      I have two accounts with them. One I had many book purchases on their electronic book application. I can no longer access this account and any online purchases because they consider it dormant due to a lack of ise for purchases, while I was logging in still to access things I have already purchased. There was no due notice that they needed a change of information to account many online purchases. Multiple customer service representatives tell me I will no longer have my purchases because they dont have a credit card on file or that I have not used it, yet they never asked me nor notified me that I will not have my purchases if I do not make necessary changes. I am severely displeased after spending half an hour two days ago with customer service representatives who promised to email me instructions and didnt. Representatives today told me conflicting information such as our representative that previously helped you lied and we do not do that process. I spent at least two hours on the phone today with customer service representatives who now tell me there are no purchases on the acc, yet I can pull up order numbers from years ago from my email with that account. And they did not help me access my purchases.

      I feel as though some of the Amazon representatives, especially the ones who doesnt speak English well doesnt know what they are doing. I had part of the order that never arrived and reported the issue to Amazon. I was advised to get a police report and email the report to the email address provided. I emailed all of the information requested and was told that a refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days. All of this was not only verbalized but also sent in an email. Well, they never refunded the money and when asked what happened, the representative told me to submit another police report and tried pretend that the report issued was late. Then afterwards was told that its passed the 60 day ***** so theres nothing they can do. Apparently, Amazon representatives would rather lie regardless of their emails and recorded lines than be honest.

      Amazon and the seller ROVSUN are horrible. I bought a cigar humidor of $278. It arrived from ***** damaged pretty badly in the corner of the machine. I requested a refund and the seller keeps asking me to accept the machine- offered a discount. Ive e-mailed three times no thanks I want a return mailing label. The seller or Amazon keep saying no or no response. I e-mailed pics of the damaged box and damaged machine as well. There was a 48 hour window to fix this and it closed. The seller or Amazon still wont send me a return label. I also hurt my back loading it into my truck so when and if I get a label from ROVSUN or Amazon I can return it @ the *** store. I cant stand ROVSUN or Amazon. Theyre sorry & pathetic!

      I put a order in for my granddaughter it was for around $600 total Amazon froze my account because I used my bank card (a card that I used before ) they wanted me to send them a bank statement, I told them I didnt have one , I needed to get this order of baby stuff to my GD , I used another Amazon account I had with my old e mail ordered the same stuff the next day , they froze my account again said i need a bank statement , So thats 2 orders I did both of my accounts froze they wouldn't help me so I closed both accounts, and canceled both orders , then i ordered all the stuff from e bay no problem's , 30 mins after I put the e bay order in I started getting e mails from amazon both orders shipped , how did they know I used e bay ?Now I cant return anything because both of my accounts where closed , they got a good thing going here , really they got me good

      Amazon is a decent company, however, I have a complaint. I ordered a MSMK por from them on 12/23/21. I sent the first one back because it was defective. It's an expensive pan. It's supposed to be scratch resistant. I only use soft utensils in because it's my fudge pan. Yesterday, I took it out, there's a very deep scratch. There's not a website, or customer service for this company. I called Amazon and they have not got a number or information on this company. I find this hard to be believe. The girl I spoke to was nice, it's not her fault Amazon ties their hands from helping. I always thought Amazon stood behind their products, guess I was wrong.

      Amazon is holding an $800 refund for a Square POS system that was delivered damaged. I returned the item and they are holding my refund after I have confirmed the item has been received. They are directly hindering a small black woman-owned business by not releasing my funds. This is unacceptable.

      I had been looking into 3d printers for a while and had settled on the Elegoo Saturn 2. I ordered a new 3d printer that was on sale from amazon as it was cheaper than the manufacturer store. Normal retail was $859.99 before takes. I got at $718.19. Item shipped and tracking said it was in the local sorting facility. It stayed at the sorting facility for days before amazon said it was lost. When I contacted there, they said it was lost so i could get a refund. At this point, the sale had ended. I asked if it was possible t5o ********* another one instead, but they said no. The original price is way out of budget, as the sale was just at my price limit, so no printer for me.

      I placed an order for 2 items and I only recieved 1 plus they delivered to a different address after I searched for the item around my neighborhood then finally found the package one of the items were missing I called Amazon and told them they told me they couldn't replace or refund the order Can you actually belive that ?? So I'm here hopefully to save the next person from this absurdity and from what I read this is not the first time they are pulling this

      Bad customer service and apparently they can't help you if your accounts gets locked out and it is new. Terrible systems if that's the case and lying reps if it's not.

      I purchased a ring device for almost $200.00 and it didnt work so I returned it and the tracking shows their return warehouse has received it over a month ago. I have called several times and filled out a report and they said it would be resolved in 48 hours. That was five days ago. Now I am paying interest on my credit card for that charge. I am really furious.
