      So I ordered a ********* Surface Go Laptop and it was set to be delivered today. The company shown as seller did supply the device to ********************** but my order was processed 100% by AMAZON. They took payment, fulfilled from their fulfillment center and they delivered it (Supposedly). When I chatted in to speak to them about the issue they referred me to the seller. I messaged them and they were awesome, replying within 10 minutes to give me the information that they did not fulfill this order and I need to speak to Amazon and they should not have referred me to the seller in the first place. I reached back out to Amazon about the issue only to have them take the blind eye and tell me that they have to allow another 24 hour to see if the product arrives (Until 7PM tomorrow). Mind you I am going to miss a meeting tomorrow for my business because of this and it is going to cost my non profit missing a donation of over $200,000.00. They do not care at all about the customer and could care less about what they have done or how they treat anyone.

      I called today(Amazon) to discuss a charge for $149.08, I was expecting a charge of $139.00 for the annual Prime renewal and when you look at the prime renew it ONLY SHOWS 139. It is not explained nor does it show that TAXES are assessed. It would be NICE if you are going to TAKE MORE MONEY to INFORM the person/s. Also, just 3 years or so ago PRIME was $99 then $119.. now 149! give us a **** break **********************Also, If you are POOR(EBT/WIC/MEDICARE) you get a PRIME MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT.. But if you put YOUR A** ON THE LINE SERVING THIS COUNTRY, YOU DON'T QUALIFY FOR S*** WITH ******************I find this disappointing, having MET **** while working for Amazon I never thought of him to be an a** when it comes to the men and women who provide safety and security for this country. But then again, most everything sold on Amazon is ***** c*** anyways.Disappointed in ****.

      My name is ************ am writing this with in hopes that AMAZON does a better job with their service , customer experience! I have been with ********************** for over 10 years & a prime member as well. But EVERY since Ive been with them my account has been having serious PROBLEMS with them! EVERY single time I order something from them I NEVER receive my whole order I have to call them numerous times a month , weekly because some of my items are lost, I never get them, or they come days later! Each time I call customer service to file a complaint I get no real resolution to the ongoing issues I constantly have about my account! You can not charge someones card , take the money, & yet I do not receive my orders! Its called THEFT! Ive never come across a more poorly customer experience in my life! I am so tired of calling AMAZON EVERY SINGLE TIME because of the poor services that they have! There is no way a customer should call & contact a business as much as I do Amazon! WHY is this a CONSTANT problem?!! Something needs to change with in Amazon internally! As Im writing RIGHT NOW I AM MISSING A PACKAGE! & I called them at least 10 different times regarding this & NO SURPRISE I got poor customer service & NO answer on why my package is missing. Or how can they resolve this issue & most importantly figure out why for a decade my account has been having this SERIOUS problem! Im so glad calls are recorded because maybe corporate can hear how INCOMPETENT & POORLY their customers are being treated!

      Worst company on the planet. Never gets anything right. Delivery usually takes 2 month's ?? I'm done buying anything from Amazon.

      Every single time I have ever ordered from them and it says that its supposed to be out for delivery. I have to wait eight or nine hours before I will ever get my product either one or two days delayed. So I asked for assistance with their so-called customer service and all they say is oh it looks like its out for delivery. This company is so pathetic. The funny thing is is that my family who I live with can order multiple Things and will NEVER have any issues with getting deliveries but every single item I order is always late or delayed for no reason! So sad how a company doesnt give a c*** about their so called customers

      Amazon sent me and empty package and refused to refund me . Told me to contact the post office . Contacted the ****************** gave me a letter to show Amazon that it wasnt any contents in the package and Amazon still refused to resend my item or even refund me . Big scam . Ive never had any issues from Amazon until now . Package wasnt even sealed . **************** representatives are no help . Out of $90

      I have been an Amazon customer for more than 10 years and it has become a horrible company! Packages not delivered timely and tons of misleading reviews for items that are not for the item listed. The times I have had issues and dealt with customer service, I was on the phone for an hour and had to make follow-up calls. Lots of scam listings, but no button to click to report the listing. Amazon doesnt want to hear about the misleading/scam listings! It is obvious because they make it difficult to report! I am ordering less from Amazon and using other retailers. If they cant get it together I am canceling my membership and spending my money elsewhere.

      If you contact customer service from ********************** the customer is treated very badly they do not appreciate that your Prime member and that you give them money every month for a subscriptions there is no communication between the customer and the person that's supposed to help the customer

      Horrible system of account management and only have people who can barely speak english running their customer support, can't get in contact with someone who can actually do something on the account except over email. Garbage.

      Date of transaction: Oct 4, 2022 Order total: $612.14 Product description: GW Security 8 Channel 4K NVR 5MP *** ************* Security Camera System - Six 5MP 1920P Weatherproof Bullet Cameras,Built in Microphone, Quick QR Code Easy Setup, Pre-Installed 2TB Hard Drive. Item model number: VD6C8CH5037IP ASIN: VD6C8CH5037IP Ordered online at Amazon via Camstar Technology. The surveillance system has the privacy screen/privacy wall disabled. The issue was reported to Amazon, to the seller Camstar Technology and to the manufacturer GW Security none of them take care to this issue and dont provide any support. The manufacturer tells me that are waiting for an update to the firmware. In the meanwhile I suggest a DVR replacement, GW Security offer me this option, but after this message they dont answer me and to this date I'm with a surveillance systema off because I have been sued by neighbors for not having the privacy mask on the system. Problem that was reported to the three companies involved in the sale of it. I'm claiming a new surveillancr system replacing the existing one that was defective or a total refund of my purchase, but Amazon refuses and want a return but I dont receive the total amount, only a part because this business doesnt care for his customers. Stop buying at Smazon, is a robbery!
