to just hang up and attempt to get someone in ****************.

      I needed a new phone due to boost s******* up a supposedly free upgrade after years of doing business with them. TMobile website advertised a ***** plan for 55+ and had the phone I wanted so I went into the store to get the phone and plan advertised. (They've since upped that charge to $27.95). They had the phone, put in the battery and sim card. I told them I would add the contacts but, that plan wasn't available in the store. I left paying for 2 lines totalling $69. because I needed a phone. After a month or two I decided to get a more reasonable rate and cancelled their service. The phone didn't work properly either. Called and talked to a guy who said no problem and that he would take my card off the account so they couldn't add another charge. They added another charge a few days later. I called them again and spoke with ******* who said I shouldn't have been charged and it would come off the 11th of July. I got a final **** of 17 cents. When I went to pay it I was informed that I owed them ***** and threatened with more late fees and ruining my credit. So, I just paid the amount to get rid of them and not have my credit ruined. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!! They will lie and s**** you as much as they can!

      Switched from ATT to get back to T-Mobile who in the last was a very good company and had great offers, service and support. Come tk find out the plans, offers, support and service are worst then ATT and I get nothing from T-Mobile as it was explained to me. Now I am stuck and cant get out! Ugh

      Called my grandson and was connected to Sprint T-mobile recording that the phone had been shut off for overage of data or non-payment. Then I was instructed to enter his phone #. Then I was told the $ amount to turn the service back on or another $ amount to pay the balance in full. This info was available to ANYONE calling his #. I believe this was a violation of his privacy and in some instances, people have lost jobs when employers learn of financial problems related to their employees. I plan to pursue this further through whatever legal channels that *** be available. By the way, the $ amounts are being disputed by the customer and I do not believe credit information should be given out to the general public in this manner. Therefore, I will continue my coverage from ******** This entity does not warrant a single star rating!

      This would be 0 stars if I could. I have been trying to simply get my account transferred for 3 weeks and been on hold for multiple hours multiple times only to be hung up on MULTIPLE TIMES when I finally reach someone before I even get a chance to talk. I am locked into a contract and have no recourse and every single person I've spoken to "doesn't have the authority" to do anything about it. As a business owner myself, I'm appalled at the complete incompetence of everyone I've dealt with so far, all very friendly and yet completely incompetent. This should not be such a difficult process and has caused me to suggest that NO ONE EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Go to mint mobile or literally anywhere else please. I would if I could but they tricked me into a contract that they now refuse to let me out of

      The absolute worst experience imaginable. Horrible customer service. I was lied to every time I called. Supervisors were rude and abusive. Had to call there at least 50 times and still didnt get my problem resolved. They tried their hardest to over charge me and then tried to keep our deposit. You cant even call their corporate office. They said you have to write them a letter which I did and got zero response. The worst company on earth and on top of all that their home internet/ wifi didnt even work. Incompetent is not harsh enough to describe the blatant over the top disregard for basic business standards. Very few english speaking reps on the customer service line so a definite language barrier exists when you are trying to solve any problem that they created. Save yourself time, money and aggravation and do not use tmoble or anything related to this group of amateurs.

      Never activated mobile w T mobile & TWICE told me I would not incur charges, charged **************** twice which where disputed TODAY getting a letter from collection agency for fraud charges from T mobile The worst customer service as well
