      The package I ordered with same day delivery, they claimed they delivered it to my address but the package was never received. Before I contacted them I asked my neighbors who said they didnt see or accidentally receive my package, I also have camera outside my home which saw a Amazon truck in my parking lot but the driver never comes to my home. When I contacted amazon they said they would submit for a refund and I would hear someone with in 24-48hrs. Im about 1 hr I did receive an email which stated that per policy once a package is received that Amazon was not responsible. So I called customer service because my package wasnt even received so how is that considered to violate that policy they told me basically sorry not our problem theres nothing we can do when I asked if I was able to appeal this decision.

      The customer service is terrible, they take your money promise to deliver packages on a certain day, send out emails that the packages have arrived when there is no package in the location they say it was left in and then they hold your money for days before it is returned to you, I have had this issue with them multiple times and would like to file a formal complaint

      I write this review primarily to advise as to what I believe is unfair business practice by Amazon Prime Video. I am enrolled as a Prime member and have been for a long time. Last night I chose a free movie to watch and watched about half when I paused for few minutes. When I resumed the movie, Prime Video would not allow me unless I paid a rental fee. I contacted **************** and after 20 minutes on hold, the representative offered to reimburse me if I paid the rental fee. I declined and expressed my dissatisfaction.

      I ordered ONE book "The January 6 Report" Research Edition.Amazon sent me ELEVEN.I have been trying to get them to take back the TEN I did NOT order. Heavy book ...hope *** or Fed Ex can help -- my husband cannot even lift the heaviest box.Have no idea how much they are charging me for something I did not order.I am not a happy camper.Please help!

      Amazon ***** Kettle made 2015 sold 2023 (8 years old sold as new)I purchased a ***** BBQ white in color on the 16/02/2023, free shipping from **. Received ***** today 27/02/2023. It is clearly obviously this product has being lying around in the warehouse owing to the state of the box. (See photos which show it being 8 years old).On opening the box found the front leg damaged. First thought was to return BBQ get a refund, it appears you have to pay the return freight, which Amazon reimburse when they receive product back. So you have an outlay of in excess of $300.Shame on Amazon selling ***** BBQs that are 8 years old as new BBQs. I guess to shift them that is why they offered free international freight. Though they do not state if returned you would have to temporarily pay freight charges. The irony of this is, our old ***** now in a poor state and is the same vintage (8 years old) ***** by the way dont have *************** so ***** ********* won't even give you a replacement front leg so had to pay $30.45 which Amazon has offered to reimburse.My advice is Avoid purchasing on Amazon for anything mid to high value, you just don't know what your going to end up with?

      What ever happen to Prime delivery? The order has been less than 50 miles away for 4 days. Trying to talk to someone at Amazon is like calling the Internet. I don't want to cancel the order, I want the product. Amazon has gotten too big. Not what it use to be.Sent this to them as a review , I'd be surprised to see it listed.

      I was a loyal customer for 5 years. In December I found out my Amazon Prime was double charged for two years. I only ever had one account, and never paid or authorized payment for anyone elses account or gave anyone else my payment information. I called them and they said they only could see one charge. My statements show two, and theyre system likely does also. Unfortunately, my credit card company would only credit me the final four months. Knowing Amazon lied to me, I deleted my account. Two months later, I went to use the roughly $20 left on my gift card that I received for Christmas. I had to make a new account, which I planned on deleting after using the card. Unfortunately the card was tied to my old account, which I could no longer access. I called customer service. They told me that the card was returned to the store, and I would have to go to the original store that it was purchased from. Anyone can figure out that that is a lie, and a stupid lie at that. Stores dont take back gift cards, and even if they did, I was physically holding the card and never gave anyone the card information. Because theres no way to call or email Amazons corporate office, I mailed my complaint to them with all the information. My letter was completely ignored. I will never use Amazon again, and I would strongly recommend everyone else not to use them. No joke. You may end up paying a little more elsewhere, but the money you can save on Amazon is not worth the risk. This is the only issue I ever had with them, and they made zero effort to correct it, and now Im out a few hundred dollars. And more than likely, thats how they handle others issues, and its reflected in the reviews. Cancel your Prime membership, delete your account, and go elsewhere. Their service may be nice as long as nothing goes wrong(which is like rolling dice anymore), but if something does go wrong, youll be ripped off. Its not worth it. Patronize other online retailers.

      Amazon lies I had bought an item for my daughter for a reward . She picks something from Amazon and it said it will take a 2 to 3 weeks .I knew that it was going from ***** . I waited for 2 weeks and i kept checking that tracking button and it wasnt updated for about a 5 days . Then one day I checked the tracking and it said delivered a couple of days ago . So I told my kid to check the mail and nothing .I also told her look around maybe there was a package left behind or something . Still nothing . So I message Amazon on their chat messaging and they already told me something I already knew. Yea I Know mostly talking to a recording . Finally i said it said delivered and the chat bot said it stuck in customs . So Amazon lied . He said it delivered but it didnt . Unprofessional . I ask for my refund and in some form of compensation. All they said was you will get a refund in 3-5 days and thats thats wow . I am really upset and now I have to tell my kid you have to wait or pick something else . Not only made me upset but my kid is heartbroken . She was looking forward to that . I expected this heartless act from **** but not Amazon .I am a professional so I wont say nothing that might backfire at me but I will say this do not buy from Amazon . Lies , and they dont help you . they try to get rid of you fast so they dont want to be bothered by your problems . Thanks Amazon

      Amazon has constantly delivered my packages to the wrong address. Each time they want me to wait 3 days before processing a refund or issuing a replacement. I keep getting damaged packages that they want me to return to them in the most inconvenient ways. No more simple and logged *** store drop off and you have to have a printer. Horrible service with no more guarantees.

      Out of the 11 items I have ordered since living at my new apartment, 5 of them were delivered to the wrong address. Even though there are pictures showing where they were delivered I have had to wait 4-7 days for replacements or refunds with the statement they were marked delivered by accident. REALLY??? Why should I have to wait when your delivery driver delivered to the wrong address?
