I am rejecting this response because: I was last sent a bill of $112 before losing my phone I contacted the company stating this information. ******** advised I was to pay late fees once the bill comes in. $800 dollars in Late fees is not the norm I refuse to pay for something I did not accumulate or use. As for the collection company they always call me with wrong information towards the account such as my name, date of birth and address. How am I to pay for something and give personal account information to an unstructured and unprofessional company. Not to mention all the phone calls I receive with representatives not stating they are calling me from a collection company.
