      I bought Amazon Cloud Cam and used it for few years before Amazon decided to kill it. (Rug pull)They offered a promotion code to get new mini blink cameras but those promo codes were sent to e-mails that ended up in my spam folders.By the time I found out, the promo code had already expired. I contacted Amazon support to extend the promo code or get a new one and they refused!!I guess their "costumer obsession" core value is a thing of the past !!! I will never do business with Amazon ever again!

      Id give -65 stars if I could!! They lie and think sorry is good enough. They say they delivered things and dont. Then you have to wait 2 weeks for a refund. Then they do t deliver something else me you complain and they cxl your order after you tell them not to to give you a refund then act like they dont know how it happened and like its not their doing. I talked to 10. Yes *********************************************** go over it all again and each one said sorry but none of them would fix the issue. Now my daughter doesnt have her bday gift and my dying friend never got her gift because it didnt show and she die. And again what do I get. Oh sorry. Sorry is not good enough! Ive been in customer service for over 25 years and I even remotely handled things like they do I wont have a job. If I could I would return everything Ive bought from them because they dont give a c*** about what they do to their customers. Then they try and tell me I cant say anything negative about them well its called freedom of speech and if you dont act like a $&@$ you wont be treated like one. At this point still waiting on 3 different refunds when thats not even what I wanted. I wanted what I freaking ordered. Isnt that their business??? I really tired of these large companies thinking they are above doing whats right for the people who keep them busy! I will never use them again and if I have any say over it it neither will anyone else Im related to! DO BETTER!!!!!!!

      Amazon has become nothing but fraud theiving from people lying unprofessional unethical uneducated not qualified lacking manners values and respect all together for their customers! Harrassment, discrimination, lying, theft, and exteme neglect!!!!!!!!!!! Lacking social skills to an extreme degree!! If people in ******* really knew and understand how people really get by in life in these third world countries who are very poor monitaraly and in morals and social behavior they would be appauled to know they are being hired to steal from ********* and harrass the US while stealing from us, lying, manipulating and stressing people out to the point of people coming to the resolution to *** them for harrassment and discrimination and straight up FRAUD STEALING AND LYING ABOUT IT!!!!- not happy

      zero is what amazon gets. we were charged $155 for prime and we had canceled it. they wont give us back that money, we went all the way up the so called chain and NO ONE wants to help, they are a million dollar company and a complete JOKE

      I had my account banned from leaving reviews and I dont know why. I tried getting help through customer service over the phone and a support agent who obviously didnt understand English lied to me and told me it was reinstated. I then was told by a chat support agent to reach out to a specific help email because they cant help me. *** reached out to that email a million times and they dont even respond. I literally told both agents that and all they could say is idk why just keep emailing them. Ive been emailing for three years and still no response. I dont even know why my account was banned to begin with because I hardly leave reviews. I would just like to have my account reinstated.

      Amazon delivery threw a package of light bulbs onto my driveway at the street where anyone could have grabbed it and the driver informed me on my orders/returns page that the package was placed inside the mailbox. The package was three times the size of my rural mailbox. When I called Amazon customer service I spoke with an obviously foreign individual who would not allow me to explain the issue as he kept talking over me. I finally told him to shut up and listen at which time he told me he didnt have to take that and hung up. So much for customer service. This delivery problem has happened and been reported multiple times yet it continues. Amazon clearly doesnt care. Im beginning to shop locally and at other online sites.

      I have ordered some goods on the Amazon webpage and received the goods, OK, However, a month later I noticed a charge of $14.99 from Amazon Prime that I did not recognize. After searching online what this may be, I found that I was charged for a subscription that I did not order. I reported the fraudulent charge to my bank and they issued a new credit card to avoid these fraudulent charges in the future. After many attempts taking and hour or more, I finally succeeded in contacted Amazon customer service to complain about the fraudulent charge and they promised a refund. Needless to say, Amazon makes it extremely difficult to contact them and they steer questions in other directions trying to sell them more stuff. I dare say, these techniques of suckung unsuspecting customers into services that they did not want is highly unethical at least, but actually fraudulent. I recommend anyone not to do business with Amazon but instead use Paypal and ***** where I never had any issues or issues were resolved on the spot.

      I received a text from Amazon saying that someone tried to log in to my account so it was locked until I verified it was me and some how someone was still able to use my info by the name of ******* the representative told me and I want my refund back and ASAP from the fraud team at Amazon, do your investigation

      I am deeply upset with the poor customer service l received from ********************** regarding two mattresses. I cant seem to get my money back because of this. If theres anyone who has had a similar problem lm speaking to an atty about a class action lawsuit. I have been hung up on and theres no recourse for their actions. I dont have $500 to donate to Amazon for being incompetent. I will never shop with them again. Theres no need to contact corporate because they are just as rude and direct you back to customer service. If anyone has had problems with refunds due to shipment of returns and cant get assistance. We have a valid case for a class action lawsuit and lm moving forward with my complaint. Maybe then they would have realized it was cheaper to return my money!
