      I have reached out to Convergent Outsourcing via email as well as sent multiple letters to validate the debt they are reporting to all 3 credit bureaus (TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian) they have not responded to any of my communication attempts with proof of debt. I do not owe any debt with convergent outsourcing. I have not signed any agreements nor will they provide any documentation or contracts from the claimed debt they are reporting on my credit reports.

      I am rejecting this response because:You are reporting inaccurate information. You are showing a balance owed onEquifax report as ***** and a balance owed with Experian as *****. They cannot both be accurate as you stated in your response. Please delete this from my reports as this information cannot be correct. This is a fraudulent account but Per the Credit Reporting act all information reported must be accurate and you are claiming it is but that is false because both amounts cant be different if it is accurate.

      I have included a copy of my credit report TXU Energy session is in blue color when you look at this report Transunion and Experian shows that this debt is paid but Equifax is reporting something totally different. It says that this account was opened on 10/01/2013 by two Bureaus but Transunion says open date is 10/10/2013 so which one is the correct date? Just so you know that I did not receive any validation letter for this account. Can you please provide me the original signed document and the last **** with my name on it, to prove that the debt is my. Last date reported: Transunion says 07/29/2020, Experian 06/12/2020 then Equifax reported 06/01/2022. According to the **** all 3 Bureaus must be 100% accurate all information must be the same from one to other as you can see so many violations on this credit report. Date of last active: Transunion 07/29/2020, Experian 06/01/2020 then Equifax 02/01/2018 inaccurate! Date of last payment Transunion 07/29/2020 Experian 06/12/2020 Equifax no date yet another violation. If the credit Bureaus can not give accurate reports I strongly ask them to delete this account from my credit file or correct all the inaccuracies thank you for cooperation.

      On April 9, 2022, Convergent Outsourcing received my certified letter requesting validation of the account listed as *********** on my credit report. This collector never provided me with an initial notice, nor did they reply to my request for verification after my letter of dispute. I first discovered this account when reviewing my credit report for accuracy. I did not recall having an obligation to any collector in the amount the debt collector is alleging. Under Texas Consumer Law, where a consumer has disputed the accuracy of an account in writing to a third-party debt collector, the debt collector is mandated to send a letter in writing to the consumer within 30 days either: (1) Denying the inaccuracy of the account; (2) Admitting the inaccuracy; or (3) Stating that the third-party collector has not had adequate time to investigate the inaccuracy. See ***** Finance Code 392.202(a)(3). I did not receive a response to my request for information or documentation within this specified 30 days.Meanwhile, due to the debt collector's willful negligence, I suffered significant damages, statutory as well as actual. By failing to reply to my request, the debt collector essentially denied me the opportunity to make a decision where I could have taken steps to resolve the matter. I am respectfully requesting the removal of the invalidated account at once. I am making every effort to resolve this matter without presenting my case before a courtroom jury.

      I was told by two of convergent outsourcing agents that after I have paid off my balance with them they would delete the collection on my report after 30 days. Now my balance has been paid off Im now being told a different story that they do not delete report but only update the credit report. This wasnt what I was told before I made my payments. I called them twice to make sure it was gonna be deleted which I was told twice that it will. I would like for this to be taken off my credit report like I was told initially before I made my payments.
