    I am currently dealing with IQ Date international. I owe more than 5k. I am also in extravagant debt and I am below the income poverty line. When I called stating for a payment plan- they were very rude to me and didn't care about my financial situation. Tried to work out a payment plan and said things like go ask your family for a loan, go take out a loan when my credit report is awful. Even I cannot afford their payment plan of 6 months. I tried working things out with them but they refuse and threaten to bring me to court for lawsuit. This company should be placed out of business and all staff members should be fired.

    If I could do zero stars I would. This company should be sued and shut completely down. They DO NOT abide by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) or other state and federal laws. Consumers need help from these monsters. We see why they are not BBB accredited. I just spoke to ****** and he was rude and aggressive and rude. They are the worst. I told him I would call back and pay and he said no I wouldn't because I was just the same as everyone else. He was harassing me and I felt attacked. He needs to be fired. Before you pay any balances to this company make sure you verify since they are well known for doing fraudulent billing led by the manager with no **************** skills ******. I have never seen a manager be so rude, obnoxious and just nasty. If this is the type of managers that this company hires then this has a lot to say about the companies legitimacy. I do want to be contacted by this company or have any dealings with this company.

    these people call and threaten me at work with legal action. using avoidant jargon. ***** was very rude. all the complaints show they break fdcpa laws. this company has no conscience. no managers to speak to. no complaint department.

    If I could do 0 I would this company is so rude they laugh at you in your face harass you and the supervisors are no worse if they call you DO NOT ANSWER I tried to tell them I couldnt pay that amount they told me and thats when it went down hill they wont try to work anything out with you

    I called today and unfortunately had the joy of speaking to ******. He sounded like a fake car salesman. He then switched his personality into a crazy, rude tone. He started arguing with me and when I asked how much my payment plan would be, he said " You are not approved for a payment plan and we will move forward with filing this collection" He was very strange and was acting like this was something personal that had to do with him. I called a few times and asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold multiple times. Horrible *****************

    This place is unbelievable. I called talking rational about a letter I somehow received 6 months later with no contact whatsoever prior from either my old apartment or its billing company saying that I owe a balance that I do not owe. I called to say this and he literally went on to tell me that this is America (my last name is Spanish but I am born here, thank you) and asked why would they terminate my lease. My situation is between myself and the apartments and legitimate. He proceeded to say I needed to pay now or my credit would be hit and that it should have been taken care of way before. I have my termination confirmation and last bill, so why am I being collected on for an amount that I was never told of and or due to pay? He said that if I called the apartments they would not talk to me and to take his extension when they send me back to him. I feel like he was aggressive, rude, threatening, and racist. This is America?? Seriously?? For now on all contact will be direct with the source and by mail and this place is wrong and unprofessional.

    Fraudulent Practices by IQ ********************** I am writing to alert you about the unethical and fraudulent practices of IQ **********************. This agency has been engaging in deceitful tactics, including raising interest fees on past balances from years ago without justification. Moreover, when attempting to address concerns with their representatives, they have displayed rudeness and disrespect, failing to take customers seriously. Additionally, they are unable to provide clear documentation regarding the alleged debts.It is imperative to exercise caution and vigilance when dealing with IQ ********************** to avoid falling victim to their scams.Please share this message with others to prevent further exploitation by this fraudulent organization.

    The level of disrespect these reps have is crazy broke about every FDCPA law tried to explain to them that i do not have a acct and they could not get me a supervisor nor a manager on the phone . This place needs to be investigated and shut down for malpractice.

    I'm currently dealing with IQ data **** I was NEVER notified of the debt. I still haven't received anything in writing about the debt. I noticed it on my credit report. I contacted the company to dispute the charges because the information was wrong when she was going over it on the phone, ******* from IQ Data said she wasn't going to dispute anything because she didn't like the way I handled the situation of this debt. She than started to tell at me and I hung up the phone. I tried to inform ****** *** that Harlow Luxury Apts debt was inaccurate. I was being charged for things that I shouldn't have been charged. I have tried several times to communicate with IQData *** and I'm not able to get anywhere. This company is violating my FDCPA RIGHTS: Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. IQData *** is very unprofessional and is violating several consumers laws.
