      I went there 2020 and I was told that the fat I. My stomach, waist and back would never come back I had a stroke and coming home and rehabilitating I gained weight in my stomach and back mainly. And I just paid off my account with ********************** which was *********.

      Hi I absolutely love sonobello they did such a wonderful job when I was a patient there I would recommend them to every girlfriend sister every woman that I come in contact with that's looking for this type of what to be done and I just want to look and feel better about themselves sonobello is the place the customer service is excellent they're so nice and so patient they answered all my questions sonobello is number one in my book

      Constant spam emails, unsubscribed to each one but still receiving 2-5 emails a day, all the emails go straight to the company website, started a live chat to put a stop to them but the customer service representative said I didn't have an account so I cant be put on the do not contact list, I don't want an account, I want ****************** to stop contacting me.

      My doctor gave me a letter to give to them stating I could not do the procedure and they will not give me my money back. They have charged me around $15,866 . I did not sign the DoucSign- papers and they kept sending me to other people. I have not had the procedure. I want my money refunded.

      I drove an 1hr 1/2 each way to & from consultation appt (spent 2hrs waiting because they were behind), paid for all procedures & was told I need medical clearance from my neurologist which I got because I have mild epilepsy. Then I drove 2hrs each way to & from my preop appt & waited 1hr 1/2 when a nurse came in to tell me even though my neurologist gave okay they couldn't do procedure. After they rushed me out back door. The dr ***** have the decency to come in & tell me or help me by giving me other recommendations. The entire situation was so unprofessional & very disappointing. For the amount I paid patients deserve better than this!

      I was pleased with how I looked after my first procedure, which is why they've earned one star. Why I'm writing the review.. I had chosen a few places in my mid section and was told it would be done in 2 procedures. I had taken loans out with banks the consultant suggested (banks I've never even heard of, one of which there's not even a website for, it's by mail only). I was told once my first procedure was complete, that amount would be taken out in the loan process and I would start payments on "only the first procedure", once my second procedure was completed, the rest of the loan would be taken out and I would begin payments on that loan for my second procedure. LIE.I had the first procedure done in the beginning of 2020 and the second was to follow a few months later. After the first procedure ALL of the loan was taken out and I had to start paying on the second procedure that I have not even received yet. Then Covid hit. My appointments were canceled and my second procedure was canceled. Now here I am with no follow up appointments (that I paid for) and no second surgery (that I was paying for despite being told I wouldn't pay for until I had it done). When I tried to contact them, no one answered me. I spent the following 2 years trying to get my money back to be told "well we just have credit for you to come back in for the second surgery". I'm a service member, I don't live there anymore or anywhere near one, nor do I want to ever do business with them again after charging me THOUSANDS for a procedure I never ended up getting! (Not to mention also having to pay the interest on a loan that should've never been taken out!)3 years later and they still have yet to give me any of my money back for the procedure I didn't receive. I'd also like to mention that unlike other GOOD plastic surgeons, you're awake during their procedures and it was an awful experience. I also have had so much pain where I did have the surgery. I will never recommend Sono Bello.

      Unethical! They care more about money than patients. Give low deposit. Once you meet with the doctor you forfeit all of your deposit if you cancel!! How outrageous is that! No one should make a decision without first speaking to doctor. Read reviews! Most are horrible. My mistake was ************************ are keeping it all and all I had was consult and pre-op with their doctor. Changed my mind...and they are keeping my money...Unethical! Should have at least received partial refund since I gave high deposit! Be very careful!

      Went in for consultation, expressed concerns of areas, but was recommended differently; paid between ****k. At start of procedure, all the way through the end, I felt everything. I cried to doctor to stop, but he didnt care to stop and kept stating Were almost done. During my check **** I kept expressing that I was still not happy with my arms, abdomen and waist, but kept stating to wait 6 months. Once my 6 month came to be, they showed me my before and after pictures, and there was no difference, that it made me cry with such disappointment and dissatisfaction. I will say, they did try to schedule me to see the main doctor a week later to see how he felt of the results, and that day agreed that a correction was needed, while having to come up with another 4K to target the other areas (hips and back bra roll) that shouldve been recommended in the first place. The only positive person I enjoyed to work with after the first cruel round was a** manager ***. Second round, painless. Happy about that. Of course now comes the check **** 1 week, 3 months then 6 months. All 3 times, still showed concerns of my arms that showed no difference, upper abdomen still the same, hips did come in a bit but not much, some back bra roll and waist did not show much difference from the first procedure. When doctor came in, he stated work was successful and the fat is just extra skin but I again, did not feel the work was successful, even when looking at before and after pictures. Today, I still hate myself when I stand in front of mirror; I do not think over 13k of work reflects on my body, and continue to pay a hefty monthly credit card bill from work I despise. My weight has maintained the same since they last weighed me, and work was done exactly a year ago November 2022. I got a second professional opinion who states work was not done properly. All I ask is for Sonobello to correct this. I do not ask for refund, but just satisfaction physically and emotionally.
