******** experience so far I just want my money back went for consultation and paided almost **** for 4 places on my body on a Friday and was sent to a pre op on that following Monday and hearing from the doctor and other things I decided against the surgery and that was before any date how been scheduled for surgery and I called my representative and was told I couldnt get my money which basically means do the surgery or lose all your money which it not right . I just want a refund and move onSono Bello

I wish I had thought to check here for reviews. I had my upper and lower abdomen, along with my waist and hips done 4 days ago. I have been unable to sleep due to the trauma of the procedure. I felt everything and the dr kept yelling at me not to move. I was crying, screaming, shaking and he continued with whatever he was doing. I have never felt that much pain in my life. I should be going back to work but I still can barely move due to the pain. I cannot tell yet how the results are but I will not be under going the other two procedures scheduled. When I doze off I wake up screaming. My poor husband hasnt slept much more due to taking care of me. I dont understand with all of the reviews and complaints how they are able to remain in business. I regret ever hearing about this company. Beware!!! Please, please go somewhere patient care comes first. This is a ****** that will remain with me a lifetime.Sono Bello

1 starI went to the *********** location for the free consultation. Was not very professional; felt rushed into a decision and to give them money that day or they would charge a considerable amount more and had to be that day or else not at all according to the consultant. So I was rushed into giving a deposite for something that I was given. No time to consider. After considering decided to not let them do my procedure. Contacted them for a refund of my money and now its been a week and I have not got my money and not sure if they plan on giving me my money back!!! Didnt take them a week to take my Money shouldnt take this long to give my money back. I scheduled nothing else with them so I need my money back sooner than laterReview fromMary R

1 starI had a free consultation with ***** in the ******* office on 3/28/23. I was quoted a price for upper abs/lower ********** for $9,986.12. I had the pre-op consult (Same day) was told I could get procedure done on Friday, the 31st. On my way home I decided I made a RUSH TO JUDGEMENT decision & called the office IMMEDIATELY to "cancel procedure". I was told I couldn't cancel & would be charged the FULL $9,986.12 REGARDLESS.I asked to have ***** call me back. She did, I explained my situation to her. She said she would send an email to her "manager" and let me know on Wednesday, the 29th. I'm praying her manager has some compassion and sees I tried to cancel ONLY HRS after signing the contract.I was also told the charges were already put through to Alphaeon credit.I called Alphaeon and was told that the charge was "pending". I advised them to CLOSE my card.HOPEFULLY, I get a call back on Wednesday saying the procedure has been CANCELLED and NO charges are incurred. FINGERS CROSSED, STAY TUNED!Review fromEdie H

1 starI had a consult in ***** ** office with ******. Stated I would have a small incision below bikini line and I would be out of it but not under. I have an auto immune disease so she took down my doctors info as I needed clearance to move forward. Told me cost and I put $6k down. Pre Op was a few days later with Dr. *** nurse and the lady who took me back to get set up. They informed me that I would need clearance from my doctor & said it was already requested. Doctor then said I would have incision from hip to hip, one vertical and they would have to move my belly button. Having an auto immune disease, this became a much bigger and riskier procedure than described. Once I returned home I contacted my doctor to see if they had received the clearance paperwork as my surgery was scheduled the day after next. The nurse contacted me back after speaking with the doctor and said that no they had not received any paperwork from Sono Bello and that my doctor would not give clearance regardless. I emailed Sono Bello let them know that unfortunately I could not move forward. She responded immediately stating that she would put my refund through. Nothing I could do about this. I even offered to pay the fee for the pre op appointment which was listed as $495 even though I was not given the full story up front and my doctor did not give clearance. Through many emails back and forth she kept $2495 for the surgical fee that did not happen. I contacted her and she said that she was clear about no refunds which that was never discussed as I needed clearance from doctor. This company is awful. I feel that they should return the remainder of my downpayment to me due to their lack of information etc. I asked to speak with the person in charge and she said she would have her contact me but that did not happen. Impossible to reach and impossible to deal with......very crooked and if you were on the up and up you would refund me the money.Review fromVictoria J

The Doctor is not comfortable with some of my medical diagnoses and refusing to perform my surgery. I have been calling their office for more than 60 days to be a scheduled, with no return call back. Finally, I was informed based on the requested labs and confirmation of my chronic medical condition. My medical condition is chronic but won't diminished my life expectance. They are refusing to refund my deposit, while their provider is the one refusing to perform the surgery because of my status. We have been fighting stigma for over 40 years yet there are still individuals and companies that are oppressing us due to a medical condition.Sono Bello

Should've read BBB reviews before giving them my money I guess. I've already called their corporate office to make a complaint and of course no one got back to me. For starters, I have PAH from CoolSculpting and the only way to fix it is with surgery. If you don't know what PAH is you can easily ****** it. When I had my surgical consultation and told ****************** I had it he looked at me like I had two heads and proceeded to argue with me about the lumps of fat on my stomach. Then the following day when I checked in for surgery my ** was high. This is natural because I have PTSD and I was nervous. The nurse administered clonidine but kept disrupting me and taking my ** then telling me they were going to send me home. I live in *****, the surgical center is in ***. I had to pay for a hotel room, pay for food, pay for someone to come out of town with me, take PTO at work, etc. This was not ok with me and my ** did not go down. So I ******d how long it takes the medication to work and it can take up to an hour. They didn't even give it time to work before booting me out. My procedure was almost $7k not to mention the extra money I am out. They have not offered me any kind of refund nor have they rescheduled me in a timely fashion. Not to mention I have no PTO left at work so they owe me for work missed as well by not doing their due diligence to begin with.Sono Bello

About a year ago, I went and did a consultation at the Santa ***** office. My consultant ***** made everything sound so good and so I went forward. I paid in full $10k+ and had an appt set. I went to ********** for my pre-op, then came back the next day for the surgery. But due to a medical issue, we had to cancel. Months have passed, and I've decided that due to my medical issue, I have to cancel this whole process. I've been trying to contact my consultant to cancel, but she hasn't answered or replied. Before this incident, I have discussed that I wanted to cancel, but she told me it's my fault and that I can't cancel (during the consultation, I did tell her I had high sugar levels due to my pregnancies, but I was never confirmed diabetic by my doctor). Please help me look into this case and help me get back my money.Sono Bello

I would like a refund of my money because you do not receive medical advice in your consultation before payment. I was on the fence about a procedure and asked to make an appointment with the actual doctor because I had major concerns about my health. When I called to schedule an appointment I was titled that I can only see the doctor two days before my procedure. This is unheard of to me, I even said I would pay for the consultation. How can you schedule major surgery with some and be denied a full consultation about concerns. I schedule my appointment on 3/3/23 and would like a refund of *****. The person giving the consultation is not a a doctor or a nurse, and is guiding people with no medical experience whatsoever. I would like a refund.Sono Bello
