      I just received a letter from this company claiming to be a debt collector. They claim to be collecting a ******** debt, that we do not owe. I contacted ******** directly and they said the account number that is on my form (claiming to be our ******** account) isn't even a valid account number for them. They said it is a scam. I just wanted to let you know that this company seems to be trying to scam people.

      I'm depressed and suicidal after dealing with the unauthorized use of my personal information. Which resulted in this unauthorized item on my credit report. I sent letters over 30 days ago and they failed to get back with me with sufficient validation. This account violates the ***** and must be deleted immediately because those are serious violations and I could be compensated for them.

      I declare Under penalty of perjury, (under the laws of the *************, if executed outside of *****************), that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Further, I certify that I am permitted by FEDERAL and STATE LAWto file this dispute. I also understand that knowing and willful misstatements or omissions of material facts constitutes a FEDEAL CRIMINAL VIOLATION punishable under 18 USC ****. Additionally, these misstatements are punishable as perjury under 18 USC ****. This item found within my credit report is not related to any transaction that I made. This debt collector is in violation for putting unknown/unauthorize account on my credit report. I never had any business with debt collector nor gave my written consent. This has caused me to suffer and its defamation of my character.Moving forward I would like you to stop reporting to all credit reporting agencies that I owe any amount to your company. Remove all false debts from my reports ASAP. I also like your company to mail me via postal mail all the changes have been made or attempted to be made within 10 days of this complaint. I demand to be compensated as well for pain and suffering

      I have no knowledge of this company or alleged debt. I have disputed this debt with the credit bureaus and it came back verified i have since then contacted the company and haven't received a response. Where are the documents that your company used to verify that you are reporting these accounts accurately? What is the name of the person in your company who verified the accuracy of this account? What documents did they use to verify them? Please provide me with the name of that individual, their company title, and telephone number as well as copies of the documents that they used to verify that this disputed item are being reported accurately.

      This company is fraudulently reporting debt to a credit reporting source.They claimed I opened an account in 2020 with ******** and owed ******** a total of $89. The last account I had with ******** was in 2016 and the account was closed in good standing. ******** accidently reported I owed them $89 to TransUnion and Equifax in 2017, which was disputed and taken care of as the account ended in good standing. Now this company fraudulently reports I owe ******** for the exact amount of $89 from an account in 2020 which, there as been no new accounts or activity with ******** since 2016.This company is violating the law and fraudulently reporting debt to credit reporting agencies.

      Received a letter from this company saying I owe ******** money, to which I vehemently deny, due to the fact I dont have ******** and havent had ******** ever.! They are collecting on a fraudulent account and I am demanding they cease collection efforts and delete this account as it is not mine. I have ******* Wireless, not ********. I also asked them on their website to send validation, as Im following all the proper procedures to get this removed, and as such, never received the validation in the allotted time, which ultimately makes this account invalid anyways. My attorney has advised me to make a formal complaint on a neutral forum to give this company a chance to rectify this situation, but if they do not, inform them that litigation will be filed against them and legal action will commence. Delete this false account permanently and dont try and sell to someone else, nor try and report to my reports. and that will suffice.

      You are not receiving this in error. I have attempted to contact Convergent Outsourcing (since May of 2022 ) about a fraudulent account on my credit report from their company. They have yet to contact me or remove the fraudulent account from my report. I have called, Emailed and sent a letter to the company and still no response. They are reporting false/fraudulent information on my credit report and that is effecting me.
