      Don't Buy anything from this company. They are rip off artists. They fraudulently charged me $227.00 I would never do business with this company. I have paid my bill the entire time and needed to return a home internet unit which was suppose to be the $227.00 charge which took a act of GOD to get to them after repeated calls visits. Please pass this along. I will be a on a crusade to every customer NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

      They are the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. I have started auto pay at least 15 times and every time it somehow gets cancelled. I have been on chat a dozen times and have waisted many hours on the phone, they assure me my auto pay is all set to come out of my bank account on the 15th of every month and every month I get a message stating that I am past due and need to make a payment manually to include late fees! Now they are telling me I owe triple what my payments is and will waive late fees, what late fees? I dont really understand why they are having such a hard time with this but I give up after wasting so many hours and even one I talk to has a different story.

      Horrible service, store managers are like a revolving, no idea where they find these people because this last one treated me like garbage, been these 8 years and leaving, place is on a downward slide,my best advice is. Stay Away

      Do not buy ************ DO NOT BUY ******************* YOU WILL REGRET.I AM CUSTOMER WITH THEM FOR 4 YEARS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO SINCE THEY MOVED ALL BUSINESS TO **********. T-MOBLE IS NOW NOTHING BUT SCAM.I called ********* The customer ******* is worst.First the employees don't know about the product they are selling. I added a ******* of **** as advertised by ******** and representative don't know anything about this product. I had to spend 2 hours to explain them, then my call was transferred, second girl also didn't know anything about it and promised to transfer my call and hungup. I called again and requested to speak to manager who said she will talk to me in 2 min and again hung up the call.Afterwards I received 4 calls but every one is a representative. I called the corporate office and they said they don't take calls from customers only store owners. I was shocked that they make billions from consumers and no customer ******* or complaint unit at corporate office.I will definitely say goodbye to tmobile. Dont worth my hard earned money.

      TMobile provided only 1 bar of service on all of our devices.3 phones, 2 Gateway internet devicestherefore, we cancelled service and returned all devices within a 7 day timeframe. We are still being charged for 400 minutes of usage even though the devices were unusable due to extremely weak signals in our area (**********, **************, **). Billing initially charged me for $217. And our son, $600+.. for the same account. Filed a complaint with the *** for fraudulent billing.

      I am super annoyed that ******** is now saying it's been to long for them to pay off my phone from ******* im over ******** and ready to speak to a lawyer if needed because i was not told to fill out any form for you guys to pay off ******* i was lied to and told it was taken care of and here we are one year later and i'm getting calls from a debt collector very unhappy with ******** and the phone service is TERRIBLE

      I never opened an account or used ******** services ever I received a bill for internet service from them Called and am told I have to mail a letter to their legal department

      The company scams people to get them to start service by offering them a certain price for the devices. I called them and was offered buy a phone get the other free for Iphone 14 Pro *** with iphone7 trade-in. They took the money and shipped the phones and when I got them, they said that all the prepresentatives and the supervisor I spoke to, gave me wrong information and I should pay for the other phone $400 which wasn't the original agreement. I felt they trap people especially they know that I am leaving the country in a couple of days and won't have time to do an order with another company. They lie and deceive people to get them in and then come back saying we were misinformed and they can't go out of their policy. I want everybody to be aware of this company and don't trust anybody there. They are scammers

      I think their **************** is awful and very misleading when attempting to get a refund. I was attempting to transfer my cell phone service to ******** online. I was told I would get a new phone, a **************, as part of their senior program, and be able to keep the phone numbers we already had. I requested one *** card not knowing I would need two. I made sure that I told the representative **** who was my Virtual Sales Expert, that I only wanted one and would only be billed $35.00 for one. I was told I could go to the nearest store to my location and pick up the new phone there. They could not help me and that's when the fun began,. They could not open the file, it's status was pending. They referred me back to ****************. Well, they sent me three *** cards and billed me $105.00. Initially I was told I did not have to send them back but I did and finally in July I was sent the mailing label. They received the *** cards on July 15, 2022 and I've been calling each month, multiple times since then. I just want my money back. They're investigating, it's pending, they're sending it as an electronic deposit, nothing yet. I call, state my case, give all my information, request to speak to a manager or supervisor, calls get dropped after transfer. They call back while I am already talking to someone else and still getting nowhere. Same situation today, September 28, 2022. I've been calling since June 2022. I've been told you will receive an email waiting 24 to 48 hours , no emails. They left out part of the email address I was told today. I've been told three times the electronic deposit will arrive in 3 to 5 or 7 to 10 business days and initially it was done on June 30, 2022. It never happened. They have been given my banking information twice. Today a form was filled out and a response is due in 7 to 10 business days. It will be October at that time and we will be in the fourth month of trying to get a refund. I'm tired now. HELP!!
