      I have an account with Amazon but I have been banned from making any-type of reviews or give feedback to certain companies that reach out to me through there. This is a problem because im missing out on many opportunities and paid promotions within this circumstance.Ive tried contacting customer service before as well as writing an email them, just for the problem to not be solved at all or not even considered. I have not done anything wrong within my Account to even have had this type of penalty. I genuinely need help to recover from this problem and im very hopeful that ill be able to continue with my opportunities that are given to me that I havent been able to take.

      Ordered item used my credit card. When returned the product they put it in the gift card account. Ow I have to pay the bill for the credit card charged. I dont understand how they put it in the gift card account while you purchased it by credit edit card

      I order so much a month from Amazon and Amazon prime paying extra money to have packages delivered the next day and they aren't coming. I think that the drivers that they have are stealing packages and since it's a business they aren't even observing the delivery instructions. They need to pay more attention to stuff and have things delivered on time to customers.

      amazon has also blocked me too from leaving products reviews for no apparent reason, and I've always left reasonable reviews, amazon does this to keep customers from leaving bad reviews on their third party sellers from ***** and everywhere else, because amazon know that the product quality is low and or defective and amazon chooses to disregard the facts and cover up their dead end partnership vendors by blocking their long time loyal ******** customers so that amazon overseas third party vendors can continue to sell defective cheap products through amazon without any conflict, that's how low and desperate amazon is to go against the ******** people just to make a few dollars from overseas cheap knockoffs brand items vendors merchandise/ products, reassuring that the ******** people don't leave a negative review to knock amazon's hustle...its sad and pathetic on amazons behalf when nothing else matters but money....

      I made a huge purchase with Amazon that was supposed to be prime but wasn't . An item I'd purchased arrived and was way to small. I contacted Amazon and the lady told me that since I'd ordered so much stuff not to return the items just yet and to wait till I had everything and send it all back in 1 return. I ended up sending back 3 of the same item just different colors. 2 went to California & 1 went to the Amazon address in **. They were all sent on the same day & packed by *** with proof of delivery due to it being a lot of money going back. I noticed I hadn't received my refund, called & the lady told me it was being processed once I told her it had already been delivered to both warehouse's. She looked into it, I got my refund... Only to look up 2 months later & have them withdraw money from my account. I filed a complaint with my bank. Then Amazon froze everything from my echos to my fire sticks. I haven't been able to use item's I purchased in full till this day. Yesterday I recieved an email from Amazon thanking me for deciding to pay . I was taken aback because I hadn't made a purchase since the problem arose. I looked at my account & noticed my bank had given them the money. I was livid & crying now. I called Amazon.The 1st lady claimed I'd get my money back. The lady she transferred me to tried to say I didn't return the items. When I'd informed her that *** boxed them & that I'd sent it certified mail, then she tried to say I sent the wrong item back. I said how when it was 3 of the same item just different colors. Then she tried to say I only filed to return 2 ************ have to go off what the intake department tells them. I asked her to do her job & run back their camera's. She said she trusted the intake department & therefore didn't need to view any cameras. There was nothing she could do & hung up. I will spend every ***** I have in court to get my money back . Because I'm not giving 320+ dollars away for free. I'm a vet and every ***** counts.

      I closed my account at Amazon Prime, and am still being billed. Trying to get my money back and not to be billed anymore. It's impossible. A billion dollar company, it's a joke, I'm a 63 year old retiree an can not afford this. No one will help Amazon is a disgrace.

      I have been blocked many times by Amazon directly for attempting to post a negative review on a product after the seller/manufacturer includes a note to buy 5-Star reviews, claiming it's "Off-Topic". BAD/FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES on the part of the seller IS ON-TOPIC.

      2020 through 2021 amazon did great. responded to complaints quickly, deliveries were on time with optional days for delivery. not anymore. they give you 2 days to choose from, no times to choose. they make you use a code in your email to get the items and they have a time range that lasts all day. Imagine me, being a night shifter, getting sick as I am now trying to stay awake all day to get what i paid for. Their drivers are NOTORIOUS for either marking things delivered, and not delivering them, or marking them as attempted without ever even coming to your door or knocking. As of now, I have been trying to get a 700 dollar item for 3 days from them, getting shafted by the driver every day. Last year they delivered a kayak i bought an entire month after the scheduled delivery date I had to get off work to be home for and left it sitting in my neighbor's front yard! 2 years ago they started deleting my reviews for no reason, even banned me from leaving reviews (something I used to do for everything i bought because i had free time and I enjoyed it)Now almost ALL reviews are fake reviews, nothing can be trusted. I have just finished haggling with their customer service for the 15th time since I started a prime membership to get the driver to come back and deliver what I paid for according to my delivery instructions. This time was worse though, you can't chat directly with a rep anymore, oh no, you have to yell no at a robot for 10 minutes before they send you to a call center in india. First guy I got simply hung up on me, then I had to start over again. I wanted my money back so I could go directly through the seller's website.can't refund because they say theyre trying to deliver... right.. so the driver can run up drop my small items at my door, then mark the big item as attempted and drive off leaving me to lose sleep a 3rd day in a row for nothing and im sitting here out 700 dollars with no item. Not acceptable.

      I love Amazon and an long time customer. This instance just happen yesterday. I had order a set of glasses to see if its the one I am looking for and when arrived, it was nice. Went online to reorder, it show $1 higher, (can you imagine every order they added $1!! Amazon is making billions!!!) no big deal, when I added to the cart, the price jump to $168!!! Amazon website trick their customer when you want to re-order!!!!!!!!! NEver trust Amazon and be careful on their pricing when you re-order anything!!!
