      Horrible people, horrible customer service. They stole from me, lied to me, hung up on me and even though I returned my item I was given the run around for hours until finally the big boss was able to push my review through. Build your own s*** before buying from these idiots.

      Ordered a product on the 21st and now after three times being delayed it was supposed to be here by 615 I called they said I will be here by 10 PM. I just checked back and then said oh itll be here by 8 PM. I called again they said oh it was sent back to the facility bill delivered tomorrow. He didnt explain why it was being delayed. They just said it was being delayed. Poor ***************** They said I can either wait till tomorrow if it doesnt come, then I can. get a refund or re-order it, and if I reorder it They cannot guarantee delivery I dont understand

      Not sure Amazon deserves the one star one of their trucks hit my house and caused more than $28,000 in damage but after weeks of filing a claim and providing photos and videos captured on my security camera they refused to pay and claimed that the truck is owned by a company subcontracted by them but the information they provided was false and now they will not even talk to me so I have hired a lawyer. Amazon thinks that they are above the law but we live in ******* and I believe in our justice system My lawyer is trying to get a class action lawsuit against them and I hope he wins. Amazon should look into their unethecial and harmful practices and fix the broken and frankly the embarrassing image they have Raida R

      This is the worst customer service I've ever had. I returned my GPS on the 26th of January. The first representative I spoke to on the 28th said they received the device, but I had to wait 14 days for processing. I waited 14 days from January 28th and called back on February 11th. I was then told I had to wait 30 days, and the representative explained my 30 days would be the 26th of February. I waited until today to call back, and the representative told me there was no issue with my order. He will be issuing my refund today. He will have to email me, but the call will automatically drop when he does. I received the email, and it was an incident report. An incident report is if there is damage to something. That Gps was in excellent condition, never used. I am saddened by amazon and the way they are treating their customers. Ive been a loyal customer for more than five years and have never had this issue.

      I ordered golf shoes from Amazon back in January 2023 for my golf trip vacation. They never showed up on the date of delivery. I checked with my neighbors and local post office to see if the package was misplaced. After that I contacted Amazon customer service about not receiving my package. They reached out to the rock bottom golf about my lost package that showed a February 4-2023 delivery date which did not come. Finally after weeks they resent my golf shoes $158.00 to my home by which time I already brought other golf shoes at dicks sporting goods for my vacation. I was gone for 3 weeks and when I returned home I reached out to Amazon to return the shoes though their A-Z plan. They told me they would credit me back and send me shipping labels they never did. So I called back a second, third, fourth, and fifth time about this same issue. I explained that the first pair never came on feb,4th but when they resent the golf shoes it didn't get delivered until February 17th! Again they said they would refund my money *** for me to just "keep the golf shoes" and my money would be returned by March 3/2023. A day later I get a email saying denied! Why? Because in their system how a Feb 4th delivery date and not the Feb 17th actual delivery date. Now they are saying they have to re open the investigation and take more time after weeks of dealing with this issue. Keep in mind all their calls or recorded and the supervisor told me they lied to me in the past!!! Now my money won't be returned to me by March 3rd and it's now a waiting game all over again. This is a total scam of Amazon promise with their customers though the A-Z plan! Now I had to file a complaint on BBB and going to calling my bank and attempt to have that charge refunded. Total fail on Amazon part multiple times!

      Im leaving a very poor score because its a sad day for a corporation to take advantage of someone who is as poor as I am , disabled , & the day that I couldnt get my medication because they took money out of my account that I did not authorize. Now I was told I was going to get my money back on these Subscriptions that I did not allow to continue on my Amazon so you guys kept taking out the money and kept taking out money and then when it came down to it getting my money back, he couldnt do it because I didnt have the right phone number associated with the account, well when I got the right number you still couldnt do it because you still couldnt find my account and I still couldnt get my money back even though you lied and said that I could, so you pretended like I could get my money back Which is even worse because I never got it back and I was under the anticipation that I was going to thinking that I would have that money later for my medicine. I just dont understand you people, dont you make enough money as it is? Its not like you dont monopolize the whole FREE market or anything dont you? Dont you push out the little guy, whos the backbone of this country, to squeeze your fat rear end in? Aint it enough that youve become such a huge conglomerate that you have created not a republican anymore, not a democracy, but its a plutocracy ran by bunch of oligarchs? Oligarchs are you!!! ******** a big old crack rock for people like you and I hope to God one of these days you guys will stop the madness.

      Amazon has the worst customer support on the planet. The agents are unskilled, inexperienced and wouldn't know how to solve an issue if it slapped them in the face. They are so incompetent and each agent more so than the next. I have had to contact them everyday over the course of a week sometimes two regarding refunds etc. Each agent says all their sorries and don't worry I assure you it will be handled this time blah blah blah, then the issue still exists and persists. I also receive different inaccurate information from agents with each contact. I mean I like the convenience of the shopping the prices and even the fast deliveries but lord forbid you have an issue with any order cause now comes the support you don't want to contact due to your continued negative horrible experiences previously had of them being incompetent, yet you have to because there are no other options. They need immediate bootcamp training for all of the customer support agents at **********************.

      Amazon was unable to deliver an item under their nest day delivery promise, told me I could not cancel when the item did not show up the next day, just wait for delivery and cancel. As I was leaving out of town the next day that was not an option as no one would be at the address for nest 4 days. The following day i was able to cancel the order, the order show up on my account but cannot get a status of the refund, so my credit card is still charged 5 days later despite then promising a refund in 3-5 business days. Credit card did take a dispute of the claim, but says it could take up to 60 days to finish. This may effect my credit score I am told by the credit card. Amazon has the worst customer service, was on able to do dispute via chat, promise to call never materialized despite waiting 1-2 hours each time I asked for a call!

      Amazon seems as a scam. I have ordered several items and lately they have been below subpar. Packages have come extremely damaged as well as missing product that is not cheap. Yet they tell me when I call that the delivery weight matches the pre shipped package weight but the problem is they weight it after its been sealed so they do not know if all products have been placed in shipment. Now they say oops cant help but we are keeping your money. From now on Amazon will be a HARD PASS for me. Just wanting to warn future customers that you may not get what you pay for.

      Amazon is going downhill as far as customer service. There agents are rude.a product got returned to them and I have yet to receive my refund. Been told over and over 3-5 business days and two months later still know refund and they continue to charge me for a product they have. Ive gotten hung up on several times by the male customer service reps when I am not being rude just wanting this made right. Im just about ready to quit purchasing from them
