      This is the most unethical company!! They need to be shut down. As long as they are taking clients deposits and WILL not refund their money of course their Profits are good. Due to waiting on doctor ********* Surgery has not been done and haven't met with the DOCTOR. ******* tried too cancel and was told you do not get your $2000 back that was put down. Sono Bello are thief and are not committed to customer service. One of the worse companies ever!!! What do you except with not even a 2 rating. Very inhumane to their customers! Not to mention spending ******!

      Im only 4 days post-op and all I can say is DONT DO IT!! They tell you this is a painless procedure but it was like I was being slowly tortured with prods. I felt everything and the doctor was not concerned, the nurse was not concerned. Post procedure was just as bad. I was handled because I was groggy from the sedatives. There wasnt any observation time after surgery. The nurse put my clothes on, stuck a few maxi pads on the bleeding incisions and sent me home. I cannot touch my stomach, its not just bruised everywhere I really cannot touch the area, cannot lie down without crying, sitting up causes more wrenching pain. So when they tell you youll have a little bruising - theyre not being truthful. Do not trust these people to be honest with you. If you e put a deposit down, fight to get it back and DO NOT let them touch you! Sure you might have to fight for that deposit but youre saving yourself a lot of other trauma and grief. Based on what I see currently from the non-invasive surgery, the doctor was very sloppy. I wish I would have thought about reading BBB reviews before!

      If I could give them a ZERO I would.. They did a TERRIBLE job. Remove a VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF FAT!!!!!!! I asked for my revision and they refused. I REVISITED 6x hoping they correct it . They said I would have to pay $4000. DO NOT GO TO SONOBELLO !!!!!!!!!!!! I went to ******* location ,my BFF went to ********* .She had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS WELL!!!

      We need to find a way to let people know they shouldnt go to this place. My experience was a nightmare. They say they use local anesthesia but they only numb the parts to be treated. I felt like dying on that table. It was the most painful and horrible experience of my life. The results were not even worth the pain I had to endure. I told the nurse I didnt like my results but doing a retouch or correction was the last thing I was going to do. I wouldnt undergo the same pain even if they pay me or give me my money back. Procedures like this shouldnt even be allowed to be performed without local anesthesia. Government laws should prohibit this place to operate. I believe that because I was in so much pain, the doctor ******* extract enough fat to make my results better. I tried leaving my email so people can contact me but the website doesnt take it.

      I went in for a consultation I told them I was going out of town and wanted to schedule later. ***** said no problem well schedule for a week or two after I get back. I was scheduled for 10/12. Last week I had a mammogram and I need an ultrasound. I was hesitant to keep my pre surgery appointment and the surgery but the gal on the phone told me it would be fine even if I had to change my appointment again. She also told me that if I change my appointment again Id be charged an extra ******. Went for appointment they were in a big hurry to get me to sign lots of papers. Which I did and didnt have a chance to read. The pre surgery appointment this Dr comes in talks a little answers my questions and does an 5 minute exam. Listened to my heart that was about it. I started just getting a really uneasy feeling about the procedure and my upcoming ultrasound. When he told me that I need someone to stay with me after the procedure and said if I dont have someone its a deal breaker. I really decided I wasnt comfortable with that little exam and the procedure. Today I called to cancel and not do anything. Unfortunately Im waiting for my paperwork to be sent to me because they are offering me a courtesy of refunding me ****** of my 1******. I understand I took their time but I think ****** for the mini exam is quite sufficient. I think this place keeps a lot of money from people when they should be refunding if a procedure isnt actually done. Today I started reading reviews, Im glad Im not going forward with this place shady and more unhappy people than happy people.

      I had a surgery date scheduled and two days before I called to ask about surgery details and what I needed to do before arriving in the morning at 5:30am, ***, Office manager gave me the explanation and process after letting her know about some medication I was taking she said, let me ask the nurse and doctor about those meds and I will call you back. I didnt hear from her that day until next morning the day before surgery a nurse called and gave me instructions for the surgery, I explained about the meds and she stated she would have to check and would call me back. That didnt happen of course, I had to call later in the afternoon at about 3:30pm she stated the needed a clearance from my neurologist, your kidding me they have had my medical record since August 30th and we are now September 27th a day before the surgery and I get canceled, so unprofessional of them!! So angry because I had already taken time off for these procedures and nothing is going to happen now. Again, no surgery takes place because the surgeon ***************************** and another doctor recommend no surgery take place because of the medications I was taking. This is so unprofessional and now I have to wait for my deposit until it hits my bank. When Sono Bello was quick to charge it on my card. Really bad business practice!! I will not recommend Sono Bello to anyone ever!!!

      I had AbEx and other sculpting at SonoBello in *********, ** in March 2023. Everyone was great and the procedure went well except my upper abs were still protruding greatly after 3 months. At my 6 month follow-up the nurse finally agreed that it appeared touch up was necessary but the surgeon had to make the final decision so I needed to make an appointment with him and a manager would be calling me to schedule that. This was one week ago. I have contacted their ********* office twice now trying to get this scheduled because I have some appointments that would need to be worked around this procedure. I called today to inquire about how long it would take to get an appointment and express my frustration over how long it was taking for someone to simply look at the computer and give a time/date for an appointment but the receptionist kept cutting me off, talking over me and was plain out being rude. I asked her twice to not do this as I didnt appreciate this attitude. I never cussed or yelled at her so there was no need for this. In addition, both times I reached out to this office I was promptly informed that I was NOT their only customer. Really? She feels the need to belittle people in that way? She kept contradicting herself with her reasons for the delay in getting me scheduled and informed me there were people waiting much longer than me to be scheduled . Since she blamed SonoBello policies for the issue I asked for a contact number and person to complain to. Her response was to HANG UP on me. I did not pay over $13,000 to be treated in this way! SonoBello is nice enough to you and responds quickly until it comes time to look at fixing the issue that you paid for, then they want nothing more to do with you. In my opinion this is starting to resemble fraudulent behavior. I have read many complaints similar to mine on the BBB and other sources. My pre-op and surgery were made quickly at my consult when they were eager for my business. Very disappointing.

      Nightmare! I paid $10,100 for a procedure only to ********, argued with while on surgical table by surgeon, handled aggressively and painfully, lied to, procedure not completed and not informed of fact until several days after procedure, I'm 3x bigger after procedure than before- unusually rock hard stomach that they claim " is normal", seeking refund for unperformed procedure(S) as there are 2, and seeking adjustment toward overall cost due to the inconvenience and torture I have experienced. There is way more to this story that's not listed for space reasons, but this is the worst experience I've ever gone through. Please seek alternative business if looking for body work.

      Hi my name is ******* and I had upper ab, lower ab and waist liposuction at Sono Bello in La Jolla in February 2023. I was very uncomfortable unhappy with the services including with the Dr. *** consultation i was given by the Dr. was uncomfortable and I embarrassing. During the procedure I kept telling her that it hurts so much It felt that I was not properly numbed before she proceeded. I kept telling her that I was in a lot pain and it hurt so badly all she kept saying was "what do you want me to do you want me to stop I'll stop I won't continue". She was very unprofessional and im not happy with the results. I tried to cancel before any surgery but they said that I would be charged $2000.00. So I went ahead with the procedures. I would not recommend to get this done at this place. This place was so quick to take your money and the Dr. was very rude.
