Went in for consult and was scheduled the next day for the surgery. The "doctor" assigned to do my surgery I just met at that consult. It appears I would be his first surgery at this location. He was rude, incompetent, and for some reason pulled my ******* down and looked at my ******.No Lipo was being done on that part of me. I was so freaked out when I left. I didn't sleep all night and then in the morning, called and cancelled my appointment. I explained to my contact there how the doctor treated me at the consult, and that he clearly didn't know their protocol. The contact talked me into rescheduling with a female doctor. At the time I thought tat would be ok. Then I read reviews about this place and the reviews scared me so bad I decided I didn't want to do it. I called back and my contact talked me into meeting with their female doctor and then decide. I went back in to meet her but still not comfortable with the procedure. I still wanted to cancel the surgery, but my contact said if I do i cannot get any of my money back.My contact is obviously paid by commission and doesn't want to lose that.How can any reputable medical clinic treat patients the way I was treated there?Sono Bello

So last year I was looking to have smart liposuction surgery and I really didnt want to go to far so I thought it was great that it was a place in ********** ******* that offered that service. I sent an email and got a call back so fast about what I was looking for and my consultation appointment was scheduled. The lady that I meant was extremely nice and give me a quote on everything that I asked her about. When I went on social media and saw this company pictures and caption I was a bit confused because what they were showing and the procedure that was in it was not correct so I called with my concerns and was told that someone else ran the social media account and was offered a discount if I want to go ahead and book now (red flag). I told her that I was still not sure and she told me that she will call me back to see if she can get me in in the next few days and give me another discount (red flag). I was contacted by someone else and she told me that if I can pay today $6216 on my Credt Card and $300 on my debit card. Now mind you I was quoted over $10,000 for the areas that I wanted but I only chose to do my lower back, flakes and upper and lower stomach. In the contract it says that if you are not happy that you can get a refund or they will schedule you for another appointment to fix the issue. I was also told that my full results can take a year. Well Oct. 30th 2023 was a year and I still am not happy with the results. The first time that I went in for my one week post op is the only time I saw a difference and I was told that I was still a swollen and it will go down. My last appointment I expressed that I was not happy with the results and they kept trying yo convince that I should be. Im not sure if it was because they didnt want to correct the issue or they dont want to give me my money back. I wanted to recommend other people but I just told them they probably need to find someone else.Sono Bello

3 starsI had a lipo procedure and they gave me medicine to make me comfortable. I dont know if it wasn't long enough or enough medicine but the surgeon proceeded and when they cut me I felt everything but wasn't able to say anything except ouch. The surgeon seemed to be very rough with me. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star was a nice lady from coporate offered to do the procedure again with a different doctor but I was so traumatized by the first time it gave me anxiety and I declined.Review fromAnthony B

My wife went in for abs surgery and almost lost her life and had to get the surgery redone by a local plastic surgeon who was ****** about how bad the procedure was done by soon hello we are out of 10k plus are unable to *** or get a refund as my wife and are traumatized and left emotional distress by this horrific eventSono Bello

I went for a consult last October and meet with ****** the sales person. I let her know that I wanted to remove my muffin top. She promised that that with their procedure on my hips it will be gone. She also told me to get my abs done so it could look more even. I told her that I wasn't interested in any other areas. I again told her I what I wanted and she told me that I would be happy with the results I booked my procedure. When I first changed the bandages I noticed that the area looked the same but maybe it was the swelling. After a week I emailed ****** and told her that I did not think that the area was touched. She reassured me that the area was done. Throughout the healing process I emailed her and sent photos showing no change. 7 months after the procedure I finally met with the doctor that did the procedure. I told him my concern and he said it looks the same because I didn't touch it. When I told him the only reason I did the procedure was to remove the area he said at my consult the person put hips and the area I needed is the waist. The office manager ****** was in the room hearing all of this. ****** apologized for ******'s mistake and said she no longer worked there. I showed her the emails between ****** and I proving that she promised this area done. ****** said that for THEIR mistake she will have me do the procedure at a discounted rate. I agreed because I just want to get this done, I shouldn't have to pay for anything at all. When I went for the pre opp appointment I was told that no appointment scheduled. ****** then came out and told me that she had not actually gotten the procedure approved and her higher up actually denied it. Why would she tell me about another procedure done if she didn't even have approval. In the end I did not get the one area I wanted and paid for other procedures that I did not need. Per WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE their employee advised me of what to get and was wrong so they are liable.Sono Bello

They will not return my refund after I went to my physician told me not to have it done. I had a medical condition. This is the one in *********** ****. First, she told me they would not cancel my appointment and then I called the place in **********. They told me my appointment was canceled but the lady at the one in *********** said she could not refund my money. I would not recommend this for anyone they get you in there and trap you. The lady in *********** **** said if I could have my doctor send her a statement saying what my medical condition was that she would refund my money. This is a HIPAA law. I talked to an attorney and he said I will get my money back.Sono Bello

1 starIn 2022, I met with a sales representative at Sono Bello ******** I was (and still am) very self conscious with my midsection and love handles, so I opted for liposuction. I was told it was an easy procedure and that there should be no issues considering I was a young, healthy woman. I mentioned my anemia and was told that it wouldnt be a problem. I paid $6k for liposuction with ****************, who was a new doctor in the *************** I was awake during my procedure and in a lot of pain while the doctor administered the local anesthesia. I was told wed have to stop before starting with liposuction due to excessive bleeding. I was sent home all bruised up and running through gauze pads drenched in blood. I went for a follow up and was told that I needed medical clearance from a hematologist before we could attempt the procedure again. I asked for guidance or recommendations on where to go and was never given an answer. I took it upon myself to eat better and take iron supplements but here I am a year later and my levels have not changed. I asked for a refund and was told that I needed to get medical clearance from my doctor seems to me like they dont want to refund me for not having done the procedure. I spent a lot of money and absolutely nothing came of it. Im asking that Sonobello rectify this. I wish I would have known that my anemia would prevent me from getting the procedure. Had that been the case, I wouldnt be out $6k. Im asking for a refund for a service not provided.Review fromLaTayna G

5 starsShout Out!************* was honest with me and straight forward about me not qualifying. Heartbreaking!! He said he could take my money and perform surgery but that I would look almost the same. (Ive already had weight loss surgery and a mommy makeover). Im disappointed that I cant have it but happy that the Dr was encouraging and honest. He was compassionate and said that I could have a second opinion, but I knew that he was right. Just not enough fat to remove. I called the ********* Office, where I did my consultation with *******. They were already submitting a full refund for me. I thought Id have to fight, but nope. It was just handled. I didnt get to have the procedure but this is for those researching this team to consider for their own choice. I was impressed and thats hard to do.
