  This place is disgusting and harrassment. I started crying afterwards and couldnt go back to work. They told me I needed a third party to make payment and I did that and they called to get payments themselves. They should be reported and never contact people again. That is not a professional way to collect from people.

  Keep pushing me ... I talking legal action... This is horrific! times are hard for everyone. Why do think its okay to do this people. I sufferer from Major Depression you talking to me like you will strip my life away. Never ever call my Number again. Or My Lawyer will contact you about the pain and suffering you are causing someone that suffers from a mental disease

  I believe **** was his name. This gentleman besides being extremely rude, he refused multiples times to escalate the call to a supervisor. I asked to talk to a supervisor and he flat out said no multiple times. He was extremely agitated, constantly responding back. He said he was a senior representative and by far he's definitely not that. Very poor customer service. It definitely ruined my morning. If you want to call them, be aware that this may be very well be your worst call EVER!!

  They are very rude and disrespectful. To tell me that Im going to shut up and listen to you when I was trying to go over options to pay off the debt. They are very mean and unruly. Really need to be investigated honestly. Hopefully shut down.

  These people are rude and demanding. Refuses to give address to send payments. Demands a credit /debit card via phone. Threats to take further action and calls people a liar when they let them know theres no statements from them. Continues to talk over and be demaning. Trying to be scary and intimidating. ************* poor excuse for a company!!!! They believe threats, lies, belittling and demeaning will get the collection paid.

  This company is the worst. They keep turning me down for any payments I supposedly have the price keep going up for some reason. How I see I'll be homeless for a while. I can't rent anything because of this. I've tried paying something and they just won't take it I'm fed up with this disrespectful company this isn't right. They are not supposed to turn anyone down. We all out here struggling to make ends meet and they don't give a d**.

  ***** and this gang steal money and dont give receipts for payments. They are rude and need to be put out of business. Treating people like c*** doesnt make them want to pay stealing money without authorization does not make them want to pay and not giving receipts for payments doesnt help. Quick to tell you what they cant do but not what they can.Negative

  This company is rude and talk slick out the mouth I had to hang up before I gave them a few choice words Im sorry I got behind on a bill but I told them can they extend my payment another month because I will not have the required funds the agent tells me I have a week I hung up!!

  IQ Data International is essentially refusing to take my debt repayment. I call one number, get forwarded to another department, hung up on. Then receive a call from a different number not identifying itself as related in any way. Then they proceed to call me rude for not providing PII to an unidentified source and hang up on me.

  IQ Data are extremely rude and unprofessional. My previous apartment complex is charging me $1700+ for 2 months of rent after I moved out. The preview apartment complex told me multiple times I did not have to give a notice which turns out was false. I needed to give a 60 day notice in advanced. IQ Data has called me on spam / phishy numbers that have no real sources on ******* They get upset and rude when I ask for their main number and for information on them. They are demanding payment today over the phone without verifying their company. They also claim they mailed me a letter concerning this debt I owe. I never received a letter. And I called their main number and was told I was unwilling to work with them since I refused to pay over the phone.
