      In May 2022 T-Mobile promised a free second line & $40 a month for unlimited talk, text & 100 gb. I am instead on their essentials plan & never got the free second line. I called numerous times to sort it & was told the plan does not exist, I could upgrade for $90 etc etc & finally the supervisor would call me back. They havent called me each time. It is now end of July & still no results.

      This is by far the worst cell phone company ever in history, lies and more lies. I traded my phone with the promise they would give me $400 which never happened. They just gave me $120 and never the remaining $280. When I called to see what was going on. They stated the value of the phone currently was $120, not $400 but anyway they would give me what they promised. Wrong, it never happened. So, time to cancel my contract with this company.

      Wish I could leave a minus three billion stars. Ive paid everything off and changed carriers but it didnt matter they just kept billing me although I was assured it was over by a representative Not only that it washed over but they seem to pull a number out of a hat and hit me with charges that make no sense. Called my bank and tried to stop the last charges and was told they couldnt so I had to cancel my atm card and overnight a new one. Its nothing but lies and charges for nothing. Ive had another carrier for a week or two and I was assured by T-Mobile that I was up to date and everything was off. Didnt stop them from taking $190 out of my bank account. Last month they took out $90 and said they had made a mistake and hadnt collected enough for my iPad. The month before that they took out $360 but and said it was some sort of balloon payment for my phone and iPad. Even though I called when I switched carriers and was assured that I was paid in full and I had no lines they dont seem to understand that what their saying isnt true and somehow find a way to legitimize another payment cycle. Of course they dont offer refunds so once they grab for your wallet they keep whatever they come away with. I had to stop my atm card and overnighted a new one in the hopes that I can keep them out of my bank account. Its ridiculous we pay politicians and police and for our services but seem to get less and less while being treated like were just the means of them getting our money. Mostly Im quite and subdued but its getting to be a terrible climb. We cant go to the police we cant go to politicians. Even though when I looked and realized the last charges were pending it doesnt mean anything. The bank wont stop it either and all I ended up with was being charged to cancel and get a new atm card. If your hard up enough to sign on for T-Mobile Im sorry and your sure going to need all the luck you can get.

      T-mobile is the worst phone company ever. I switched from ******* May 5, 2022 with the keep & switch plan. I had to keep calling & visiting T-mobile for months before I even received my rebate on today, July 24, 2022. Secondly, last night my **** was $108 & today after getting off the phone with them complaining that a service which was supposed to included in my was not available. My **** is now $230.I am definitely going back to *******. Id rather pay more for less ****************** peace. At least I knew what to expect as far as my **** monthly.

      Awful, regret switching from Cricket. They charge a $35 fee for each phone line you open or help you get from customer service. They call it an assisted support fee. Not transparent at all. You cant open a line without talking with a person in my area and incurring this. Its super slimey and not transparent. All customer service is offshore as well, and the reps have secondary gains.

      If you like NOT being informed in the beginning that **** has issues with T-Mobile Home Internet,love being told that if you switch to their new and improved modem/router that all the **** issues will be solved, but the issues are worse, and you are thrilled spending hours on the phone with reps in ***************, then by all means sign up for T-Mobile Home Internet.

      I'd give this pathetic excuse for a phone service - 5 stars I'm amazed I haven't had a brain aneurysm putting up with this company and their worthless services. I believe they owe every single human they have robbed 100% of our money back. If t-mobile was a person we'd be fighting in the streets..ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

      I've had internet with T-Mobile over 1 year with no issues. Went into the local store to inquire about adding my lines on to their network. After they kept pushing new iphones, I told them nevermind because I was not okay with the amount. I logged into my account a week later to find two new iPhone 13's to my account. I called customer service and I was told to go back into the store. So I did and one hour later I was told all was taken care of. One week later and my account still shows no credits or changes. I will be finding a new carrier. T-Mobile is a scam! Worst customer service ever! With this many people complaining something should really be done...

      Company is not honoring a prior verbal agreement made between me and one of their representatives. I called to see about making a change to my account to reduce my cost. The representative offered me a third line at a discount rate of $130.00 for adding two lines - one was buy one line and get the other for free; she explained that they would then explained that I would receive a $15.00 credit to my account monthly for each billing cycle. I received a notification today 07/22/22 indicating that my **** is now reflecting something totally different from what I was promised. I called three times and tried explaining what has happened. The first representative as did the last one kept talking over me trying to drown me out as if my point of view or information did not matter. I pay my **** faithfully monthly and have to deal with subpar service people that get emotional and hang the phone up just because they want to be heard pretending like they are fixing something or are researching something when all they are doing is putting the phone on mute or hold. I am not supposed to have to pay $140.00 for a plan that I was guaranteed would be $115.00 a month after all the changes were made. I have had to call them several times due to s**** *** with the name on my account and them moving my business name from one phone to another. I have had to deal with this mess of having them try to force some woman agenda thinking every woman or business person wants to stuck on the phone fake trouble shooting or fixing issues that these wayward employees keep triggering. I am not getting paid to help them train or fix issues that they were triggering. They are scamming people with these promotions and are then backing out and are not willing to honor the promotions.

      Wow well returning a device under warranty has become a nightmare for me. 43 hours on the phone at the stores and with customer support over a Iwatch that failed due to a dead battery. No power means no tracking the device. Never have I seen incompetence on this level make sure to try and do a return for a device in store the service they use if you mail the broken device back can claim box was empty! Why would you want to keep a dead Iwatch? Makes no sense been working on this 90 days and its sad to say I will never support any function that the company sponsors. I was amazed at how bad tracking a device was and thought I was safe from corporate fraud but they have no oversight as to what they say when they receive inbound and what they charge for as no return warranty claim is crazy. I never received a notification that they claim was an empty box or email expecting delivery for and empty box from their end. What is sad is corporate stores are impotent when it comes to changing anything with customer service on devices hoping that you dont get malicious customer support. I was a ******************************* ***** but I will spread the word for sure far and wide.
