  I recently injured my leg & was unable to workout & while recovering, I would have time to recover from not only the ** procedure but my injury. I went into the office for my scheduled consultation & waited in the lobby for 45 min,I (in a medical boot) went to the office. Sono Bello advertises that procedures are quick, limited pain & recover after ***** hrs. After speaking with the consultant I signed up for a procedure. On the day of my pre-screening a nurse took pics & informed me of the process I was able to speak to the surgeon with his 1 year employment at ** that they want to guarantee their clients are happy After the surgeon left, the nurse mentioned that my recovery would take about 2-3 weeks, the consultant guaranteed 2-3 days. I texted the surgeon that ************ confirmed that healing process does take several weeks(contrary to what was advertised & told by the consultant). I canceled my procedure with the surgeon since recovery time would halt my physical ****************** When I informed the consultant of this she became slightly irritated when I explained that I was in ****** would need to hold off on surgery due to the longer recovery time, if it be possible to receive my down payment back in the meantime The consultant stated that could be possible if I were to receive proof from my Physician, which I faxed over. When I called to follow up, her supervisor, ******** was rude & accused me of lying (when I have the texts).I called **************** & reported this incident on 7/6 & 7/13 & even received a call from ********* on 7/13 that my $1,500 would be refunded in **** business days, when I called back to check on this refund(which I never received, ******** answered & claimed that no agent by the name that was provided to me has ever worked at Sono Bello. Read the reviews, bc Sono Bello is a traveling circus with no consistent **************** line & a few employees who refuse to take accountability for signing up clients with inaccurate info

  I don't know what services they provided but they send me advertisements via email several times a day. I block sender and still get them. This business is harassing me as they have multiple emails that even when you block them they have another one to send FROM to try to get the ad out. Don't know how to stop them. Needs to be laws against this practice that are actually enforced.

  Giving 1 star is an honor! Worst mistake of my life!! Looking back now I wish I would have done more research than what I did. My free consultation consisted of a woman with no medical degree, after talking with her about my issue areas and showing her as well, lifting clothing, she told me I was perfect candidate for the laser lipo. (anyone that walks thru the doors is a candidate) She showed me some before and after and I pointed to a few and stated "that is what I want my body to look like" and of course she came back with "absolutely! We can definitely get you there!" I was dumb enough to put a $1k deposit down. After scheduling my next appt, Which was pictures and measurements, I was driving home and all I could think was "what did I just do?" then I remembered the pictures she showed me and thought it was all going to be ok and how great I will look and feel. WRONG!! I am 10 months post op and I don't look/feel any different than I did 10 months ago! I followed the instructions to *********** to last appointment with the dr and was told there is nothing more they can do to assist!??? I was told if I was not happy they can fix me right up. I have asked for all my pictures and I was provided with 8, and they sure made sure they cropped them and made my before close up and my "after" further away. I get they won't give me my money back but they should at least do something here! I wanted a redo especially on my back area which clearly has plenty of fat, was told wait a couple of years, uh I don't believe I will be covered in 2 yrs and the dr is beyond aware of that. I knew there would be a $895 fee for a redo and even though I feel like my $7k should have covered it, I was at the time willing to pay if it would help. Indianpolis Sono Bello do better! We deal with truth better than lies and BS!!!

  I was in shape but could loose my belly fat , soI had the procedure on my abs and waistline. After 3 very painful days and 3 months of gradual recovery and working out, Im back to where I started. The staff was terrific but the results just didnt happen. 8k later and Im very frustrated!! Dont do it!!!

  I am super disappointed with the results of my procedure. I requested them to focus on an area and after the procedure noticed they didnt even touch the area I asked them to. I made several attempts to follow up about my dissatisfaction with procedure. They offer a money back guarantee but do not actually honor it when trying to follow up. I would not recommend.

  This company Sono Bello falsely advertise about helping people of all body types to lose weight through fat removal. When I tried to schedule my FREE CONSULTATION **** (in our phone text chat) asked questions for my height/weight. I answered her questions honestly. Only for her to reply I DID NOT meet the requirements for the FREE CONSULTATION! **** then tells me to call a different number than that of the website. Apparently, a person must have a BMI of 42 or lower to obtain consultation or service through Sono Bello. Absolutely no where did it say any reference that I could find where people seeking fat removal to be of any certain staure. Promising FREE CONSULTATIONS then telling people you are basically too big (I'm 5'3" 285lbs, 53 yrs old) is deformation of ones character. Not to mention the FALSE ADVERTISING of giving hope to those who truly need the help. SONO BELLO of *******, ** is where I wanted to seek my free consultation. As it seems I have nonetheless been told to get help somewhere else... As I DO NOT FIT THIS COMPANIES "CRITERIA"!

  This place is horrible!! I went for my one and only visit. At that time I gave ALL my health information..listing medications, etc. I am 76 years old, work out all the time and despite my meds Im in very good health. At this consultation I was given a pre op date (7 weeks later) and a procedure date one week later. Unfortunately my 49 year old cousin died who lived in **********. Im in ************ and Sonobello is located in *******, **. I could not go to ********** (3 1/2 hours away) and be at my pre op (1 1:2 hours away in the opposite direction when Sonobello called me and told me I was not approved for this proceduremind you7 weeks after signing up). I was given NO reason why!! At this point I could no longer make it to the funeral in **********!! I was devastated!! To this day my cousin (the husband) is not talking to me!! Finally someone finally called me and explained that the procedure would not be safe for me because of my meds. I still believe my age had something to do with this as well!! To wait SEVEN weeks to let me know is unforgivable!! This was a life changing event!! They should advise someone at the initial consultation that they are not eligible for this procedure if on certain medsdare NOT mention age!! Older women beware!!

  I paid $13k to have surgery with Sono Bello. I met with ************** in ***************** and was assigned to have the procedure done in August of 2019 at the Hanover location by "Dr. * (not his full name)." I went to have skin removal (apron), and lipo. Prior to the surgery, I was a big girl that lost weight and had a nice bottle shape, I just needed the lipo and apron removal. My body is ruined. I am beyond self conscious since then. My surgery came and at first I was happy because I noticed the skin gone, but I always mentioned certain areas when I would go for my check up- like this area on my abdomen, an area on my left side where it clearly looked like they missed, and I was told I was still healing. Dr. * saw me one time after the surgery. I could see that he saw his errors, that my asymmetry was off. I asked the nurses and again was told that I'm still healing. I did as required with the compression girdles, etc. Then C*VID hit. I called and left messages with SONObello (800 number), and I emailed ************** in August of 2022 (hoping she'd be able to advise me on the arbitration process), but never heard back from anyone. I would like to be seen, fixed, or go to arbitration. They ruined my body. If I put on a body shaper, it sinks in on one side and shows the deformity that Sonobello gave me. I feel like I was penalized for messing with the body God gave me. I can't wear clothes meant to show my body frame because I'm uneven on one side. It's so embarrassing to me, I'm humiliated and even my girdles highlight the deformity. I need to hear from someone to advise me of the arbitration process or to arrange for this to be fixed. My before and after photos will definitely give credence to my complaint.

  I had my procedure done in November 25,2020 I was told if after my 6 months check up I'm not satisfied with the results I can sit down with my operating doctor and things will be remedied once I didn't gain any weight or as stated remained the same weight or lost some. Everything was going ok but I never got scheduled for a 6 months check up but we're scheduled for all other check **** My stomach and flank area was not to my liking and I haven't gained weight past my starting weight. I would have liked to have a 6 month follow up to discuss my body and come to a resolution but that ****** wasn't given to me. I was told I didn't need massages after surgery but I have a hard area in my abdomen and my stomach isn't flat even after doing the mini tummy tuck. I'm very unsatisfied
