      I used to be a loyal Amazon customer until I was given notice at time of order that any purchases not picked up in 3 days would be returned. That isnt the problem. Day 1 - unable to deliver no space at Amazon locker Day 2 - unable to deliver no space at Amazon locker. I contacted support and offered several options including shipping to address on file or pick up at warehouse or giving me advance notice and I could be waiting for direct pickup Day 3 - unable to deliver no space at Amazon locker. Im going to suggest robbing that locker. At least I know 24 slots of packages that are full every single day to whoever needs a come-up

      Amazon is a machine with no ethics, it knows it can gain sales by standard ************* with false promises. They have the main page that shows if you hurry within the next hour you will receive the product before 6PM today. Cool. Place it in your shopping basket and check out, it says tomorrow. You contact the customer service that was offloaded to a country outside the US and they are very sorry for the disappointment, and tell you to rest assured it will be delivered tomorrow. Amazon will not talk to you, they don't want to hear that they are not honoring their false delivery promises. They will sometimes throw a $5 credit at you to pacify you and move on. Amazon is a machine too big to care about BBB or anything there customers have to say.

      Amazon is the ************* in the world!"--I read online. I looked up an item on Amazon.com,- (a trash bin). I ordered it and I received the pieces in a semi-crushed package. I alerted Amazon.com and was told to return it. I requested a pre-paid label which Amazon.com refused to send. I replied that the item was too heavy (made of quasi-wood) and I had no assurance that Amazon would refund the cost. In fact, Amazon refused to refund shipping costs. I would be out hundreds of dollars--both for the returned item and the shipping cossts. I then asked a builder to put it together. He said the parts did not fit together. I also tried and found the "kit" impossible to put together. Amazon said return it, but I read on Amazon's website "Items that you can't return" that my item would be considered "nonreturnable," I am now out a great deal of money.

      I do not understand why people love Amazon so much. The agents are not able to effectively communicate, making the whole experience all the more frustrating. Whenever I contact customer service, I end up having the speak with a supervisor to get any sort of resolution, even then it always ends up with a bandaid fix. My community has an exterior Amazon hub that is always full, causing my packages to be marked undeliverable. Even though I receive an email, asking where I would like the package left alternatively (I requested the package to my door) Amazon continues to mark the packages undeliverable. If the hub is full, the packages are still labeled with an apartment number and should be delivered to the door, or whereas requested. This has happened with 4 separate orders, just in the last week.

      Watch them - Just changed policy and now starting to provide refunds 7 days after they receive the product back. This is rapid change from getting refunds once the return is received and scanned by the shipping company or once the package is received back by amazon - 7 days to get my money back once you verify the product has been returned and its in your hands???? Watch them ???? Amazon is a changing and not for the better ??????

      Amazon has the most worst customer service in *****, they dont listen , they hang up on customer and they dont care because ********************** doesnt care too . They wouldnt do that if Amazon has a discipline policy but Amazon doesnt and they are using outsource call center because they are cheap and of course unprofessional customer service. I would shop on ******* who has customer service in US and more understandable.

      Very disappointed in this and will be canceling my Prime membership. I ordered a gift for my friends birthday and paid when I ordered. I chose her address to be shipped to. They sent email Monday that it was being shipped to me. I called and spoke to ******* so l who promised and I confirmed 3 times that it was going to be corrected and sent to her house. Nope it came to me... its not like I can pop over to her house and give it to her as I'm in ******* and she's in ********. 800 miles away. So i called and spoke to **** who said no problem we will correct and send it out to her address...he just needs to send me to another department but it will be made right. I now have ***** on the phone so days Nope they will not make it right at all!!! So now I had to go to the *** store and spend another $30 to send to correct address that I was told on Monday it would be corrected. Is this really how your treat your customers?

      Amazon no longer cares, they cancel Smile, they change the shipping policy to no longer be 2 days but 2 days from when the item gets to where they want to say the 2 days starts, their employees steal your items before leaving partial purchases inside your sealed amazon box. their customer service is allowed to do nothing but quote "it is because of the high volume of orders that we can't do that" while amazon is now taking over 50% of every sale on their market place. 10 years of prime for *****

      This company is predatory and their practices are disgusting. I ordered one single shirt in December and when I noticed they changed my order to 11 of them and charged me, I went to cancel and they told me it was too late, despite not even receiving the items for over a week after that. They didnt even ship yet and even when I called to tell them I was erroneously sent and billed for 11 of these, they told me to wait until they deliver to return them. I was out over $200 much needed dollars right before Christmas and didnt get the items until December 28th. They oddly sent one in one order and 10 in another, so I returned both orders and received my refund. Today, I received an email stating that if I dont send them 9 supposedly missing items that I will be charged for them on February 24th. I returned everything so I called and they told me they have them and are aware, but they will not remove the impending charge from my account and said the system wont allow it. They said Ill have to wait until the 24th and if its not processed, Ill be charged, but I can get a refund later.they are fully aware I returned everything, but theyre still putting me through this for items I didnt even order in the first place. I really dont care how powerful this company is. They need to be held accountable for their horrible, shady practices.

      I made a purchase late at night. When I woke up the next morning they had lowered the price by $10. Unlike most businesses which would gladly update the order to reflect the lower price they told me they were unable to change the price, cancel the order prior to shipping, and instead directed me to a more complicated return process. Overall not a great customer experience and not customer focused policy in any way shape or form.
