      Constantly changing address on day of deliver and makes customers wait longer to get what they bought even when extra shipping is paid. Also will not reimburse for the shipping issues. **************** is terrible. Guaranteed they lost a customer today.

      Amazon stole $200.00 worth of movies they said I owned. I closed the account with them, and they won't give me access to my movies. They also charged me for a month after I had already cancelled my rating for them is ZERO

      Amazon prime is a complete joke. Nothing gets delivered on time. Always lost packages. Its just unacceptable and crazy.

      Processing a return with Amazon used to be easy and that's the only reason I pay for Prime membership. For all the years that I have the membership with Amazon, I was able to process returns easily with multiple options given on were to take the items, whether they were wrapped or unwrapped. Recently that has changed and as of 5-10-23, nowhere in the Amazon return policies those changes are noted. This is because Amazon does not care about their customers and prefer to keep them uninformed/misinformed as much as possible. For first time in years I requested a return authorization label and was not given the options to return locations as in the past, and no options to print or email the label just a 1" square to scan which I don't do. I chatted with **** *** just to get help on printing the label at opposed to scanning the 1" square, she could not help with that so she transferred me to ******** who was able to help me and told me that some items could not be returned to Kohls, my first choice in the past as it is a block away from my home. Amazon's vendors do not specify whether their item should be returned to Kohls or by other means so, I go by Amazon's policies which they don't specify that either until you go to process a return. Neither the vendor or Amazon policies detail how to package the returned items or if they need to be packaged. I threw away the plastic bag the item came in so I took the items in a box but not sealed and the return location, a *** pick up location, would not accept my returns. I called Amazon spoke to **** who could not help me and ******, a supervisor who I asked If I could take the items with the same labels to a different location. At first he said he could not help that I should try chatting instead, when I insisted on him to give me an answer, ******, an Amazon supervisor hang up on me. Now I am stuck with two returns authorized by Amazon, but I don't know where I can go to return them or if I can do one package or two.

      I bought a Refrigerator back in January 2022 and I returned by ****** Im still waiting for the credit back to my card. ************** is the worst bank to file a complaint. I had to do my own research about the return because neither Amazon or ************** couldnt find the item returned. This is ridiculous what I have been going thru with them. They keep pushing back and forth and nothing is been resolved. I feel very frustrated with this situation. Im about to called the news to see if they can help me.

      I got my right to ask questions about products ! I cant leave reviews anymore . I have wrote to the help desk many times. Its been years and Ive never heard back ever! I have spent thousands at this company who will not even let me talk on live to ask the sellers of products sizes,colors, Nothing at all. I can on figure they did this because I left too many reviews a few years ago, the only reason why was cause I kept getting emails requesting me to leave a review! I didnt know I could turn that off or I would have cause it filled my email box up. This is wrong ! I feel discriminated against! Ive never been in trouble my entire life !! This is so wrong!

      Amazon like taking your money but have a hard time giving ot back. I have to wait 5 days to get my money released from pending on their end. My bank doent make you wait. If the pending was released by merchant my gets out of jail then. Amazon has become recently harder to deal with and product quality has become increasingly worse. I don't put much stock in the reviews on their site needless to say. Customer are scripted and redundant. Stay away.

      Insidious betrayal of sensitive contemplation unrealistic to market expectations, expenses, investments and transparent objectives. The price's were decided without any consideration of my book and without any deliberation enacted to reimburse the community of the way.

      Amazon will consistently and systematically charge your credit card, Even after removing your payment information from their website, you will continue to see charges, This has been going on for 2 years minimum. We close accounts, they reopen and charge. Their subscription practices boarder on illegal. Consumers should be very cautious.

      Purchased a NEW Breville air fryer toaster oven from Amazon for $395. What Amazon delivered was a USED Breville air fryer toaster oven with grease stains on the burners and none of the Breville original packaging and warranty documentation. Incredible as it may seem, they tried to pass off a used oven as a new product. To my knowledge, it is illegal to resell a used product as new. They are refunding my money but I am just flabbergasted that they would have the unadulterated **** to try and get away with this.
