Very unprofessional. A credit representative and their supervisor became argumentative after I requested additional information, as if I didn't have the right to ask. Instead of assisting me, they dehumanized me and assumed the worst of my character. I went in to the call with the mind to find a resolution and ended the call not wanting to pay them a dime. Ive never called somewhere with questions and just treated like I did something to the person on the other end. Company is a complete joke, far from professional.. so I dont know why they put professional collection agency online. They spoke over me to reiterated things I didnt ask for??, treating me like I was dumb? Yeah ok. You wait till someones done talking then respond, they teach that in kindergarten. I just cant believe theyre not embarrassed about their conduct at all, who would want to work with you to pay their debt? My first time dealing with this company. Read all the complaints and experienced the same thing! Their website says "our goal is to assist past residents in resolving their debt in a fair, courteous and understanding manner. It is important that we protect consumer's rights and provide them with easy payment options." My husband and I did not receive fair, courteous nor understanding service and there are no payment options. It's either all or nothing. Even the supervisor, ***********************, appeared to be nice at first but by the end of the conversation displayed the same nasty, condescending behavior. The representatives are extremely rude, verbally aggressive and threatening. They demanded we get a loan to pay off debut and when I refused they said I am refusing to pay the debt. They are controlling in their expectations to collect debt and lack empathy. Payment arrangements are not an option. We all understand their job is to collect a debt but not offering payment options or arrangements is a bad practice and will hinder the debt collection process. The company needs new management or leadership, customer service training to say the least.I Q Data International Inc

5/5... Don't understand the negative reviews - I called in regarding my collection and was quickly directed to the right department. The representative that helped me was extremely professional and provided me proof of "Paid in full". I don't remember his name unfortunately, but give that guy a raise LOL. He even took the time to get an understanding of my financial situation and made some small talk. Did he actually care? Who knows & who cares. Horrible experience. Website does not work. When I asked about tech support they told me no one monitors website and no one could help. Employees are very rude and unprofessional. They won't transfer to manager. Demanding money then says "we will put in a request for a receipt" won't answer questions directly. And also heard laughing while hanging up the phone. Also refused to give email information for managers as well. I would advise all companies to break ties with this company and for no one to do business with them. I received a phone call from ************************* that was extremely rude and almost threatening. I explained to him and told him Ill call back after the holiday, thanksgiving is literally tomorrow. He yelled at me and told me I had to pay my debt then told me i need to go and get my credit card info and to give it to him now. This man also went ahead and told me he owns a house with three children as if thats suppose to make me run to my wallet any faster. I have never in my life been threatened by a debt collector for anything. How am I suppose to feel comfortable giving them any of my personal information to take care of this debt? Its almost as if he was a scammer trying to scam money out of me. I felt extremely uncomfortable.I Q Data International Inc

I have NEVER heard from them, no calls letters or emails. Yet they keep adding intrrest to my balance, how is that possible? I found out about them when I applied for a job and was told I had a collection on my credit report. I tried contacting them and was told "this was out of the scope of their job description". Seriously? Ok then, point me in the direction of who's job description it is! You guys are now charging me almost $100 more than my original balance!
