      I used to really love amazon, and now, going to the store would be a better option. I dealt with delivery drivers leaving expensive packages in the middle of the driveway for months, and now, every single order Ive ordered recently doesnt end up really being 2 day shipping, and they are extremely late. **************** isnt very helpful. Its really sad that they are charging people so much to have convenience when its more convenient to go to the store now.

      I canceled my account months ago, now all of a sudden they taking out money here and there like I wouldnt notice. I called customer service literally no help been on hold so long the hold music stopped still on hold as I write this review. My bank says that I have no recurring subscriptions so there is no reason for money to even be taking out. VERYYYY unprofessional. And no help at all

      They will not return your money for items they do not send. I ordered two items for roughly 200 dollars. The next morning I received and email saying items were undeliverable and my order was canceled. When I checked my Amazon account, it stated I would receive and refund in 48 hours. This was a Friday. When the funds didn't show up, I called in on Tuesday and was told my package was damaged during delivery and that's why it was canceled (****************) and it was on its way back. I told the rep I would call back at the end of the if the issue had not been fixed. Today, I spoke with ***, who also did not help during the call but in an after call email states this could take 30 days and I, THE PERDON WHO NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE, must reach out to the carrier..(fun fact, amazon is the carrier! The package came from them. SEE email below:"I'm sorry that your package didn't arrive. It looks like your package was marked as undeliverable and will be returned to an Amazon *************** In most situations, undelivered packages are processed by Amazon in 14 days, but they can take up to 30 days to be processed.Once the item has been received at our *************** it will be inspected and processed. At that time, you will receive an email about the return status. If any refund is due as a result, information will be provided at that time.If you haven't been issued a refund after 30 days, we recommend that you reach out to the carrier.Thank you for your understanding.We'd appreciate your feedback.       Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Amazon.com regarding an order I placed with them. On August 15th, I ordered a Canon RF *****mm F2.8 L is USM Lens, Black, with order number XXX-XXXXXXX-*******, for a total cost of $2644. The package was scheduled to be delivered on August 16th but was not delivered due to the *** code not being provided to the driver. The package was returned to the warehouse and reattempted for delivery on August 17th. Shockingly, this time the package was delivered without the *** code being provided, and the driver was able to bypass the code to complete the delivery. On both occasions, I was not present to receive the package, and the *** code was never given to either of the drivers.As a result of this incident, I incurred interest charges of $446 for a loan I took out to purchase the item, bringing the total cost of the item to $3084.I have contacted Amazon customer service numerous times to rectify the situation, but they have been unresponsive and unhelpful. I have requested a full refund for the purchase price of $2644, plus the $446 in interest charges, but they have failed to comply.I believe Amazon's conduct is unacceptable and violates ethical business practices. I demand that Amazon take appropriate action to rectify this situation and prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. Specifically, I request that they provide me with a full refund for the purchase price of $2644, plus the $446 in interest charges, and offer a satisfactory explanation for the failure to deliver my package and the miscommunication regarding the *** code.As a loyal customer of **********************, I am disappointed by their lack of customer service and accountability.       Good prices, fairly prompt service...BUT, I sometimes get a completely different item than the one I ordered. To return, I have download the return slip to my phone, drive 30 miles to a *** store (oh, wait, I don't have a CAR), and then go to all the hassle of returning the item. This is the second time this has happened, and the incorrect item both times was a stupid self-help book. I'm ordering less and less from Amazon, because they've gotten so huge they can't monitor the quality of their service, especially where their sellers are concerned; have cut my business with them by 50% over the past year, and plan to buy even less in the future. There are a few sellers who have been reliable, so I may give them repeat business (they have some great deals when buying in bulk), but these little one-off transactions are more trouble than they're worth! Another useless book to the trash...

      Honestly Amazon is the worst company I've ever bought from. The products are usually great however; I had a prime account for years and it used to be good. Last year i really started having issues with orders being days or weeks late, randomly being held for collections saying i requested it when i never did, or never even showing up. The delivery drivers NEVER follow delivery instructions so why let me give any? I always end up having to get refunds or canceling and getting a gift card because of how often they can't get it right. I tried many times to give a second and third chance, a fourth and a fifth. It never gets better. For god sake saturday i ordered an eyebrow pencil that was to deliver monday, randomly said i requested cpllection; which i didnt as i was at work the whole day and dont even use my phone. I asked what the h*** was going on and as usual they didnt know and wanted me to call **** and all this ******** i shouldnt have to deal with. I REALLY widh theyd get their s*** together because i genuinely like their products; and still need more but im just going to be wasting valuable time and money with amazon. Ended up getting a shittier eyebrow pencil at ******* after requesting a refund, keep in mind the eyebrow pencil was my ONLY order for this whole year so far and they ****** it up as usual. They just can't get it right and customer support is rather useless too. I'm sorry to leave a terrible review but after over a year with issues i just have to.

      I bought a camera lens off Amazon. The listing had it as good condition with a IV filter no box and no instructions with a serial number They sent me a completely worn out pile of junk with no filter in a box with instructions and totally different serial number Now after almost two weeks Im still waiting for my refund on my credit card and Im paying interest on that card Bait and switch scam that came from the Amazon hub it self not a private seller

      I live in Trkiye, I am an Amazon Prime member and I bought headphones on Amazon one month ago. I paid extra for the fast delivery; headphones was $55 and I paid $106 in total. The thing is I ordered the product in the new status but the right pair of the headphones were used and dirty. I completed the form to return the item. In this form Amazon says they will pay $15 for the shipment maximum. When I asked *** for the cost of the return they calculated it as $145. In this scenario I pay $145 and Amazon returns me $90 so this doesn't make any sense for my side. So I asked customer service for a return form that includes a shipment barcode. In the first time the customer service agent said there is no need for a return and I will have back what I paid. He said he will e-mail the details in 2-3 hours. I am surprised, I appreciated the agent and I rated full satisfaction in the agent review. I waited 2 days and there is no coming e-mail. For the next 10 days I experienced the same scenario with 5 different agents; they are so polite and almost instantly answering you with the most positive option for the customer and saying wait 2-3 hours for the informative e-mail. Here there are two issues, Amazon should pay for the return shipment because this experience is not my fault and secondly Amazon should choose customer agents that are not lying and not cheating people. As I said I tried to reach Amazon with these customer agents and as the final option I am writing here.

      These drivers are the absolute worst. For over two years, I have made complaint after complaint and nothing gets done. The drivers blast their music and do not follow the delivery instructions that have been in place for years. My file shows that I am disabled and my packages should be left on the colored shelves at my front door. They won't even come up about 5 stairs and put the packed on the stairs. When I call customer service, I get lied to and patronized.
