      This company is horrible they are so quick to take your Money Before you are 100% medically cleared, I was asked to take 2 tests! I went to my own doctor and I found out my Iron was low and I had other new health problems that I wasn't aware of. I immediately called the Office in *******, **. Where I was gonna have my procedure and left messages and emails with ************************* , I told her the situation of my health and explained that I could not go through with the surgery, she is not a doctor or qualified to give me medical advice. She told me " my Iron wasn't that low" that I can still proceed with the surgery. The Surgeon ******************************* Never returned my calls and I kept getting ignored about my Refund. ******* is **** and disrespectful and very unprofessional. This place is a scam and they took $2,495.00 from me and refunded me less than I was supposed to get back. Sonnobello should make sure the patients health is cleared 100% before they Rob you, it's obvious that theydon't care about a person's health. I gave them Plenty of notice and when I went in for my pre-op on January 4, **** I still wasn't medically cleared and I was told to take another test. **** the manager was the only one who helped me and listened to me and returned my calls. They still got away with taking $2,495.00 from me.

      Save your money! Go anywhere but here I promise you. I had the extra skin removed and lipo and I look absolutely the same as before. But thats not the part that behooves me the incision is horrible I never had to be cut open to have my kids now I have this dreadful large incision smh. Please save yourself the pain and money.

      I am updating my review. I was refunded my money finally, but it took 3 months, a bad BBB review, and calling my bank to get it. No one ever called me back in the 3 months of leaving messages in attempts to get my money back. The one and only time I heard from anyone was after I got my money. They had called to make sure I got it and to ask to change my review. So I am here changing it to reflect the current status.

      I cannot tell you how let down I am by this company. So for a little background information, I am a critical care nurse and I did a massive amount of research before selecting this company to be the people that would remove my lower abdominal skin, and have liposuction. They took my thousand dollar deposit, and then the remainder of the cost.( I think it was around $13,000 altogether) had my procedure, which was absolutely horrific. I went home and actually passed out on the floor. My family contacted the nurse on call and she said that this is completely normal, & not to worry. The Faja they put on me postop and prior to going home was manually cut up the legs by a male nurse, and dug into me until I had my one week postop visit . Gradually ripping! At my postop visit they said everything looked great, they took pictures as did I and as I have for every month since the procedure. My one month appointment was canceled and rescheduled, and at the day I believe prior to my rescheduled one month appointment Sono Bello called me to cancel it because the technician doing the Venus ********* was no longer there, I told them that was fine and that they could call me back with a reschedule time. I never heard back from them regarding a follow up appointment. I have continued to wear my Faja for three months post recommendation with **** boards and Lipo foam. I have photo documentation of my entire healing process as I wanted to be a Sono Bello advocate. I was told by my physician who performed my surgery that if needed I could not have a revision for an entire year, as it takes an entire year to show your results. Lucky for me, the physician retired, trying to get someone to listen to me, for a revision has been absolutely disastrous , no one is calling me back, completely disrespectful, saying that I breached my contract for not showing up when they did not call me to reschedule. I have a horrible incision puckered on both sides of my hips- DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

      I had lower ab skin removal with **************. Enough skin was not taken as I still have sagging skin. Every single post operation appointment, I made it very clear that this area was not tight and still had loose saggy skin. I was told to wait until my 6 month post operation appointment to let the Dr know I was not happy with my results. Even the nurses saw and agreed with me on the area. Finally my 6 month came and the Dr was not even there to see and discuss my concerns with. They got me in to see ************** about a week later. She came in the room very unprofessional and chewing and eating food. She began looking at my tummy while still eating and talking to me, saying it looked good and it was just my stretch marks (which I disagree with). She denied my revision. She said I just need to do micro needling in the area and to buy a micro needle pen and do it on my own. I did and tried and its very painful but also did not fix my area at all! This is because its loose skin! Bottom line if enough skin had been taken and pulled tight it wouldn't be loose at all. I called back and spoke to someone saying Id like a second opinion from another Dr at their office. She said shed pass my info onto a manager. No one has called me back. *** called numerous times after and no one will respond. I paid almost $9000 for a mini tummy tuck and you honestly cant even tell I had any work done. My stomach is lose and flabby. Very very unhappy with my results and would love a revision or my money back to go elsewhere to have it done correctly!

      I am LIVID. Spoke to Simi at my initial consult.I advised them I did not want Abex because I have a small child and did not want to get cut. **** says "I have just the Dr for you". Silly me, I go off my consultants word. I found better prices elsewhere and was asked to send the quote of where the prices were better. They "worked" with me and lowered their pricing although i still paid more for less based off how kind I thought everyone was. They said they could only give that price if I did the procedure on a certain date (I guess they had a cancellation). I go in, get marked up for the 4 areas chosen. 2 of which I did not really want but they stated I absolutely needed so the results looked right. I come out of the procedure and find out they completely did not even do one of the areas I was marked for! Also, the fat canister had almost NO fat in it! Nurses were whispering and shaking their heads. To add insult to injury, the 2 areas they said I needed have ZERO change and even they have admitted that. Now they are trying to charge me more money saying I need the AbEx and are literally haggling with me instead of making this right. Either refund my money (and not HALF after all this) or take the credit from the part you DID NOT do and do the AbEx by way of settling this FAIRLY. NO WAY I should give you more money to have to have a surgical procedure AGAIN that was botched the first time. I have an appt tomorrow to discuss but if they don't make things right i'll be speaking to my attorney that already stated this is actionable. I offered to take the Abex with a different Dr and use my credit for the untreated area and call it even as compensation after this HORRIBLE experience. This is all stupidly knowing i'm putting myself at risk with a company that already did not produce results the first time. If things don't go well tomorrow i will be blasting social media with reviews, recorded material and photos of what REALLY happens here.

      I had my procedure in August of 2023. I met with my surgeon at my preop appt and then again the day of surgery. She was really nice and I revived her ig page from her actual office and she seemed legit. I remember the day of my surgery and the pain I experienced when I was being cut open on my right side I remember being so drugged up and telling her it hurt and was given more meds and knocked out. I came home not really remembering much, I was so excited to finally shower a few days later and took the bandages off and was so disappointed with my results I had my waist done upper/lower abd, upper back roll and Abex done. My stomach looked like a square and my pubic area looked funky and so did my belly button. I cried but I was trying to stay positive and kept telling my self to trust the process. Moving towards almost 6 months and I still look like a square Im so self conscious about the way I look naked and to top it off my square is horrible! It looks like an ekg lead where she just didnt care how she cut.i also have dog ears on my sides and they way she stitched me up I have skin hanging. Im so disappointed and wish I would have just gone to a real plastic surgeon office to get my procedure done for the amount I paid sonobello.

      First of all my procedure hurt like heck and they did not care in the least one little pain pill. Then I got approved for a revision I thought and paid for additional things to be done. They ignored my phone calls to schedule my procedure for over a year said paying customer came first. Even though I did pay for more surgery. Then in December before my scheduled January surgery they called to postpone for 3 more months. I informed them my Doctor did not want me to have the surgery and the lady said ok we will email form to you for Doctor to fill out and issue refund. Great. Not! Call back because did not receive email and ******* informed me they do not give refunds and I will have to have surgery after doctor ****** me! I am 60 years old now, I have major Health issues so when I am 65 or 70 I should get liposuction! Really are they gonna pay me interest for my money they have had for all this time! I want the money that is due me. They ignore your calls.
