      BEWARE!!! If Amazon says they shipped something **** and then tells you that your order was damaged and cancels the order and then they will not issue a refund until the item is returned even though **** says they never received it. You are out the money and Amazon will not return your money. They tell you to contact **** for a refund. **** says they never received it. I am out $1000! No other business handles their concerns like this. Usually (and by law in most cases) the shipper/sender is responsible for the item until the purchaser received the item.Here is Amazon's fine print to get them out of helping me.RISK OF LOSS All purchases of physical items from Amazon are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE Amazon does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Amazon does not take title to the refunded item.       Amazon is terrible about packaging fragile products. I bought some blueberry juice at a price of 150 a case. The original packaging was clearly ****ed fragile, this side up...Amazon put multiple cases in an after ****et case and did not **** it fragile. I buy wine making supplies very often. It's gotten to the point that I order extra because I've received so many broke bottles. Furthermore I've hade close to a dozen products get lost in the mail over this winter. I would recommend going directly to the supplier when possible. Sometimes you will pay a little more for shipping, but the people who make a product are much more likely to take care of the products they produce

      I have prime, this allows you to get same day delivery or two day delivery... the past orders I have had delivered has been delayed for unknown reasons even though they were an 30 minutes away or in actual transit. It is a waste to pay for a prime subscription if we are not being given the two-day delivery as promised. That's false advertising they need to stop lying to your consumers. They apologize for not receiving my item as promised, and then I pay $14.99 a month for prime and all they want to give me back $5.00 for my inconvenience that is a slap on the face, so they are robbing people, blind for prime you never receive, or you may receive it at their convenience. beware, this company is a rip off.

      Amazon is not vetting these sellers thoroughly enough. My husband ordered an item, it showed delivered, but we never received it. We went straight to *** and they showed it went to a completely different state????? How does that happen??? Now we have to wait for the seller to respond instead of Amazon refunding us (and they deal with the seller) they allowed to scam us!! I'm so so so ******. We buy alot from Amazon, as we are in a rural place and lately they just s**** us over! Amazon has become a disappointment.

      Spent thousands over years with Amazon . Most recent discrepancy ordered 2 wall planters at $60 each .. items never delivered . **************** rep **** , advised only solution to receive refund is filing a police report . We are not talking designer items or gems .. wooden planters which ive purchased previously and did receive .The ******************************* can keep the 120 bucks .Insulting as a long time dedicated customer . Cancelled ********************** & will no longer patronize to a business that does not value their customers . Avoid if you are able !

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMAZON. THEY ARE THIEVES. I WAS JUST ON THE ***** AND ON THERE CHAT LINE WITH 9 DIFFERENT PEOPLE TRYING TO GET AN ISSUE RESOLVED THAT AMAZON CREATED ONLY TO BE TOLD I WAS LIEING AND THAT THEY COULD DO ANYTHING FOR ME. THEY STRAIGHT STOLE $30 FROM ME. I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY COMPANY! I WILL SAY AGAIN FAIR WARNING, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMAZON THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

      We have been buying from Amazon for years and each year it gets worse. Items arrive opened, used, missing parts, damaged, wrong size or have been returned by a customer only to be sent to you as new and never checked. Now, for our new and LAST problem. We ordered a window blind **** x 48 and received one that was **** x 48. It was also evident that it had been opened before shipping. Notified Amazon of the wrong size and they sent a replacement. Upon UPSs delivery attempt we noted that the item was the wrong size again and refused delivery. The original item was sent back with Amazon notice of receipt. The one we refused delivery of Amazon has no receipt of return. We have video evidence of this transaction yet Amazon is still charging us $83.86. Ive direct messaged them twice and my husband has discussed this with them twice over the phone. We even disputed the charge on our credit card but we are still receiving the charge. Over the past few years Amazon has gone down hill in the quality of their service and products. Also customers who subscribed to prime were guaranteed free 2 day delivery now youre lucky if you receive it within a week. We will be looking elsewhere for our everyday needs.

      After several different things have happened with Amazon, I felt it important to express my experience. I have found it disheartening that the company makes assumptions. Myself and 2 other people after making an Amazon purchase is automatically signed up for Amazon Prime without their knowledge until they receive a monthly fee of $16.19. To me this is unprofessional, unethical, and perhaps unwanted. Especially with the customer not being offered the option. To follow with this, my daughter has an Amazon Prime membership, I ordered merchandise on her account using my debit card. That isnt the issue, because my card is attached to my daughters account, twice the company has taken money from my debit card when her card had insufficient funds. Not anywhere did Amazon ever make it known that this would happen. After discussing this with a supervisor and the 2 payments refunded, it was explained that my daughter would have to call and have my debit card removed from her account. These actions of Amazon have left me with hesitation from ordering from them. I would refer to this as severed communication.

      Amazon has shipping and on time deliveries problems and they are holding my money and I have to wait until the item ships but the item is stuck in preparing for shipment...It was supposed to be delivered on April 18th..and they said I will have to wait until April 25th for it to ship and wait again until it is delivered which could take another week then return the item and wait **** days after that for my gift card balance o be refunded....THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! I NO LONGER WANT THE *** I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 2 WEEKS TO GET MONEY BACK. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP

      They are adding shipping and handling fees before taxes are added and then taxing you on shipping and handling in my state as long as shipping is a seperate line you are not taxed. You are already a huge corporate company taking everyone's money does that little extra really help you out, way to nickel and dime your customers.
