      BUYER BEWARE! Lied to by multiple customer service ***** Conned me out of 4 perfectly working phones, my military discount, my less expensive service, and new phones. Have recordings of phone calls with **** proving what I was sold and they do NOT care! Most frustrating and infuriating company Ive ever dealt with. Currently looking for way out of my contract. Wish I could give ZERO stars!

      Tried pouring over to a new carrier because of poor T-Mobile customer service and pricing before I could finish pouring over they canceled my number reactivated it then canceled it again and then when I tried to get it reactivated again because they were never supposed to cancel it the first two times they kept trying to text me a code, but since they canceled my number, I couldnt receive the code and then they refuse to help me. This is the biggest pain working with the company *** ever had in my life and it should be illegal to go without service for three days when Im still paying for it.

      I called and canceled one of my family's 3 lines on May 26, but T-Mobile does not cancel it in their system until a month later, so I will still be paying for that line with my June 17 bill. I won't see a lowered bill until JULY. In this digital age, they can't pro-rate? Sure they can, but they do themselves a little financial favor by making you pay for another month of service.

      Yes I sign up for tmobile home internet and I was supposed to get a 200 rebate i didn't get. I paided my bill on time for way more than the time to wait.. so I ended up changing my plan and waited again and I still have not gotten. I wanted to sue for 2500 col dru

      I had a terrible experience at the T-Mobile store located at ******************************************************* On December 17, 2024, I was promised a $830 credit for trading in my iPhone 14 toward a new iPhone 16. The employee even gave me a sticky note showing my bill would be $119/month (which I will post a picture of ). Months later, I found out the promotion wasnt applied because I was never told I had to upgrade my plan. After upgrading, my bill went up to $170more than before the trade-in! (and this is only for 1 line)I went back to the store today June 10th, 2025 for help after almost 6 months of not getting any answers, and the staff was dismissive and rude. They took no responsibility and told me to call customer service. This employee stated this promotion was probably only given to customers who open a new line, she said nobody forced me to give them my phone and even said my iPhone 14 was probably worth only $80.Ive reported this store to T-Mobile and filed a formal complaint with the ********************************* (***). This is unacceptable and misleading business practice. Avoid this location.

      Unethical practices and violations! Stay away from T-Mobile. They sold my debt to a collection agency and ruined my credit. I paid the debt with that collection agency to have my devices unlocked and they said I still owed even though the debt was paid and resolved! What sense does that make? I filed a complaint against them with the *** and FTC! I will be suing as well.

      Signed up for T-Mobile home internet service with the promise of receiving a $200 sign up offer. Wasted time filling out the submission only to be denied.

      Tmobile has been unethical in their business practices and service does not work well. They have been dealing with dealers who lie and misrepresent the quality of the service. I was told several times that if the phones do not work then they will issue a refund. Subsequently they refused to help me. Do not trust them as they are a terrible company and they attempt to lie and misrepresent to force you to pay a bill not due.
