      I spent 316 for 2 iPhone 11s. Then 219 for 2 of the promo free phones to get activated. Not even 24 hours later I decided I didn't like the phone and wanted to pay the difference for the iPhone and add it to my account but metro says that's not possible. They would cancel my entire plan to do so.

      Well the joined with Sprint and then guess what I can no longer receive or get phone calls. Interest runs amazingly fast. After months of complaining I decided it must be the phone. I was eligible to upgrade so I did. Guess what this phone allows calls but has absolutely no internet. Can't get any kind of response from ********* They pass you from one person to the next just hoping you hang up. It's obvious after searching the internet that they have a large scale network problem. I guess I can't figure out why I have to have two phones to do what one can normally do? They use to be great. Now this has to be the worst carrier I have ever heard of.....

      Sooooo I tried internet for around 7 days, no thank you. Dropped many times because of bad connection. Never received the *** card for my phone, thank God. Ive been with other internet for around 6 weeks now. Auto withdrawal for $125.00. Complained and it was reversed. Yesterday I received auto withdrawal and I Have no service with these people!!! Ive spent hours on the phone they all tell me its been taken care of!!! Its not resolved. Are there any customer service numbers in *****************??! I am Beyond pissed!!!

      False and deceptive advertising on so called 55+ accounts for Senior Citizens! When one checks the website prices are different versus when you speak directly with representatives. Read all of the print because they advertise the price for ONE line but in order to get said price you need to get TWO lines which you end up paying more. They also try to get AutoPay. For those of us on fixed income and tight budgets. Beware!!

      These people are nothing but a bunch of con artists and thieves I had someone from ******** call me about their internet service this guy promised me guaranteed me I would never have any problems with their internet because it was a special promotion and they were only allowing so many people in on it as not to overcrowd the network well needless to say I bought into what he said and I got their internet service within a few months I started having problems with it and then it got so bad I was calling three or four times a month every month because I didn't have service ******** kept trying to make excuses and kept trying to reset it they even sent me another internet Tower but since ******** has shotty internet no matter what I still have problems so I canceled my account which they did not do but I will get back to that I return their equipment and then I started calling them about refunding some of my money first I was promised $60 back which I never got so I kept calling then I was promised $120 I mean I was guaranteed money that's what they said but then they gave me nothing so between this they started to try to steal more money out of my bank account saying that I canceled my internet on September 30th well I called them I told them I had the *** receipt where I had sent their equipment back on September 6th I also had emails where I started the return process at the end of August so tell me how many people out there would return their equipment on September 6th but keep their service till September 30th well once again I started calling this time I was guaranteed 100% beyond the shadow of a doubt that I would be getting 6 months of my money back guess what you got it right once again they didn't give me any of my money so if anybody on here is interested in starting a class action lawsuit against ******** and their practices please feel free to get a hold of me my name is ******************************* and if by chance you are a lawyer or you know a lawyer please have them contact me and anybody else feel free to contact me so I can get your name and information and we can go talk to a lawyer even if it's on Zoom together let's start a class action lawsuit against ******** for trying to con and steal from their customers oh yeah by the way I reached out to their CEO *********** and you got it right I still haven't heard anything from him so let's just start a class action lawsuit against ********

      Worst phone provider ever. In June 2022 customer service agent disconnected my 3 lines from the network after i requested help in switching to a new phone. Then today I requested to get my call records from January 2022, the agent **** #****** told me I could I just needed to go to a Metro by T-mobile store. So I did and the agents in *************** told me I cannot get my own records of all the calls I have made and paid for. So, I called back customer service, and spoke to the manager ***** #*****, who told me they cannot give me my records. Horrible, appalling, inhumane treatment. **************** is terrible and the company is here just for the money with no regard for consumers

      I Do believe this company is a scam. I went to my local store and got a wireless modem I tried their Home Internet I had a 14 day no cost trial. I couldn't get a decent signal on the 7th day I returned their modem back to the local store a few days later I got a letter from their corporate office telling me they hate to see me go but I only have a few days to return my equipment or they will take $50.00 off my debit card so I called their !**** number told them I already returned their modem they need to check with their local store I also have a receipt showing its so. I told them they have no business taking anything off my account because they wanted a order# I told them there isn't a order number all I have is a account# they told me they cant look it up with a account# I argued with them about 2 hours I finally hung up on them. I got they're equipment 9/20/22 returned it 9/27/2022 they illegally took $50.00 out of my account on10/11/2022 I tried calling my local store. They didn't answer their phone there was a answering machine I waited 3 days they never did get back to me. I drove to their store which is 17 miles one way from my home I told them what's going on they called their corporate store and argued with them for 2 hours also. Then the store Rep told me that they are investigating it and my money will be back on my card 4 to 7 days I told him that's great since that money should've never been taken off my card in the first place. I want the money they stole off my card. Then I called the corporate office a few days ago on 10/26/22 and argued for 2 hours again it was a free 14 day trial they got their equipment back in 7 days so I owe them nothing They illegally stole money out of my account They are nothing more then a much of thieves

      I have had 1 bar of signal for the past 3 weeks. Me and my family -all 3 of us. Keep calling metro customer care and 3 of the 29 people I've spoken with tell me there's maitenance going on with the tower will be fixed by the end of the month. Everybody else tries to tell me that the towers work. Where is the truth in this company ?

      ******** is terrible. They sold us 2 phones and a plan. The man waiting on ** was *************************** at the ************* ** location. He told ** we would get two $200 gift cards within 90 days. It was the only reason we went with them. So we waited..... then when we went back in to find out what the holdup was we were told the plan we were on didn't get the gift cards. The ole bait and switch in the world of sales. Very dishonest company in my book. They did offer to put us a more expensive plan that did come with the gift cards. Not on your life! As soon as our phones are paid for we'll be moving to another carrier. Hopefully to an honest one.

      Their coverage is horrible. I loose calls constantly and can get no help from the company. Even though we switched from ******* for some coverage issues, ******** is far worse. No useful customer service. I would certainly tell anyone to seriously consider before going to them. It is very customer "unfriendly" company.
