      Agreed to a monthly **** amount and signed contract. Had been over 1 year, and have to call monthly to argue and get my **** corrected.

      I am a T-mobile customer and have been for many years. A few months ago I contacted T-Mobile to add a 3rd line. The agent assured me that I could add the additional line with same rate plan(unlimited talk, text, data) for $10.00 additional monthly. When I checked my account I realized that I had 4 lines and no data on the added line I was using for the additional phone. I called back. It was clarified what was done. I explained what I was told and never was I informed of additional line even if I wasn't paying for it(also the 3rd line was $20.00 and not $10.00). I was told 3rd line would have unlimited data. I was told to wait for a call back in a few days as request would have to go to supervisor. When I received the call a few days later, I was told the unlimited data would not be added to my 3rd line because the original plan I had no longer existed and 3rd line was on a different plan. I settled for the free 2GB data. This is insufficient. I called on 7/20/2022. Spoke to ******* a new mother with an 8month old. I explained I wanted to find out about unlimited data for 3rd line, cost it would entail and told her the situation. She said she would see what she could do , would speak to supervisor and would call back on Friday(7/22/2022). She said because it didn't make sense for me to have the two lines unlimited data and have to pay for one. She call me this morning(7/22/2022) and said they were able to add unlimited data to the 3rd line free of charge so I was all set and didn't have to worry about anything. I Thanked her profusely and that was it. A few hours later I went online to check my account and noticed changes that I never authorized. There was an added monthly charge for $40.00 and other changes to the line and data additions. So my usual **** of $111.85 monthly was showing future of about $150.00. I couldn't believe it. Again one of T-Mobile's agents possibly the same from the beginning, ********, Lied and made changes to my account

      Be vary wary of any deals given to you. I signed up and traded my phone being told I could get internet through them for *****. I sold my cell and got in a contract for a new oh8ne to learn the internet was ***** per month. For two months I called and was told they were going to make it right. Now 2 month later I am stuck paying more for a phone. 2 mo ths went by so getting Mt old internet back at the price I had isn't an option and they will not honor the inter et price they sold me the ohone and internet for after telling me to wait it would be escalated and made right for 2 months on the phone. My bills are higher I have to find a new internet ND bcs I sold my old phone I am stuck paying on this phone when they knew 2 month ago they weren't going to honor what I was sold and back then I could have gotten my original internet plan I had. I now have to pay more for internet but there is NO way I will pay Tmobile for internet

      I got a t mobile prepaid account. I was changing to mint mobile but I still have money in my t mobile account. I was told to Port out my number before getting my money back by t mobile customer service. After I Port out, they told me my account was closed and my balance was forgotten and I couldn't get my money back. This is a fraudulent, a scam.

      I switched carriers over two months ago to get better service in my area and because of a deal I received from the new carrier. After receiving two "final" statements showing I had a balance due to me of over $150 I called to find out when I would be receiving the refund owed to me. I spent 53 minutes on their phone with what they consider a "customer service" department. At first, I was asked "Oh, you want us to refund the amount shown on your statement?" - Let's see, I no longer use your service and you owe me money, of course I would like to have it refunded to me. I was told that they were not able to refund the amount to the card I had on file with them for automatic payments and that the money would need to be sent via an electronic check within 3-5 business days. After waiting m ore than five business days I called again and was told that they would refund the money to my card on file within 24 hours (we'll see). When I asked why I was told previously that the money could not be refunded to my card, but now it can - I received no response. I now understand why they have such a poor rating on every site for their customer service, which by the way sounds like they are catering to five year old children when you call in with their "cute" sayings when they finally pick up.

      I have been with T-Mobile around 3 Months & had have Data, Text ************** problems ever since. I can't even use my 5G. I have to restart my phone, turn Airplane mode on & off every day just to get the Data to work. I can't even send files through text message. The employees at T-Mobile Stores & on the phone can never seem to know how to solve anything or they only solve the problems half way. The **************** Agents say that they will call you back to see if the problems are solved, but they rarely do. I signed a Two Year Contact, Pay $85.00 a month & can barely use my phone every day. I even asked T-Mobile if they could give me a discount for all the problems that I am having & they said a resounding NO!. This is Ridiculous!. The Love of Money is the Root of All Evil!.

      I have had sprint for 20 years. After T-Mobile took over my phone service it has been absolutely horrible! I have four phones on my account 40% of my calls will not go through. Text sent to me sometimes takes 30 minutes for me to receive and text I send are the same 30 minutes almost 45% of the time. The customer service people are Uneducated about their jobs, Dont speak English very well. Get confused very easily about my phones after theyve just looked at my account and cannot answer any of my questions. All my friends that have sprint have the exact same issues I wish I have never went to Sprint/T-Mobile 20 years ago this is a nightmare!

      I switched to tmobile and i couldnt get service in my area. One of their experts offered me to try a T-Mobile phone for 10 days with no charge. I had the phone 24 hrs- no coverage still. Returned the phone the next day. Received an email 10 days later saying they are processing my refund. Received a **** in mail for $819.00. Called was told **** and phone being processed just crossed and jot to worry I wouldnt be charged for the phone. Today they deducted 819 from my account. Was told there was nothing they could do.l as I would have to wait for them to process a refund !! They had no right to take money from a canceled account for equipment that they have had for a month.

      **************** is very bad. Offers you one thing, then give you something different, more exenseve, with hideen cost or not clear information.I went to upgrade my phone. They told me that will receive my phone $400. But the papers that I signed was for $155, an dI did not know.I am crating a formal complain through BBB.org
