      ******** sold me a refurbished phone under the cover of a new phone and refused to replace Obviously unsavory business practices here. Don't be ripped off by this company.

      They flat out lie! I was sold a refurbished phone under the pretense that it was brand new. 20 minutes after I got it it said that the phone was corrupted it kept flashing and cutting off and said that my SIM card needed to be replaced. A few days later when I had the opportunity I went in and put a claim. They made me file an insurance claim and wait three to five business days phone came on the 6th day. I got to the office they couldn't find my new phone replacement finally when they did they told me that I had to pay to transfer to a new phone and that I had to pay for a new SIM card which was the entire reason why I did the new phone claim. I told him that I would not be paying anything because it was not my fault that I was so corrupt phone. I spent about an hour on the phone with customer service and I told me sorry we can't pay or give you a $10 SIM card even if it is our fault. I have it on recording. I contacted the office through ******* they said they would fix it and when I had spoken to a representative on the phone before the last time they said they would credit my account $30 which they did not. Also noticed that my bill was raised from $50 to $59. $5 for insurance and I was charged five extra dollars for an enhanced handset they actually charge you for having an upgraded phone. I had to leave the store with my broken phone. Because I refused to pay the $10 or the activation transfer fee to my new device. Through service is deplorable and the staff doesn't know anything. They actually told me they have no number to corporate has a cell phone company not have a phone number? Unfortunately it was not resolved and I will be taking legal matters.

      TMobile METRO ********************************************************. Download speed 114 MBPS. Upload speed 6 kbps. You can not do nothing if you want to upload anything. . I HAD FASTER SPEEDS WITH *** IN **** WITH THE LITTLE HOUR GLASS SPINNING. WASTE OF $110.OO A month

      This is the WORST PROVIDER EVER. I paid for a brand new phone with the warranty only to not get service for two whole months phone will not receive calls or receive text messages after doing all the troubleshooting they said I wasn't on the right tower so after they switch towers my phone still wouldn't receive phone calls or text so they said they was going to send me a new phone well they sent me someone's old refurbished phone without all the phone parts. Smh I was lied to three different times because they didn't want to give me my transferable pin number. They are very manipulative through customer service even feels like the supervisors interrogate you. I will NEVER refer anyone to them nor will I ever use them again

      I went into TMobile to get what I thought would be a better plan that would suit my needs but ended up having a horrible experience with this company I would not recommend to anyone tried to cancel because I got married and my wife had a better plan that was cheaper with better customer service and care and when it came time to switch the employee at TMobile told me to wait that if I switched carriers I would be charged to do so I waited to save money and when I went to finally switch a couple weeks later the same person that was working when I went prior to cancel says literally thanks for being part of TMobile wish you would stay with us also there might be a surprise bill not much but we can't tell you for sure if there might be a surprise **** but don't be surprised I thought to myself huh what kind of scem is this and guess what 2 months later surprise I get a bill for the same amount of money as to when I went in to pay the final bill also this was a PREPAID PLAN

      Went in to get service employee went thru my phone and started deleting photos and emails I can't get back. Kept making excuses saying she didn't that I can get them back when I cannot don't go to To them at all they will go through your photos and delete important memories without permission

      After speaking to ***** customer service associates, I still was told untruths. I was a customer for almost 8 years and the last few years have been ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I made it a point to discuss all options and steps needed to ensure my account was going to be clear and I would not have any mishaps. It was wasted time as I was lied to by EVERYONE I spoke to the final 3 weeks. First, I had to call multiple times for resolution to one issue after another. I would be lied to by one CSR and told I was lied to by another CSR, only to be lied to by the next CSR. After verifying what my final bill would be, I then received a bill for over $300. I called and they stated I wouldnt have been able to be told I owed the additional $300. What is that? How can a company provide service and factual information if the CSR's can honestly tell you what you owe? The absolute final straw is I verified I would not be auto-billed after my final bill. ******** stole this money out of my account without authorization. ******** ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEVES!! I strongly urge you to avoid putting your trust in ********, they do not care about you as a human being, you are only a # and that means you are only as good as the money they can steal from you!

      ******** while I had it worked well. I switched carriers because I wanted a lower priced plan. ******** customer service when it came to a refund was not good. Their agents are trained not to allow customers to speak to a supervisors, and the company for whatever reason acts as though they don't maintain archived files. I guess they say that so that they don't have to explain why you have not received the refund you were promised and have received documentation on.You can be the best customer in the world, but the only concern ******** has is the money they can get from you. They don't keep their word and they want you to jump through hoops to address concerns that have already been well documented. They will play games rather then give you back money they owe you.

      Being a customer over 15 years this company has left me without service for over 9 days. The problem still is not resolved. I'm paying my bill. I bought a new cell phone and it is not connecting to their network. After numerous new physical Sim cards they tried and the built in esim isn't compatible to their network.
