      I am paying for Amazon Prime which say next day delivery . I have observed on many occasions the site says next day and after you pay for the items is says your package will be arriving in 3 days time . This misleading Customers.

      I am ********, and I purchased an item from Amazon.com, and I live in a secured apartment building, but they were never delivered to me, they insist that package was left in front of my door and it is not like that. I have contacted many times and they are not responsible... They informed me that they would not be able to refund me nor replace the item ordered, unless I filed a police report. I don't know what I can do to get my money back .

      Amazon automatically enters reoccurring charges which we did not request. It provides charges without details. When recently trying to close the account, it was very difficult to follow the confusing and hidden instructions. It charges these automatic charges from one credit catd to another without my authorization. When recently trying to close the account it was very difficult to follow the confusing and hidden instructions. I never received the confirmation e-mail that the account was closed. I contacted **************** by Chat and by phone. They played the games "Are you still there" on chat and "I can't hear you" by phone to try to get me to end the conversations. They ultimately said they could not close the accounts but eventually replied since I had already attempted to close the accounts, they were closed. I asked when I will be notified of this verification, the response was weeks or months, I needed to never use Amazon while waiting for the verification. I will not use Amazon. I can obtain services through ******* in a better and cheaper manner. They do not deserve even one star.

      Amazon has split my order (4 items) into three (1) back order to March 2023; (2) 2 items to be sent to the home address; and (3) 1 item to be sent to a Hub locker 10 miles from our home address. As a result, they are charging me for two shipping and handling charges; plus two delivery charges. They have already charged my credit card account, even though I do not have any of these items.Although the amounts are small; $6.86; $28.34; and $19.38. They have overcharged me and added S&H charges amounting to $ ***** on these items even when I met the $25 minimum. What I expect is that the company will concede it is their order problem, return the S&H and consolidate these orders. The original order was placed on 2/6/23 and requested home delivery nowhere was anything to be shipped to a HUB LOCKER. After spending nearly 2 and a half hours, being hung up on and shown discontinuous. I am a senior citizen as old as our President.

      Amazon will not refund me for items I never received because the driver took a picture of the items in front of the door, instead of listening to delivery instructions and placing them in a designated bin!!!! Amazon is a thief and says that its in their policy but yet none of the agents can tell me where this policy is exactly located on the app.

      I talked to five different people with no help with the problem. They wanted me to download different sites and get a 100$ gift card just to cancel my account with their company. They also want to charge me for a prime amount that I did not ask for. When I asked to cancel the account they said I will be charged anyway. I cant seem to get any help from anyone at Amazon.

      Amazon has a scam where they "refund" your purchase in the form of an Amazon gift card. This scam was perpitrated on me recently after buying a watch that seemed to have been used ( the box was open and crumpled and there were some items missing). When I promptly returned the item, I notice that my "refund" was credited to me. After several days, I checked my CC transactions on-line to discover no such refund. After 3 days of trying to get a hold of a real person to discuss my issue, I was told that my "refund" was in the form of a gift card. I never authorized this. I demanded that the money be debited to my CC. The call center person said she would have to check to see if this was an option! What?! The Amazon web site consistently reveals that my "refund" has been given to me. No it hasn't. This monopoly needs to be busted up....are you listening ****

      Supervisor ******* said she was the highest contact that I could speak with would not transfer call to a manager The three of them were very rude **************** Rep *** the 2nd rep the played like she was a supervisor was Moyia all three placed me on hold for long period of time nothing was resolved I was call about a payment that showed up on my online account. And these threes representatives were very unprofessional and rude. And also hung up on me Today is February 7 2023 and Tamille hungup on at 11:27

      stolen money, refused to return ..quoted a risk of loss policy. which this is not a stock option, or trading as such retaile lr Amazon. refuses to return the money. as per the A to Z customer satisfaction policy.
