      I bought a game on amazon, when it arrived, I went to go open it. The plastic looks like it was tampered with, but it was one little tear, so I didnt think anything of it either and opened it, and there was no game inside.I call Amazon to explain to them the situation, and they told me that they cannot do anything for me. They cant send me a replacement and they cannot give me a refund so they basically just stole my money and gave me an empty box.I will suggest from now on any one that ever buy anything from Amazon to always videotape when opening a package say the date and time and everything or they will s**** you

      Amazon is the worse company I've ever dealt with to start with get someone who speaks and understands English secondly I paid them and showed them I paid from my banking account they suspended my account because of non payment then the answer was talk to my finicial institution nothing to talk about gave them the receipts from my bank cancelled my subscription what a joke they've gotten to big it's ashamed bad bus5

      Amazon used to be amazing, especially paired with ************ Now, despite the fact that packages are supposed to arrive faster with Prime "two day shipping" is now two week shipping. I ordered on May 1t, usually my package would have arrived by now, but it hasn't even shipped yet despite supposedly being two day shipping. Very disappointed in service that use to rock and is now worse than everywhere else. Secondly items that used to ship with *********** no longer do.

      Amazon practice poor return policy ethic. I purchased an item which stated $30 off upon purchase. After realizing the $30 was never deducted upon purchase. I contacted Amazon customer service, for 3 months of getting the run around they said i have a credit of items sold and shopped by Amazon. I explained to the agent there were no items sold and shipped by Amazon and to resolve the issue i want a credit where i can purchase anything. I will continue calling service to retain my $30 credit

      Amazon either forgot to put some of my items in a box or put the ring sticker on it idk but I didnt receive my items and expect me to file a false police report on their behalf so I can wait for fpd to solve an unsolvable case and never get me my money or items back. I also had several items I told them say undeliverable that didnt make it and says that on their account and they did not do anything about that either. The first few days were on my items it said I needed to update payment. I checked my account did the math and every dollar was pulled out of my account for each items. Then before they got here it said 80% of items were undeliverable. Then I picked up items for a slip at the post office. I got several of my least expensive items. But some of the items as well as some I didnt receive changed to undeliverable again. The next day it said several items I received were delivered and still had several items I did not receive that still said undeliverable. Amazon refuses to return about $700 out of my $1000 order for the items I didnt receive.

      Bought a defective laptop from a seller on Amazon. They processed the return but wont process my refund until the unit arrives. Meanwhile Im without a laptop that I DESPERATELY needed at the time and now have to wait 2 more weeks before I can receive a working one. WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE! And Amazon wont do anything further to help. Ive been a solid Amazon customer and this is how theyre going to do me?! I wont purchase another high priced item from them! BUYERS BEWARE!!

      Ordered a 2 day shipping prime product. After 3 business days I checked my porch for a package and found nothing. I checked the tracking and saw that the item had not yet even SHIPPED. I immediately cancelled the item; Chat Support specifically said "I will cancel this order for you" and then I submitted the cancellation. Within 3 minutes I had recieved an e-mail saying "We are in the process of shipping this item to you" and denied my cancellation. This was after I was told the order was being cancelled, so I had already placed an emergency 11:30pm order to get something that would actually arrive in 2 days as this item had not shipped after 3 full business days. I went through 4 agents and finally a supervisor before I got any response other than "Sorry but it's too late to cancel this order". Their excuse the entire time was "This item was not available in the nearest fulfillment center, so this allowed for the delays in shipping". This roughly translates in English to "The item is FURTHER from you than we wish, so we will further delay shipping the item." This support chat is at 11pm wednesday night for a 2 day prime order placed on Sunday. This was actually an emergency item which is why I chose Amazon to purchase the product from, because I needed the quick 2 day shipping. After the 2nd agent was trying to tell me they couldn't cancel the item, I got a call from Amazon which when answered I was met with a call bot and placed on hold. Wow. Never have I experienced this from any customer support. When the person on the other end answered he acted as if I had called their support. Nope they called me at 12am after an hour in online chat. I reluctantly answered as I was struggling to get my issue resolved. After spending about 30 minutes on the phone I was told no again, and had to contact a supervisor once more through chat support. Finally I was told the original order would be cancelled within 24 hours. They wanted me to ship the item back after it shipped.

      My account was locked by ********************** with no warning. I purchased an item through a third party shipping through Amazon and was sent the wrong item. When I tried to return it, noting that I got the WRONG item, they locked my account. I've been a ********************** member for the better part of a decade and have spent tens of thousands of dollars on Amazon and am so disappointed that this is how they want to terminate the relationship.I have even provided documentation showing that I had to buy the item directly from the manufacturer around the time I received the product since it was the wrong item.

      Horrible. Do not buy from them. EVER. ANYTHING. THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! LESS THAN ZERO STARS. THIS COMPANY DOESN"T GIVE A **** ABOUT YOU. There are a million stores out there. Go buy things from them. DON"T BUT ANYTHING FROM AMAZON!

      Ordered a guitar using gift card and credit card. The guitar was defective. I asked for a replacement. They wanted $150 more for the same guitar. I asked for a full refund to buy the guitar at a retail store. They said yes not problem, then they credited my Amazon account $500 and the rest on my credit card. Now i can't buy my guitar at a retail store. And am stuck with $500 Amazon credit i don't need. The escalation department was zero help. In a happy voice suggested i buy their more expensive guitar. Never buy Amazon gift cards, always use your own credit card.
