      Your Employee **** is why!...Never have I been so PLEASED with the Service, Knowledge, Information, Friendliness and Determination to help me with every question.I had many of them and he quickly responded without hesitation. He helped me with many things. I kept him on the phone for an extended time because I was researching my opportunities to better myself after Many, Many Years with my existing Carrier(A*&T.) **** never lost patience. He provided me with exactly what I was looking for that I was not getting from A*&T. I was so impressed I chose to Change from A*&T without hesitation. I felt the service that I expected was not there anymore. The Products and Services of T-Mobile are very IMPRESSIVE! But I would not have known that without ****** Dedication to his Job. It was 50% **** and 50% T-Mobile that resulted in my Changeover!Thanks to ****/T-Mobile...*****

      5G network might be a great idea, but its not a workable technology at least where I live. Theres too much noise that gets in the way of the signal. I live a few blocks away from a tower, but all my advanced Internet metrics are poor. I have my router pointed right towards it. Ive tried it in multiple locations in my apartment not multiple several locations and the best place I get it is in the back of my apartment yet I still dont get great signal. *** invested into a mesh system to try to spread the Internet more evenly and it still doesnt work right. They keep telling me theres a tower ticket open. Its their go to script. And I said even if its not your go to script theres a tower issue every time I talk to you guys once when youve exhausted all of the issues. Its because the technology doesnt work. Im surrounded by big buildings here in ******* so I need to be hardwired and Im just gonna have to go back to that. What a waste of time.

      I had the worst experience in a long time today after a long hard day of working I stayed in the T-Mobile store for over two hours was approved for a phone that I paid cash for as I was walking out of the door. **************** called stating that they want a copy of my Social Security card and another copy of my drivers license and if I did not send it to them, then they would not be able to give me a phone. I dont understand why it should be so complicated when Im trying to pay cash and use their services. If someone could please contact me I would happily appreciate it.

      This is the worst experience I've ever had account-wise. I can't log into my account to change anything, their "support" speaks such poor English you can't understand them and they just keep repeating the unknown sentence... I wish I never signed up.

      i switched to t mobile from ******* and portred my numbers in and was told i 14 days to try the service. I got a wifi box and 2 phones from them the wifi worked fine but after 5 days the service did not work well for my wife she could not get calls and text in her office at work. so we decided to change to service. so we searched for a new service and ported our number from t mobile. now to mobile is telling me we owe them a whole months bill even though we only had service 5 days and it is because i ported my original back out. i told them that i would be willing to pay for the 5 days of service but not a month. they said no i owe for the who;e month but said i owe them nothing for the wifi. 250 dollars is a lot for 5 days

      This phone company is overpriced and the customer service is terrible! I have been overcharged on my bill multiple times and have addressed the issue with no help at all. I have the military magenta package but my bill amount is always changing. I would give this complany 100 thumbs down if I could, avoid them by all costs!

      Store at ***************************************************************** T-Mobile Customer Support,I am writing to formally report a serious and ongoing issue involving fraudulent practices, misleading sales tactics, and unacceptable customer service at your ********************** retail location located at:************************************ In September 2023, we purchased an iPhone 14 and an iPhone 14 Plus at this location. The store manager assured us that both devices would be covered by insurance, but we later found that the coverage had been fraudulently transferred to our older phones (iPhone 8 and iPhone 11 Plus), without our consent.Additionally, the store manager lied, stating that I did not have coverage on my previous iPhone 13. Based on this false information, I was persuaded to upgrade to a new phone. After the purchase, I contacted T-Mobile customer service and discovered that I did in fact have active coverage on the iPhone 13 at the time. This deceptive tactic appears to have been used purely to push an unnecessary sale, which is unacceptable and potentially fraudulent.We are now dealing with the consequences:The iPhone 14 Plus no longer has insurance coverage, and my wife is unable to get the phone replaced despite our continued payments.We have multiple lines on our account that we did not request or authorize.We've had to contact customer service multiple times, only to be told to return to the storewhere again, we have received no assistance.Most recently, when reaching out to T-Mobile customer service, we spoke with Takiyha (Employee ID: *********. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and did not allow us to explain our situation. Despite explaining that this issue has been reported several times, the supervisor refused to escalate or help resolve the matter.

      After a horrific experience with ********** terminated all our lines without warning, refused to release our numbers, and left my elderly parents completely cut off from communicationI turned to T-Mobile.I ordered my new phone online while I was in ***** just to restore basic communication. But the real miracle happened in ********, where my elderly parents went into a T-Mobile store and were helped by *******.******* was incredible. Patient, kind, and understanding, he walked my parentswho are not tech-savvythrough setting up new phones after theyd just been traumatized by *******. My father, who has diabetes, high blood pressure, and recently had knee replacement surgery, had his phone number of over 20 years effectively kidnapped by ******** He had no access to doctors, no way to reach familyuntil T-Mobile stepped in.******* took the time to ensure they understood every feature, answered all their questions, and treated them with respect and dignity when they needed it most. In a world where corporate abuse is far too common, T-Mobile and ******* showed us what true customer care looks like.Thank you, **********************, for giving my family peace of mind and restoring what ******* destroyed.

      I went to T-Mobile in the *********** in ******* I have got to say that I am completely beyond completely satisfied and happy with the service there I will not go to another place ever for probably the entire rest of my entire lifetime everything was so easy and so smooth and just so perfectly right and they took care of me no questions asked it was it was golden!
