      Can't trust them anymore, they put my refund on a gift card without my knowledge. Had to hassle with chat bot before I could reach a live person to charge back my bank account. Slimy way to steal money. Now I have to wait even longer than expected to receive my refund.They take your money in a heart beat but mess around when it comes time to give it back. Electronic payment is fast both ways, their BS runs deep. STOP PLAYING WITH OTHER PEOPLES MONEY AMAZON!!

      I ordered a bowling Ball. I received a damaged box with nothing in it Amazon refused my claim I don't understand. **** admitted fault but sender has to make the claim. I guess I'm SOL.

      I ordered two pairs of the same boots. The left boot on one of the pairs is defective. The print right above the listed sale price says Free Return. When I requested to have the defective pair replaced, they say I must pay to send the defective pair back or drive 100 miles to another city to return them.

      I wrote a review on a book that is very clearly a knockoff book of a legitimate book. I didn't say anything crazy or hateful. I simply warned people that it wasn't the real book they were very likely searching for. Next thing I know my account is permanently banned from leaving reviews....I called multiple times and spoke to people and all they said was that they can't tell me anything other than I'm banned for life... no warning, no anything... This was YEARS ago. What kind of company behaves like this? I have been a loyal Amazon customer for probably close to or over a decade and this is how they treat that.

      My original fire stick remote went out completely out so I called so I called and asked for a replacement remote Im on the fourth remote Theyve sent each remote that was sent doesnt work the person I just spoke advised me to buy a new kit and Id reimbursed which is ridiculous if anything I should be sent a new kit

      ive had amazon for 6 - 7 years . now all of a sudden we need passcodes to get our packages. what if were not home & at work especially if ive never had an issue with them leaving my items at my front door . that should be an option with delivery instructions not mandatory making people miss out on their packages. && calling their customer service is horrible . the way they applied for the job to work at amazon but have attitudes assisting customers baffles me . even the supervisors rude . *** had th because the early shipping but as of lately theyre becoming the last resort . cant get issues resolved cause their workers are rude .

      I have been dealing with Amazon on a order I placed and received a open damaged container they have tried to give me a run around about returning it this is not this first time either I didn't receive over 200 dollars in items and they said I would not get my money back until I filed a false police report and also last year the same thing over 100 dollars in items that I didn't receive never got my money back they think that just because it says delivered that it was delivered at the correct address I live in a trailer park with 22 other homes here it is easily done seems to me that amazon is in the business of stealing money from people

      I was a long time Amazon customer and then they started deleting my product reviews. There were never any details provided, just an email stating I should consider their email a "warning" with a link to pages worth of "guidance".Surprisingly or not surprisingly the last review that they deleted was a negative review on one of Amazon's Solimo products. The review was 100% honest and customers deserved to know.Although I really liked Amazon's services and the company in general, I refuse to do business with people that are dishonest. To be fair, I also gave Amazon a "warning" that not providing any detail regarding removal of my reviews was unacceptable.

      I had the worst customer service experience ever. I was lied to on several occasions. I bought an air conditioner and didn't see that it wasn't sold by Amazon. The unit was delivered damaged and I didn't have the chance to refuse to accept the delivery. The unit was $429. the seller told me I had to pay to return it, **** would not take it because it was over their shipping weight of 70lbs. ***** was going to charge me $422 to ship it back. It took me over a week of being lied to yelling and arguing to get this returned. They tried to get me to to take it out of the box and try it so they could use this against me to only do a partial or no refund. "This item can be returned in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns." I buy thousands of dollars of goods from Amazon but no more unless I have to. It's bad enough that they are cheap enough to hire slave labor for their customer service staff. I hate that I had to fight so hard for them to do the right thing instead of taking the side of the seller when they were wrong.
