      I tried on some stuff try before you buy I sent everything back they still charge me for $300.19 and said they cannot find it in the warehouse that is not right and I will never shop at Amazon again and I will spread the word

      Same nonstop issues over two years. My old computer doesn't allow me to use other delivery services. Since the pandemic I've used Amazon mostly for food (Fresh) delivery and I'm a Prime member. The only good thing was free shipping on food orders over $35 and for other items free shipping. As of end of February 2023 Amazon will charge for all deliveries (this is in addition to the monthly fee for being a member). Shoppers with small food deliveries four times per month like me will be charged $10 per order. It will add $40 to my monthly food delivery. I called and was told same charges will apply to ALL Amazon purchases. Customers will have to spend over $150 to get the lowest delivery fee. NO free delivery at all, which obliterates all incentive to use them, especially for food delivery.I have reported same issues for two years with no improvement or change. **************** always says same thing - problem will be solved. Nope. Packers refuse to use freezer packing for frozen food, it's delivered thawed. Bags are so overpacked I can't lift them - two days ago a bag was dropped off ripped open at the bottom, contents spilling out due to excessive weight. Drivers don't follow instructions. Expired food is chosen. Prime orders go missing entirely. This is what customers in my area get for free! If not illegal, then the new charges are unethical and serve to make a bad service intolerable. The new no free delivery policy is not being done FOR customers (the notice implies that it's beneficial!?) but TO them. All about greed.

      I purchased a renewed laptop had it 3 days and just didn't like it so I returned it right away now a week and a half later I still haven't received any cash or credit and I was told that I wouldn't receive a refund for another 2 weeks no I don't know what planet they are from but here if you buy something you pay first and if it's returned undamaged money back had I known there dirty rules I wouldn't have bought a second laptop or anything from them but I bought another laptop at the same time as I returned the other thinking oh I'll get a refund to cover the new one i bought I'm a single mom with a daughter in college I barely get bye so thanks alot AMAZON

      Poor customer service. People have not been receiving their packages even it says it was delivered . When you reach out to Amazon, the claim it's a lost or stolen issue and that you will not be refunded . They leave your package unattended on the floor, take a picture, send it to Amazon and claim it was delivered. How professional is that. How can you hold a customer accountable for a package that you guys left on the floor where anybody who has access to the building can pick it up and leave . Something needs to be done about this issue. It's a *******.

      Amazon prime fire stick and if you order something on there website that is saying free trail that should be free! NO!!! If you have a card on there website and it is a ghost after the free trial is off they will use the card they have on there file as a ghost they will charge you for it. Maybe Amazon should ask first after the trail is off to send a E-mail asking you if you would like to order them again YES or NO or just the 30 day trail free trail. They Charge me after the ******************************************************************************************************************* I will just do the 30 day trail that's it. Shouldn't charge anymore anything at all for anything and only if you are asked them first. The one percent ?? ?? win and we lose. AMAZON PRIME VIDEO FIRESTICK or ordering on line different ?? From *********************** ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

      I only received 1/2 my order. When I went on line to get a refund for the rest the website I was sent to was asking questions I felt were inappropriate so I just said never mind . A day or so later I was charged $150 for 3 Amazon gift cards that I never purchased. So I had my credit card cancel the payment and I had to get a new card. A day or so later I received an email from Amazon that they would charge a different card on file but I only have 1 card. So far I have heard nothing else. I will no longer use Amazon.

      For a company that seems to love talking about safety. They don't seem to truly care about it much. They care about numbers not people. My son is extremely sick and even though I had a doctor's note from the Emergency room after staying over night with my child there, they told me that I needed to come in because they expect a low head count due to a football game. So a football game matters than the well being of an employee. So now, I'm at work in unsafe conditions while sleep deprived. Well done amazon!

      I'm a prime member, and have been so for far too long. In the past 1-2 years it has become increasingly hard to resolve any concerns that involve Amazon issuing a refund or fixing a problem they created. Amazon doesn't return your money in a timely manner anymore, and all I get is excuses, runarounds, and broken promises! I'm tired of having to fight Amazon EVERYTIME I NEED A REFUND! On 1/25/2023 I placed an order in women sizes, but received men sizes instead on 1/27/2023. I immediately called and was told I HAVE TO PAY *** TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE OR I COULD DRIVE THE PACKAGE TO THE NEAREST AMAZON DROP OFF, OR ***! Why should I pay *** for pickup or waste gas when Amazon created the issue by delivering men shoes instead of women? I thought they could schedule a pickup and issue a refund, but they refused! They told me I was responsible for returning the merchandise, and wouldn't do an exchange either! Amazon has changed their agreement with ***, USPS, and ****** so returns are a hassle. I literally had to call and speak to 3 reps and 2 supervisors before they agreed to schedule a *** pickup. I'm sick of Amazon and will likely cancel my membership if things don't improve. I'm tired of paying for Amazons mistakes!

      Placed my order never arrived will never use Amazon again don't care if I ever get my package from them I can go somewhere else this company is slowly dismantling its self all those unclaimed packages they have in there whare house is the first clue of there business failure burn me once shame on you burn me twice shame on me will never use them again this is America I can go somewhere else

      As an Amazon Prime member I am suppose to receive 2 day delivery . I understand there are exceptions at times but NOTHING Ive ordered the past 6 months comes before 1-2 weeks. And I order 3-4 times a week sometimes to an address that use to deliver with in 2 days so its not my address. Agents dont speak English when you call, amazon has went down hill. The items Im ordering are saying in stock . And they say now that Ill receive them at least 2 days after shipped, however it is taking 6 days to prepare most orders. Will not be renewing membership. Amazon is no longer holding up to their end of the bargain but raising rates each year on prime memberships.
