      I purchased an expensive electric knife sharpener. When I received the sharpener it was poorly packed with no packing foam. The knife sharpener I received looked used. I plugged it into power and it immediately began to emit smoke and a burning smell. I immediately repacked it into the box I received it in and contacted Amazon by chat. I was issued with a return docket and was informed the $69 aud postage would be refunded as well as the purchase price when the received the item back. A couple of weeks later Amazon contacted me and told me that the knife sharpener that they received back was not the one that they sent to me and refused any refund. The refused to send me pictures showing why they believed I sent back a different item. They refuse to answer of me emails and I am $500 aud out of ************* with this company at your own peril.

      Amazon delivery is no longer reliable. Ive been a customer as long as theyve been selling stuff and am no longer happy with the service. Id say now most packages are later than originally stated. Ive had multiple packages with the status updated to delivered that werent actually delivered. When I contact customer service they say its not been delivered, so who marked it as delivered and why? Who gains with blatant lies and when is that ok? I make every attempt to avoid ordering from them anymore, its just not worth it. Id gladly welcome the old days when prime actually meant something.

      Amazon's idea of forcing everyone to use their QR codes makes it nearly impossible to send back anything from where I live. The nearest *** store is about an hour's drive in any way from my location. Why isn't there a way to print out shipping labels as it was done in the past? Everything was ok back then. At one time there was a work-around to be able to print out a standard *** shipping label even when a QR code was presented. Now it seems a way has been found a way to stop that. Why do they want to irate small customers with this QR code thing? And also allowing sales of product names that are not pronounceable? Often times I see the same exact product and sales information but each one has a different company name printed onto the product. The seller or vendor's name is some weird play on words combined into a single word. Of course no china vendor wants to be easy to find. What happened to selling items from reputable companies? Making a buck is the name of the game even if through knowingly lying to customers.

      I ordered an item it was broken returned it within 24 hours. Then ordered the same item and it was broken. So it is an issue. Was told they would issue a refund threw said item away. The person lied and I had screenshots and now wont issue a refund without said item that has been thrown away. They lie and disconnect chat before you can verify. Then lie more and want me to climb in a dumpster to recollect the item to send back. Even though I was told day before they was issuing a refund and to throw it away. Even supervisors are very rude and lie just to get you off chat. Id give zero stars if it allowed

      I placed order on 3/18/23 for $428.99 with tax free shipping 5 day wait. First I never received my order!! It was meant to be a gift but now its way to late for that. I am filing this on 3/24/23 almost a week later. Since this time ive spoken to multiple people in customer service who promised me all kinds of things that never happened. I was given $10 credits twice to shut me up and wait a few days and it just pushed the date back even further. I spoke to ppl who claimed to be managers but all had the title of customer associates on the side of their names. I argued multiple times about how the item says IN STOCK but is not available in my area or distribution hub. One a shekhar r. created ticket/case number which would allow the transfer of the item from one hub to another to fix this. It never happened and they all claimed it was stuck there. Then the item disappeared from my search results til it appeared in red. Yesterday 3/23 was the last straw a individual named **** altered my order since the new delivery date was now set for 3/28 i asked him why did i get this new date and he solved it by altering my order without my consent which raised it from $428.99 to $446.25. The shipping and handling fee went up by $16.09 which i had previously selected free shipping. He never notified me what he was doing. Thankfully i checked before it shipped and it never shipped. Today i spoke to 4 different people who kept transferring me but who all gave me different days ranging from 3/25 to 3/27 but asked me to settle for monday 3/27. That would have been 1 week and 2 days. I have never encountered so much incompetence and trouble as i have these past few days from Amazon. They have acted lawlessly and shamefully. They have always been a good company to me though not like this. I cancelled this order and will now probably close my account permanently due to this situation. Better bureau should look into this and warn others.

      I would leave 0 stars, but that's not an option. I ordered a gaming rgb computer desk, however I was sent pull up bars. Do I get a replacement sent no, why you ask because its sold out only I really isn't because the the desk is still in the **** warehouse!!!

      I have been a prime member and customer for *****. And for the most part all my experiences have been positive and most issues resolved. On 03/15/23 an item was marked undeliverable. In turn I requested a refund, which I was told that they wont be able to issue me a refund until they receive the item at their fulfillment center which can take ***** days even though theres proof that the item is being returned to sender. I believe that an employee is suspending my refund out of retaliation.

      Driver is rude to customers, gets mad and wont deliver your packages. Will pull up in front of your house, and LIE putting in reason code Mo Secure Location to leave package. 12 years and never an issue until this guy. Amazon does NOTHING except extend meaningless apologies and BROKEN promises. BLATANT RETALIATION!!!!!!!

      I ordered several items on March 22,2023 received a notice from Amazon that 2 items have been delivered. I am handicap and do not get around well and always request my orders be delivered to my front door. The 2 deliveries that say were delivered on 3/23/23 were not delivered to my front door. I contacted Amazon who I believe should be able to track their driver and find the orders,however, I am told to go check around my building and contact neighbors to see if the orders were left at the wrong place. I was told I have to wait 24hours to file a complaint or go look for the orders myself. I have to pay for the items in advance which includes delivery so why am I responsible for the drivers incompentence,to follow delivery orders. This has happened more than once ,orders are left out in front of a 4 car garage that faces the street so anyone driving or walking by is able to pick up the package. It is a sorry mess when a company like Amazon hires incompetent drivers and requires the customer to be responsible for *********************** errors.

      A company ran by i d i o t s. Kept telling them that a giftcard didnt arrive for a birthday gift. They kept telling me to send a picture of it. I mean seriously, do they have any comprehension skills!??! Then they told me to wait for it 2 days AWAY from when it was said to be delivered. I relentlessly kept saying that its a gift,I asked for a replacement/refund for a new one and guess what!?? They told me to send a picture of the incorrect one. I seriously cant wrap my head around the foolishness and lack of common sense their representatives have. Ey ye ye. Now im out of money and a gift. Amazon I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!Seriously,never. 100 dollars down the drain. I will be talking with my bank!!
