      told cost for internet would be *****. It's really *****. signed up and it didn't work, was off more than on. nobody could tell me what the problem was so I canceled. total junk. Not happy.

      Received equipment from TMobile for interent but never opened it and returned it to them immediately by **** I no more ordered from them when Xfinity informed me that my other bill with them would greatly increase if I dropped internet with them. I contacted TMobile to make sure they received equipment and was told they had. The next month I received bill on Discover for *****. I filed dispute with Discover but since I no longer had receipt from *** they there was nothing they could do. When I contacted TMobile to dispute bill as I never had account with them. the representative stated if I gave them my personal information that I was considered to have account with them. I feel this is fraudulent activity by a company that gives you absolutely no recourse.

      Horrible service, Horrible customer and the most manipulative company I have ever seen. They even had the audacity to lie to me after I told them I was switching service and tell me my HotSpot box couldn't be unlocked from their system saying and I quote "that's our HotSpot box" even though I payed for it. Unaware that I worked for Apple and went to school for them so I know a thing or 2. As long as you own a device the provider is not allowed to own service rights on a device you payed for and their are instructions online on how to unlock just about any device. Many times I've had to call and had customer service representatives randomly just change my plan usually to make it appear that they have "credited your account" then a week later you find out that they just dropped your plan to the lowest one possible so that it appeared like they credited you something. Shame on any company that lies and manipulates their customers.

      This is the worst service and provider ever I pay insurance for what my phone over heats stops working I get random groups texts from 16 plus numbers all complaining and their all metro customers I would never recommend this service to anyone

      I have been a ******** customer for years, paying my bill early and in full each month. I always keep my iPhones in protective cases and use screen protectors to keep the phones in like new condition. Oct 2022, when the iPhone 14 *** pro was available, I ordered the 14 online and accepted 2 promotions for the trade in of 2 iPhone 12 *** ***** Both offers were the same, both phones in excellent condition. 370 dollars per phone covered the remaining balance on those phone with a remaining amount to be applied as a monthly credit. Only 1 phone received this offer. I called customer service and was assured she saw the trade in offer and that within 2 billing cycles this will fix itself. 2 months later I have not received a dime for 1 of the phones and am instead still being billed for this phone as if I still have it. I used the chat to reach out to another representative **************** ******. who told me things that made no sense even with me sending him screen shots of my bill. I was chatting with him for about an hour and got absolutely no where. How could 1 phone be traded so smoothly and the other be so difficult. Same phone, same offer, same condition same amount owed. I eventually decided after an hour the conversation was useless and told him this is theft and I will be contacting corporate and BBB. If I give up, I will be out hundreds of dollars, but when asked if the other representative I spoke with initially had entered a note on my account that I called about this issue, as I requested, he claims he can not see that. I never had issues with ******** until now when using an upgrade for the JUMP program I pay for. Not sure what to do besides continue to complain. Unfortunately if I refuse to pay I lose my phone and damage my credit. They know what they are doing and have been getting away with this far too long seeing all the complaints about them over the years. A huge corporation of scammers right here in Americaimagine that. Does anyone have resolution?

      I bought a ******** phone number last month and there were too much scam. And I asked for refund. They agreed and cancelled my number immediately, telling me I could receive a refund in 15 business days. I haven't received the refund till now, they asked me to provide the pin but I forgot. I called many times and the agent said they couldn't find my information, I went to the store and the store refused to provide my pin, even though I had my ID and original sim card with me. I called for 2 whole hours following their prompts, but they all told me to call other numbers! But I called all these numbers. Give me back my money, where is my money?I feel like I am being mobile fooled, ******** customer service keeps telling me to go to the store to find Pin, I went and the store refused to provide it. I called and the phone customer said they didn't have my information. I called 611 and my current service provider answered and said they could not transfer to T-mo'bile. i called again and the caller said the store could not provide Pin. contacted ******** customer service again and again told me to go to the store to find Pin. which statement is true? Keep fooling me.All the company are cheating: the customer service call center said store isn't able to provide the pin; call center said they can't find my information on my account. then ******** customer service let me to ask store again and again. But stored refused me because they isn't able to provide that.

      They keep telling me that they will take care of it and give me my money back but they never did. And they also tells me that another device was free of charge but it wasn't. so they keep deducting it from my credit card.

      My husband broke his phone and cant get help because the local Metro PCS building burned down and the other local building was closed, even though he waited until after noon for them to open. NOW, after several attempts to contact customer service, and being HUNG UP ON each time, he STILL cannot get proper help and has had to ask to speak to a supervisor. He is now on the phone with that supervisor, who has just told him they will not help him because he is now locked out of his phone. There is no building open, so he cant get help with transferring info from his old phone to his new phone. The supervisors last words to my husband were, Im sorry you feel that way. NO HELP AVAILABLE FROM METRO PCS IN ******* ******* ******. AND HE HAS PHONE INSURANCE, TOO.

      Promise fast data speed but it only has .50mps on download & about .21mps upload speed tried to resolve issues but was told i need 2nd phone to diagnose issues
