      Amazon Has Done Terrible Things To Me. I have been an Amazon Prime Member for 12 years now. At the beginning their customer service was excellent and I even got their credit card. This past year they have become a nightmare to deal with & have stolen money from me & permanently banned me from writing reviews because of "suspicious activity" on my account. Let me be clear, I have left maybe 3-4 reviews the entire 12 years I've had my account, & I only reviewed something if it was a terrible *********** tried to save others from buying it.Furthermore, I ordered a Razer Monitor a few months ago, & the package was ripped open when it arrived. I tested the ************ was not the model I ordered, so I sent it back. Shortly after I received an email stating that I was not getting a ************* were keeping the $1200 monitor I sent back, so I lost a lot of money. I tried going through the *********************************************** laughed in my face & said they would be happy to speak to my legal team.Recently I ordered 3 Limited **************** Switches, and they were stolen off my porch. I have specific delivery instructions I have left Amazon, that they are to knock and if no one answers to deliver another time, to make sure my packages didn't get taken by porch pirates. Well, they refused the refund without a Police Report, which I did. Even after the Police investigation was done and the Police Report was approved, I sent it to Amazon as instructed. They still denied me a refund/replacement, so I had to call and argue with *********** finally agreed to the refund.Amazon in its current state is a complete mess and they no longer know how to care for their long-term customers who have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on their platform over 12 years. Stay away from this company if you can & order from other online retailers, as places like ***************** Online are stocking the same products now and they have much better delivery and customer service.

      Still can't get into my amazon account when they locked me out several months ago Their customer service ethics are garbage and their customer service people are rude as h... A 50 dollar gift certificate is down the drawn which I got from my uncle I will keep giving negative reviews until I get into my account S**** you control Amazon

      Amazon prompted me to cease use of an item for product safety issues, and directed me towards refunds. I threw the item away (because there was a significant product safety concern) and now they state they are "not offering* assistance on this issue. I would not recommend this business to anyone purchasing tech or electrical products.

      Don;'t buy food Items from Amazon. They sent me the wrong product - not what i ordered - and now they are telling me it is non-refundable item.i ordered Propel Lemon water as i have done many times in the past. They sent me Lemon BlackBerry - the labels aren't even close - one in yellow and the other is purple. Now i get RIPPED OFF for 35 dollars because someone didn't bother to read the label and Amazon says it's not refundable. My order clearly states Propel Lemon and that is NOT what they sent me. Feels like a SCAM for them to move old product that has been sitting around to long.

      If I could give these clowns no stars I would. We have had on going problems with them for years. Things like just putting returns on our Amazon account without telling us. My newest return nightmare began when I ordered four sleeping bags. When they arrived it was obvious that they were much too small for an adult. Since they came in the same box and had one invoice and were ordered together one would assume they were all on the same order. Since they had just arrived I closed the box, printed out the label and dropped them at **** Later I was told they had split the order into two orders. One order of one and the other order of three. Doesn't make any sense what so ever. The label they sent me to print first was, of course, the order for one. It was refunded a week ago. Meanwhile, they are saying that they are still waiting on the other three. The package went from ****** to ******. Lies are all they give me. They made a mistake , yet I am being told I have to wait for my refund. It's c*** I also think they are trying to steal my money.

      They do not respond in a reasonable amount of time. They lock your account even when you verify that you are the one that created the charges. They will not allow you to cancel your order so you can get the items from somewhere else when they lock your account for up to 90 days. They go above and beyond to make sure that you suffer while being able to verify and provide proof you are the responsible party. I get being proactive to protect our information but not at the cost of losing money and time on orders that were purchased with your own cards. This is over kill while my kids are forced to sleep on air mattresses while they take their sweet time to review orders that i created and could verify.

      I am very disappointed with Amazon Practices. I ordered a Monitor, received a Comforter instead, reported the situation immediately, followed customer supervisor instructions by the dot and Amazon refuses to send my refund. I have tried to talk to several departments and they send the same replied: send us a monitor because you sent us the wrong item. I returned what they sent by error, have all supporting documentation, I have provided everything to them and they keep answering the same and on top of everything they are threatening me to cancel my account. So pretty much Amazon is accusing me of lying and illegal actions.

      Amazon does not sell most of their products. They are not "sold by Amazon." You take your chances on anything not sold directly by them directly. They are just the go-between, and will not except responsibility for them.. You might as well be buying items from other than Amazon on ***** I've junked poor quality products which were literally junk. I'm buying a computer monitor not from Amazon, which "sells" it for $200. Instead, I am paying $230 from a company which I know and trust. They are the actual seller, and will talk to you on the phone and make sure that you are satisfied. $30 insurance policy, the way I see it.

      Wasted 3 hours with Amazon chat, actually over 3 hours to find the end result of issue was not resolved due incompetent rep who refused to make things right after wasting hours of my time. Amazon used to be good, they raise Prime rates and give worse service!

      I am so tired of Amazon carrier facilities. The nearest carrier facility is only 20 miles from me, yet they are not able to get a package to me on time. I only buy things I need. Need. For travel or for home projects. Yet they lose the package, or cannot get a truck working, or they deliver late, in the dark, and I cannot do anything at that point. The project is delayed days or even a week. No matter when I order anything, it gets delivered between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. I think it would be better to drive to the carrier facility and pick it up myself. I stopped buying Amazon Fresh groceries when they started charging delivery fees. I stopped watching Amazon videos because they charge fees for 50-year-old movies. Seems like everything I do on Amazon is frustrating and a disappointment. Waiting until Thursday evening for a package that was supposed to be delivered on Monday is just wrong. I am ready to cancel my membership.
