      Amazon has cone through for me almost every single time. I have had 2 recent parties that I have planned, and had daily orders, sometimes multiple deliveries in a day. They didn't lose one single item. All of our delivery drivers have neatly placed my boxes on my porch. No damaged items. Amazon has been a life changer for me.

      Purchases made on Amazon INCLUDE shipping in the price, so when they FAIL to deliver on time, they have DEVALUED the items! It has become COMMON for them to show a delivery as being on time, until AFTER they failed to meet that delivery time. Often the item hadn't even SHIPPED yet! They charged my card BEFORE shipping, and 6 days later, I still don't have my refund! They are making **** look better every day!

      I wish I could give 0 stars Im a customer and what happened was this I bought 2 things from a cancelled order and it has been 2 months and no refund and customer service didnt help one bit Im very frustrated and disappointed.

      A big waste of time - over a week waiting for a 'non-prime' delivery to show up, marked as 'delivered in my mailbox' although the order clearly won't fit and they keep making you wait to ensure it was never delivered, so it was 10 days worth of wasted time, for nothing. The order cannot be resent so here's your money, thank you for letting us waste your time! This is the first order since I cancelled my 'prime' membership, because mind you, the wait for a prime delivery was also a week, in ***...

      On 5/9/23 at 9:30 am your driver damaged my property. I yelled to stop them, but they just drove away. They were delivering a package to 141 CR **** which uses the same driveway as mine. They drove over my reflector drive marker and a cinder block located on ************** of my driveway. My driveway is 35 feet wide. No reason for this to happen. I request $50.00 to make repairs.

      They delivered my order to the wrong address and even sent a picture of it. They were rude, refused to send me a refund or new order, and kept hanging up on me. It literally felt like a scam how unprofessional they were being. Then I was told that even though the door in the picture did not match any of my previous delivery pictures it was not proof. The workers would not let me talk and just keep hanging up. I never received my package and was treated awful in the process of trying to get it back. Even when I would tell other works I did not want to be transferred to the speciality department because of the way they were treating me, they would just transfer me anyways. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Amazon is really starting to go down hill.

OVER ***** complaints on BBB in the last 3 years. ******BY THE WAY YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM A ROUTING NUMBER TO YOUR BANK AND BANKING INFORMATION TO PAY THEM SINCE SYCHRONY DOESN'T TAKE CREDIT CARDS... AMAZON SHOULD PAY MORE ATTENTION TO WHO THEY SEND THEIR CUSTOMERS TO: REVIEWS OF SYNCHONY ON BBB WEBSITE ARE 1.04 out of 5. THEIR BUISNESS ADDRESS SAYS *********, ****. THEIR PAPERWORKS ONLY HAS P.O. Boxes for *******, ************* ** which makes it hard to find them on BBB. Also they have a different phone number listed on their busincess profile. I JUST SAW HOW THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT AMAZON SUPPORTS ACTUALLY RESPONDS TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS BY DISPLAYING PURCHASE AMOUNTS AND DATES! SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I CALLED AMAZON 3 TIMES TO CLEAR UP MINIMAL **************** REFERRED ME TO THEIR SFB BANK. That bank has charged me over $100 more than my original minimal purchase. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR "THEIR" FREE CARD. AMAZON DESERVES TO DEAL WITH THIS MORE THAN SYNCHRONY BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY REASON I GOT INVOLVED WITH THIS HORRID COMPANY. THE CREDIBILITY OF TRUSTING AMAZON for things like Audible is solid and you think that you might have fun signing up to get a "FREE" $50 or $60 off your purchase by signing up as they display it on the screen at check out every single time. And then 4 months goes by and you realize Amazon made the "credit card" your default payment. And so a $40? purchase never intended to by paid for on your AMAZON CREDIT CARD becomes $150 with nasty people who refuse to help anyone. Shame on Amazon.

      Amazon delivery personnel continue to ignore delivery instructions to ring my doorbell. I have told Amazon numerous times that I'm handicapped, in my seventies, and walk with the aid of a cane. I can't get around that well. I am unable to regularly check for a delivery and numerous times I would find the delivered item on my porch the next morning- many times soaked and often unfit to consume if it were an item to eat. I was always advised that the problem would be resolved, but it never was. In the case of items that were edible and soaked, Amazon in the beginning would reimburse me for the item. Fast forward 2 years with the same delivery problems. I called Amazon to advise that the 24 bars of chocolate that arrived 5/2/2/23 had an expiration date of 5/31/23. Now, Amazon wants me to contact the manufacture-Lindt Chocolate-to bargain for an exchange of refund!!
