      They lied about coverage in our area. When we went back in 4 days to complain they told us to buy a we boost to enhance service when it arrived it was past the 14 days we had to return phones. The guy at the store said wait two months then pay off the phones.We have called repeatedly to complain that we are out our phones as well as 380 for the we boost and do not feel we should have to pay full price for phones. We were lied to to from the beginning.

      Much better cell service than other companies in my area, but the customer service is terrible. I've been waiting 4 days for a resolution to a billing issue that I've been assured would be taken care of but I'm being ghosted. Meanwhile, I'm on the hook for a charge that I shouldn't be responsible for, or my service will be suspended.

      We have been in contact with TMobile since They merged with Sprint and sent us our new SIM cards. It has been a continuous run around with customer service, engineers and technical support to try and work out the fact we have zero service at our house now. Prior to the merge we had excellent service, as there is a tower in plain sight of our home. TMobile dangles the idea of sending us a cell booster every call and they never do. It is unreasonable. We do not owe much on our phones. TMobile happily accepts our payment each month (on time, as it is auto drafted) but they cannot assist us by simply sending a booster. When we signed up with Sprint no one told us we would have phones that we owe money on, that we cannot even use. Can someone please get back to me on a solution? We would appreciate the small amount of our devices paid off, or someone actually trying a booster at our home. This is not fair business in any way, I hope to hear back soon. Thank you.

      What a hot mess! I just spent over 1.5 hours on the phone with them, transferring 6 times - the last woman transferred my call to some spam thing?? I am BEYOND livid as this is costing our company A TON of money in my base salary plus benefits cost...... I have literally NEVER had worse customer service than this in my life! I get all phone companies ****, but c'mon..... we are a non-profit and you just cost us hundreds of dollars - and our issue STILL isn't resolved.I think before ever using T-mobile again, I'll stab my eyes out with a spoon first.

      they took my trade in, but won't credit me for it. have me signed up on a whole different promotion. and they won't fix it. horrible company. I will tell everyone I know don't use T-Mobile.

      Awful experience with T-Mobile. Spoke with an agent about a month ago and she was great telling me how much easier life will be and how important customers are. Well nothing good came from any of it. Buyer beware because I only received an email thanking me for joining money taken right away from my account and 3 SIM cards that dont work in my current new phones that need to be unlocked which was never disclosed. When you call them make sure youre ready for a circus ride because all the questions theyll ask is information they havent given yet. But boy howdy they know your card number very well and will up sale you like no other. Many broken promises and when you try to cancel its like pulling teeth. Again buyers beware.

      Went in to see if could lower my monthly **** by switching over from ******** I was promised the following.$600 pre paid **** card based on my 3 trade ins $50 pre paid **** for getting their internet ******** and Paramont+ for a year Monthly **** to never be above $170 for 3 lines and internet, one line would be free forever as long as I kept the other 2 in good standing.Here is what happened, web page for rebates did not exist. Called customer service was told to upload my documents and email to rebate team which I did. Rebate team said I didn't qualify for any perks. No $600, No $50, No free TV subs, No free third line. Also have little to no service when out and about in a metropolitan.My monthly **** is $250 now. I feel they should be held accountable for promises made.If you are thinking of leaving ******** I highly suggest you rethink.

      If I could read them zero I would because they deserve to be out of business. I wish that they had never taken over Sprint because sprint was way better and T-Mobile just destroyed sprint absolutely. I have had nothing but issues since T-Mobile and Sprint merged T-Mobile is a horrible company as far as contacting their customers about payment issues and service updates and everything else and I never wanted to be a part of the T-Mobile company. However, when Sprint merged I had no choice but now I do and Im choosing to leave and find a better phone company that doesnt shut my phone off when I make a years worth of payments ahead of time AND get charged for it. Please just go out of business, T-MOBILE. Youre not an honest company, youve cost me over $200,000 of lost business from failing to contact me when YOUR system had an issue processing my payment.

      The T-Mobile at *************** and T-Mobile in general are repairing phones ********* particularly without doing any incoming quality control testing or any outgoing quality control testing so they don't know if your phone works properly or not you're just doing the repair and then sending them out without doing any testing and then you're lying on their forms and saying they did the testing.

      T mobile is the worst wireless carrier. I have had them for almost 2 years. I have paid for 5g and never been able to use 5g. I have been on a 4g or lower network. Paying for services never received.
