      Do not trust Amazon customer service representatives I was scam for $749, after buying shoes, and just wanted to exchange them. I was made to believe I could just get my $110 back and they got me for $749, I had to call my bank quick, and I still have not got my money back, after reporting this as fraud!!!!

      Today an emailed picture of my "delivered" Amazon package was sent to me via email. The location of the picture reviled that two of my items were in fact left at the duplex nextdoor to mine. I've called and talked to multiple agents. Which indicated that not only a refund, but a replacement as well would not be offered to me. Two of the male Amazon agents were rude beyond acceptable communication when representing a company. One of the two actually told me as I asked kindly to speak with a supervisor "no, you will not be talking with a supervisor, I am all the help you'll be getting from this call" then, when I try to reason with him once more he give a run on of "banana daaa duh duh ah da da dah". Then he hangs the phone up. I call back, I'm then told I'll need to be transferred back to that department, and was assured that I would not be getting rude or unfinished assistance this time. Yet, this agents seemed to not hear anything that I'd explained and expressed the exact outcome that was previously given, before knowing my packages were being delivered to the wrong door. When I fact my doors address is actually 110, not nextdoor. When I ask him to speak to a supervisor he refused as well! He then says what I've said stands. And a supervisor is not needed. But, as the customer I requested one and even so the supervisor could have told me, not him. I ask him if he was a supervisor, thinking I may have just got helped by one, and for that reason he's not transferring me. But, he then say anything else I can help with besides this already explained and handled nonsense? Before I'd any words out he replied with a "good day". Such a bust and a lost cause there isn't even an insurance to insure the actual arrival of the items ordered. I'll be messaging the actual sellers about this. Possibly turn ****** on and email the *** of Amazon. But, I'll be doing a lot online searching for local buys instead of ordering from Amazon for now on. Buyers be ware.

      Be careful what you purchase from Amazon, I purchased a cloud cam that they decided to discontinue and also not support its app. Amazon further offered a substitute with the blink mini and a complimentary one year blink subscription but kept such a narrow claim window (approximately 1 month). Unfortunately I didnt receive the email so now I have a $50.00 paperweight. Looks like Ill be buying for *****

      In general, it's been great, but they have a s***** customer service and if there are issues with log-in two-factor verification system, a customer ends up in a dead-end scenario. I changed my phone number and realized my Amazon account was attached to the old one. I am being sent to the same old phone number for code verification. For such a well-established system, this is a pretty stupid, not well-thought-out solution.

      Have ordered multiple items lately that haven't been received with the appropriate items. I ordered one item that was supposed to have 3 items in it and only received one, ordered one item that was supposed to have 12 items in it and only received one. Again, this is happening again and again. Horrible customer fulfillment.

      I was supposed to receive one year free of the blink plus plan since Amazon cloud cam was discontinued for blink. I received a free blink mini but called numerous times to Amazon yet this has not been resolved. Ive also sent emails. I was on the phone for over an hour twice and kept getting transferred. Im very disappointed with how this was handled. I have emails to support that I should have a year free for the blink plus plan but one amazon customer support person even admitted that there was no way he could help me and I should send another email.

      As recently up until last week, I have been back-and-forth with Amazon on the phone/text/email about a fraudulent gift card I purchased that was not real As soon as I activated the card, some company Blackhawk, Wiped it clean .. when trying to find information on that company they ask for more personal information saying they would dispute it. I found a number on the company which was actually a car lot in *****. I have spoken to at least **** Amazon representatives, even escalations managers, and have documentation detailing when I should receive my refund of $200 for the card and nothing. So disappointed that Amazon would allow fraudulent cards to be sold and not back their product.

      Amazon advertises bonus codes for in game items on pre-order video game purchases. Then fails to deliver the advertise items. I've been told that they never advertised the items when the listing changes the day the game is released and when I take a screenshot of the advertised pre-order bonus. I've been told the manufacturer is responsible for sending the in game code. How is a manufacturer supposed to know who pre-ordered from Amazon. They offer these pre-order bonuses to get more sales at the launch of the game and then the manufacturer is informed about how many should be manufactured. But the offer codes are to be distributed by the seller Amazon, since the order was taken by Amazon. Bestbuy, **************** Gamestop, and any other seller has no problem providing pre-order codes to customers. Amazon on the other hand tells me that this is the manufacturer's mistake and I need to contact the manufacturer, because Amazon doesn't provide the codes. Then why does Amazon advertise the codes. I managed to get a Amazon customer service representative to request the listing on Megaman Battle Network Legacy Collection to not be changed release day. This listing still advertises the pre-order bonus that I got an email saying the manufacturer would provide to unknown customers. I'm still waiting on a response from Capcom US, but I doubt Capcom will fail to provide the code the retailer failed to. Capcom has done this for me in the post when Amazon denied offering pre-order bonus codes.

      Unable to follow through with a refund that was promised within a time frame ,take responsibility for the inability to to give me a refund from third party vendor using the Amazon platform.I also like to say this is the first time I have experience this issue and I feel highly disappointed. Spoke to 3 different supervisors and I was given the professional excuse about the inability to resolve the matter.

      Placed an order on Amazon web site and tried to cancel the item two hours later. System would not let me cancel item. Contacted their less than helpful customer service, They stated that the item was being prepared for shipping. I ordered this on Saturday morning at 5 am Apr 22 and it said item would not be shipped until May 2. Now this is only an $8.00 DVD. Why would they be in such a hurry to send out this DVD in two hours after ordered. Why can't their customer service cancel the item that I contacted at 7 am. Now they are telling me to refuse the item when it comes in two weeks. All this hassle over cancelling a $8.00 DVD not yet shipped but preparing to ship. This sold by Amazon and not a third party seller. On their site it states you can cancel an order except when it is in the shipping process but they put it in the shipping process immediately, so you cannot cancel. Even though the item is not scheduled to arrive in two weeks. I am letting people know about this problem when placing an order and trying to cancel.
