      4 calls to customer service, 2 with tech support, over 2 hours on the phone and their c*** still doesn't work. FIRED!

      Signed up for T-Mobile home internet service with the promise of receiving a $200 sign up offer. Wasted time filling out the submission only to be denied.

      Tmobile has been unethical in their business practices and service does not work well. They have been dealing with dealers who lie and misrepresent the quality of the service. I was told several times that if the phones do not work then they will issue a refund. Subsequently they refused to help me. Do not trust them as they are a terrible company and they attempt to lie and misrepresent to force you to pay a bill not due.

      I have used T-Mobile for 15 years for 7 accounts and canceled the accounts, but ********************** billed it $ ****** after four month later because T Mobile customer did not canceled one of account and billed it and send collection agent, I still try to figure it out to remove that bill.

      I have had problems with the company ever since I switch from the company I had before I pay my bills on time every time and I have a phone problem it has been going on since I switch the company expect you to pay there money but don't want to stand up to there equipment in sted they say we no you are having problems but you will have d that you use to pay a 35 dollars reconnect free instead of saying we see you still have the same problem so we will take care of the charges for you they don't care about health problems and acknowledge that you there in with need reliable equement to get you. sugar reading if you don't see the reading you either live or pass away not only that I had several times I wanted to walk and guess what the phone dial 911 several times what the sence if paying the insurance just a big ripoff and still have problems l

      Excellent service with July she was wonderful with providing me with extra care and great promotions today I have been a customer for over 21 years and I love me some T-Mobile thank you July for professional care and helping me save money.       T-Mobile **************** Ive never had such a consistently frustrating experience with customer service as I have with **********************. Every time I call, the wait time is anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour. When I finally reach a ***resentative, the communication is incredibly difficultthere's often a heavy accent, and I find myself ***eating the reason for my call multiple times with little to no resolution.Most recently, I contacted T-Mobile to confirm the shipping address for a ***lacement phone. Ironically, since I dont currently have a phone, I couldnt receive the verification code they insisted on texting medespite the fact that the whole reason for my call was that I dont have a working phone. I explained this ***eatedly, yet the ***resentative couldn't assist and offered no alternative solution. To make matters worse, the in-store *** who processed the exchange never confirmed where the ***lacement would be sent, which is why I had to call in the first place.This entire process was a complete waste of time. While the *** ended the call with God bless you, which I appreciated, kind words dont make up for poor service and lack of resolution. T-Mobile support has, unfortunately, been one of the worst customer service experiences Ive encountered.

      MY SISTER AND I COMPLETED A FAMILY PLAN BACK IN FEB 2025 WHICH THEY STATE WE WOULD SAVE MONEY - 4 IN TOTAL IN THE PLAN, WE GOT FREE UPGRADE PHONES BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, PPHONE BILL WENT FROM $150 TO $400 , WE HAV SPENT NUMBER DAYS, TIME, AND GET NO WHERE, EVERY TIME WE SPEAK W SOMEONE THEY CORRECT IT FOR THE DAY AND IT ULTIMATELY GOES BACK TO $400 ! THAT IS JUST INSANE NO ONE CAN TELL US WHY, THEY KEEP SAYING ITS IN PROCESS, NOW 3 MONTHS LATER WE HAVE SPENT WAY OVER BUDGET BUT NOT EVEN THAT, ITS OUR TIME, AND THE IMCOMPETENCY THIS COMPANY IS! ITS INSANE WHAT MY SISTER AND MYSELF HAVE SPENT ON THESE FEW MONTHS. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER 15YR, AND THIS PAST YEAR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS SERVICE. THEY SHOULD BE REFUNDING US WHAT IS DESERVED AND PROVIDING THE SERVICE THEY USED TO AS WELL AS HONOR THE WORD OF THEIR SALES PERSONS THAT SWITCH MY PLAN TO MY FAMILY TO SAVE MONEY- THIS HAS COST US SO MUCH MORE MONEY AND TIME.       Your Employee **** is why!...Never have I been so PLEASED with the Service, Knowledge, Information, Friendliness and Determination to help me with every question.I had many of them and he quickly responded without hesitation. He helped me with many things. I kept him on the phone for an extended time because I was researching my opportunities to better myself after Many, Many Years with my existing Carrier(A*&T.) **** never lost patience. He provided me with exactly what I was looking for that I was not getting from A*&T. I was so impressed I chose to Change from A*&T without hesitation. I felt the service that I expected was not there anymore. The Products and Services of T-Mobile are very IMPRESSIVE! But I would not have known that without ****** Dedication to his Job. It was 50% **** and 50% T-Mobile that resulted in my Changeover!Thanks to ****/T-Mobile...*****
