      My product said delivered with a photo of a front door that was not mine. I called Amazon customer service and spoke to three different people they said they would refund me and to call back on may 2. I called back on may third and the customer service women said your lying you received it I told her I can provide proof of my front door she said no. So I was called a lier and a fraud just because I didn't receive my item and wanted a replacement or refund when I was told by three different people I would get it.

      Bought an item for ***** a week ago. Cancelled it the next day. Order had not been shipped and still waiting for my refund. I have called Amazon in 4 different occasions and have received 4 different responses. I have cancelled my prime membership and wanted to let the customer (you) know what can happen when you place an order with Amazon.

      After 3 years Amazon drivers have refused to follow delivery instructions, they will not ring the doorbell after they deliver a package and those are my delivery instructions. also they walk all over my grass. I have called Amazon constantly and they tell me the same thing over and over again and nothing is done.

      waited months to finally purchase this amazon fire HD tablet for my daughter 5 DAYS AGO and sure enough, now it's on sale for $50.00 cheaper and they will not refund me the difference. but they would let me return the product and repurchase it, ultimately getting the $50.00 difference back but they want to make it a long drawn out process where the end result is the same exact thing. I'm purely disgusted with the customer service on this issue. and quite frankly won't be giving amazon ANYMORE of my money ever again. DO NOT PURCHASE IT ON AMAZON IF YOU CAN GET IT ELSEWHERE !!! THEY JUST WANT TO SCAM YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY !!!!

      Ive purchased over ten grand of stuff from amazon. Including a lot of digital content. Amazon cancels my account taking all ********************** content away. You cant trust amazon with any purchase.

      Has no intent in honoring giftcars. Its just a way for them to get free money. Had some money saved up/giftcards and began to use them and apply to my account. Order was cancelled and account closed day later. Submitted all documents and then denied again. Made BBB complaint claiming that there business is "proprietary" and they can't disclose details. No mention of their justification of keeping 4000$ of mine. Don't deal with Amazon as they will always give you problems which will allow them to get free money without supplying anything to you.

      I'm ****** and I had cancelled the prime service months ago. then next thing i know i see Amazon prime charges in my bank along with AMZN Digital payments made without my knowledge. I was infuriated and customer service is only refunding last 6 months for a total of ******

      Amazon is allowing Chinese sellers to thrive with fake reviews and review hijacking. Purchased a product and received an offer for a $40 gift card from the seller for a 5 star review, the product sucked, reported it to Amazon and they didn't do a **** thing. Started looking at the 5 star reviews and noticed dozens of them were from fake accounts which had a bunch of the same weird 5 star reviews on products.

      Please return my money back,this is my money.every time call the customer number,just let me wait.my question has never been resolved. Every customer has a different level of business. Without ****************, they gave wrong guidance, which made my problem more and more serious.

      Literally, Amazon delivery drivers kept leaving my packages at the wrong buildings in my apartment complex. So I switched to hub lockers. Then, Amazon revoked my ability to write reviews, claiming that my previous reviews looked "suspicious". My reviews were actually wholesome, positive, and did not violate Amazon's policies. But their customer service and managers couldn't or wouldn't fix it. So I closed the account and opened a new one. Now, yesterday I created an order and used a virtual credit card that my employers gave me as a bonus. Amazon has now frozen my account and is "investigating"because apparently using a virtual credit card is "suspicious" too. Amazon's customer service and managers are rude, defensive and completely unhelpful, making it painfully clear that they have no desire to help resolve Amazon's system glitches. Amazon is ridiculous and I'm not doing this anymore. I don't have to. There are too many other options.
