      I have been trying to get set up for the internet discount since Oct of last year. Your lack of customer service keeps giving me the run around. Your stupid Gateway box is about as trashy as a box of cracker jacks. I am constantly having to reboot this thing. And now me and my daughter's phones are having issues. I will never, EVER recommend you people to nobody. All you do is charge people high prices for crappy services .

      I've been without service after I upgraded my device over a week EVERYDAY I was told something different.I will be going to a new provider this is unacceptable I've spent over 10 hours on the phone with no solution. Corporate tells me to go to the store the store tells me I'm wasting my time. I've made a police report so I wouldn't lose my job..my phone is my job without service I was not able to work.

      Is ZERO stars an option????? This s*** is the worst g**d*** service I've had in my life. They sell s*** phones that don't stay connected to your WiFi and half the time the service doesn't even work. Every employee should be ashamed of their f****** selves for passing this off as worth it when it's WORTHLESS

      I ordered a phone they promi2 day shipping, ************************************************* to pay more so they could send another phone, they would not refund my money, it took me over 7 hours on the phone with them and I still have no refund

      Absolutely horrible phone service!!I was with boost for 15 years and made the mistake of switching to metro by T-Mobile... If a plane fly's over i loose service if I'm inside of my house I have no service it's ridiculous and NOONE seems to tell you anything other than turn your phone off for 10 minutes lol I literally do this 4 to 6 times a day does not work...they advertise if you switch you get a Free phone umm no you don't they charged me 200$ for the cheapest phone plus 50$ payment??? So after dealing with having 5 g one day then 2g then no gs guess what I'm done with this garbage service.... don't make the mistake of switching to Metro by T-Mobile it's garbage!!!

      We had to switch to tmobile from sprint so we did we got 4 phones a data plan for a tablet and wireless internet and 2 watches told us we would have 5g which we do NOT I have called more than 6 times about service not working on phones at home and internet not working at all . And charge me more than was promised at the beginning. Now they tell me it's past the customer return time but everything I called to complain they said we have crews working on towers in your area , then I'm guessing after the return time they tell me it is gonna take a year maybe 2years to get to the tower in my area but you have to keep paying outrageous bill for equipment that only works 1/2 the time. I need help I told them I would pack everything up and send it back so we could walk away from them but they will not talk about it.

      Crooks. I brought my phone in and wanted to keep same phone number on a new phone.
      My bill looked as if I had to pay $10 a month for that. There was the new number and my number and so I bit the bullet.
      A year later I am reading my bill and it says that other number is a smart watch. I got in touch to talk about it.
      ******* started a fraud investigation against this particular store and would not credit me for the year of being over charged. They and I quote said " I read my bill every month."
      To bad it was written out differently. They are crooks. Not just a bad deal here. A bunch of people that don't know what the hell they are doing and hide fee's and your bill will never make any sense whatsoever!

      Needs to be shut down!! They love to steal from my disabled wife and take her money yet say that it was declined and the managers will call you a liar if you call them out on it!!

      Never pay your bill when your sick and then realize you were overcharged. I got a new phone and they never shut off the old phone and overcharged me for 2 mths. When I call and explain I was very ill and just paid all my bills to keep them current and when I realized that not only I was overpaying but they never shut off ****************. The only thing they could say was "I already paid it". I cant stand them!! If I could give less then 1 star, I would.

      I have had a lot of problems with MetroPCS and I'm done with them. I paid my phone bill this month and they shut my phone off I've called my bank and the money came out on the 2nd and so I've called them and everytime they deny they got the payment so I asked to talk to a supervisor and everytime they have hung up on me. I can't stand them and this isn't the 1st time that they've stole my money out of my account. And they need to get people that speak English working there too.
